Das Trägerteil 92 wird über den Stützkörper 52 und den Anschlagwinkel 120 mit Hilfe entsprechender Befestigungsschrauben im unteren Eckbereich des Flügelrahmens 26 montiert. Dabei wird gleichzeitig die Stulpschiene 150 samt Stützeinrichtung 160 (Stützwinkel 164 mit Stützstab 162; Widerlager 172 samt Justierschraube 170) in der vertikalen äußeren Nutstufe festgelegt. Es hat sich als sinnvoll erwiesen, die Stellschraube 170 zunächst soweit nach unten zu verdrehen, bis der Stellweg des Stützwinkels 164 ausgeschöpft ist. Am oberen horizontalen Rahmenschenkel 16 des feststehenden Rahmens 20 wird der Anschraubwinkel 64 samt Lenkerkreuz 38 und Ausstellarm 72 montiert, wobei das nicht dargestellte, flügelrahmenseitige Ende des Ausstellarms zunächst noch nicht mit der Flügeloberkante verbunden wird. Nun wird der festrahmenseitige Ecklagerwinkel 90 samt Lenkerkreuz 38 montiert. Vor dem Einsetzen des Flügelrahmens 26 wird der untere Führungslenker 42 um etwa 60-90% ausgeschwenkt, damit sich der Mitnehmerzapfen 100 in zur Zeichnungsebene der Fig. 3 senkrechter Richtung vor dem abgewinkelten Stützlappen 180 befindet.
Claims (7)
- Dreh-Beschlag oder Dreh-Kipp-Beschlag von Fenstern, Türen oder dergleichen mit einem feststehenden Rahmen (20) und einem Flügelrahmen (26), der am feststehenden Rahmen (20) um eine vertikale Drehachse (54) und, im Falle eines Dreh-Kipp-Beschlages, um eine horizontale Kippachse kippbar angebracht ist, umfassendein unteres Drehlager, welches den feststehenden Rahmen (20) im Bereich einer unteren Ekke des feststehenden Rahmens (20) mit dem Flügelrahmen (26) verbindet, und zwar im Falle eines Dreh-Kipp-Beschlages in Form eines Dreh-Kipp-Lagers (12),ein oberes Drehlager (10), welches den feststehenden Rahmen (20) im Bereich eines oberen Ecks des feststehenden Rahmens (20) im Falle eines Dreh-Beschlags mit dem Flügelrahmen (26), und im Falle eines Dreh-Kipp-Beschlages mit einem mit dem Flügelrahmen (26) verkoppelten Ausstellarm (72) verbindet, wobei die beiden Drehlager (10, 12) jeweils mit wenigstens zwei Lenkern (40, 42) ausgebildet sind zur Verlagerung der Drehachse (54) beim Drehöffnen des Flügelrahmens (26) in Richtung senkrecht zur Rahmenebene des feststehenden Rahmens (20), wobei die beiden Lenker jedes Drehlagers einander kreuzen und im Kreuzungspunkt mittels eines Kreuzgelenks (44) gelenkig verbunden sind, und wobei einer der beiden Lenker, der Führungslenker (40), mit einem festrahmenseitigen Drehlagerteil (64, 90) und, im Falle des Dreh-Beschlags, mit einem flügelrahmenseitigen Drehlagerteil (92) oder, im Falle des Dreh-Kipp-Beschlags, mit einem Ausstellarm (72) jeweils über ein Drehgelenk (48, 52) verbunden ist und der andere Lenker, der Steuerlenker (42), mit dem festrahmenseitigen Drehlagerteil (64, 90) und mit dem flügelrahmenseitigen Drehlagerteil (92) oder mit dem Ausstellarm (72), jeweils über ein Verschiebe-Drehgelenk (58, 60) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei geschlossenem Flügel sämtliche Drehgelenke (48, 52) sowie Verschiebe-Drehgelenke (58, 60) wenigstens angenähert in einer zur Rahmenebene parallelen Ebene liegen, daß der Steuerlenker (42) im Bereich zwischen dem Kreuzgelenk (44) und einem der beiden Drehgelenke (48, 52) mit einer Abkröpfung entsprechend der Dikke des Führungslenkers (40) in Richtung zu dem das betreffende Drehgelenk tragenden Drehlagerteil hin ausgebildet ist, daß der Führungslenker (40) ebenfalls mit einer Abkröpfung entsprechend der Dicke des Steuerlenkers, jedoch in der entgegengesetzten Richtung, ausgebildet ist, die bei geschlossenem Flügel in Richtung senkrecht zur Rahmenebene neben der Abkröpfung des Steuerlenkers (42) liegt, daß das festrahmenseitige Drehlagerteil (64,90) im Bereich seines Verschiebe-Drehgelenks (58) mit einer Abkröpfung entsprechend der Dicke eines Lagerbolzenkopfs (70) versehen ist, und daß der Steuerlenker (42) sowie der Führungslenker (40) jeweils mit einer im wesentlichen gleichartigen Abkröpfung ausgebildet sind.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der beiden Lenker, vorzugsweise beide Lenker (40, 42), im Bereich der jeweiligen Abkröpfung mit einer in Richtung senkrecht zur Rahmenebene offenen Ausnehmung (74, 76) versehen ist, zur Aufnahme des jeweils anderen Lenkers.
- Beschlag nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Dreh-Kipp-Lager (Ecklager 12) im Bereich des flügelrahmenseitigen Endes des Steuerlenkers (42) und/oder des Führungslenkers (40) ein Mitnehmerzapfen (96, 100) angebracht ist, welcher in eine entsprechende Zapfenaufnahmeöffnung (94, 98) eines flügelrahmenseitigen Trägerteils (92) eingreift.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 3 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmerzapfen (100) sich zum Zapfenende hin konisch verjüngt.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 3 oder 4 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägerteil (92) am Flügelrahmen (26) in Richtung (A) parallel zum unteren horizontalen Flügelrahmenschenkel (28) verstellbar ausgebildet ist.
- Beschlag nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Flügelrahmeneck ein Anschlagswinkel (120) starr angebracht ist, dessen horizontaler Schenkel (124) mit einer Verschiebeführung für das Trägerteil (92) ausgebildet ist und dessen vertikaler Schenkel (122) sich über eine Stellschraube (142) an einem Fortsatz (140) des Trägerteils (92) abstützt.
- Fenster oder Tür oder dergleichen, mit einem Beschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
