Claims (10)
- Kippschwenkflügel von Fenster oder Tür, mit einem Flügelüberschlag und mit einem verdeckt eingebauten Scharniergelenk, wobei die Schwenkachse im Bereich des Flügelüberschlages zwischen den jeweils raumseitigen Außenflächen des Blendrahmens und des Flügelüberschlages liegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Schwenkachse (12;52) bestimmenden Scharniergelenkabschnitte (4,5) im Bereich des Flügelüberschlages (22) in eine Ausnehmung (23) auf der Innenseite des Flügelüberschlages (22) bzw. in eine Unterbrechung (8) der auf der Innenseite des Flügelüberschlages (6) angeordneten Dichtung (7) ragen, welche Ausnehmung (23) bzw. Unterbrechung (8) jeweils in einem der Überschlagsbreite (24) entsprechenden Abstand von der Kante des Überschlages (22) an Flügeloberseite und Flügelunterseite enden.
- Kippschwenkflügel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Schwenkachse (12;52) bestimmenden Scharniergelenkabschnitte (4,5) in der Flügelschließ- bzw. der Flügelschwenkstellung einen Abstand (65) von der raumseitigen Außenfläche des Blendrahmens (1) aufweisen, welcher mindestens der Dicke bzw. der Restdicke des Überschlages (6) im Bereich der Ausnehmung (23) bzw. im Bereich der Dichtungsunterbrechung (8) entspricht.
- Kippschwenkflügel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das untere Eckgelenk (5) die blendrahmenseitige Scharnieranschraubplatte (13) über die Schwenkachse (12) mit einer Zwischenplatte (15) gelenkig verbunden ist, welche über die Kippachse (33) mit einer flügelseitigen Scharnieranschraubplatte (14) verbunden ist.
- Kippschwenkflügel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kippachse durch die Lagerausnehmung (32) und einen darin eingreifenden Lagerzapfen (33) in Zwischenplatte (15) und flügelseitiger Anschraubplatte (14) bestimmt ist.
- Kippschwenkflügel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen flügelseitiger Anschraubplatte (14) und Zwischenplatte (15) als Aushängeverbindung für den Flügel (2) und zugleich als Aushängesicherung in der Kippstellung des Flügels ausgebildet ist.
- Kippschwenkflügel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerausnehmung eine Randausnehmung der Zwischenplatte (15) ist oder in Form eines Schlüsselloches (32) ausgebildet ist und die Zwischenplatte (15) einen zum Rand der Zwischenplatte offenen Führungsschlitz (30,31) für einen Führungszapfen (34) an der flügelseitigen Anschraubplatte (14) aufweist, wobei der Verlauf des Führungsschlitzes an die Bewegung des Führungszapfens (34) bei der Kippbewegung angepasst ist.
- Kippschwenkflügel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das untere Eckgelenk (5) der blendrahmenseitige Scharnierabschnitt (51) des Gelenkes, welcher die Schwenkachse (52) bestimmt, mittels eines sich entlang des horizontalen Holmes des Blendrahmens (1) erstreckenden Abschnittes (55) auf einem an diesem Holm angeschraubten Widerlager (54) unter Bildung der Kippachse (54a) frei abgestützt und zur Ausführung begrenzter Kippbewegungen an dem Widerlager (54) gehalten und geführt ist.
- Kippschwenkflügel nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Widerlager (54) eine Verstelleinrichtung (60) zum einstellenden Verschieben des auf dem Widerlager abgestützten Abschnittes (55) aufweist. - Verfahren zum Kipp- und Schwenklagern von einem Flügel (2) mit Überschlag (22) an/in einem Blendrahmen (1), bei demdie Kippachse (52a,33) des Flügels (2) orthogonal zur Schwenk- oder Drehachse (12,52) ausgerichtet wird, und zu keinem Zeitpunkt von betriebsgemäßen Bewegungen und Stellungen des Flügels (2) die beiden Achsen (54a,33; 12,52) einen Schnittpunkt aufweisen;die Kippachse (54a,33) - senkrecht zur Blendrahmenebene betrachtet - in den Innenkantenbereich des Blendrahmens (1) gelegt wird und bei einer Kippbewegung des Flügels (2) geringfügig verschoben wird, sich jedoch nicht über die Blendrahmen-Innenkante hinausbewegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Drehachse (12,52) blendrahmen-innenseitig von der dazu orthogonalen Kippachse (54a,33) abgerückt wird, wobei die Kippachse (54a,33) im/am Blendrahmen (1) angeordnet wird.
