Description
- daß der Befestigungssockel des Flügel-Gelenkbauteils aus einer flügelfest montierten Halteschiene und einer daran quer zur Achse der Gelenkaugen oder Lagerhülsen in Richtung der Flügelebene längsveischiebbar geführten Trägerschiene besteht,
- daß die Trägerschiene das flügelseitige Gelenkauge bzw. die flügelseitige Lagerhülse mit quer zu ihrer Verschieberichtung gerichteter Achslage aufweist,
- daß Trägerschiene und Halteschiene durch ein Gewindeglied in zueinander längsverstellbarer Verbindung gehalten sind,
- und daß das Gewindeglied benachbart bzw. neben den
Gelenkaugen oder Lagerhülsen sowohl mit der
Trägerschiene als auch mit der
Halteschiene in Formschlußeingriff steht sowie an der zur Achse der Gelenkaugen oder Lagerhülsen parallelen Seite der Flügelfalzumfangsfläche zu seiner Betätigung zugänglich ist, - wobei der Lagerzapfen einen Kugelkopf hat, auf dem eine Kugelpfanne im Gelenkauge bzw. in der Lagerhülse des Flügel-Gelenkbauteils abgestützt ist,
- und wobei die Kugelpfanne im Gelenkauge bzw. in der Lagerhülse durch eine Stellschraube od. dgl. begrenzt axial verschiebbar ist.
- eine an einer Flügelecke in einer abgestuften Nut der Falzumfangsfläche eingesetzte Winkelschiene, insbesondere aus im Querschnitt flach-rechteckigem Bandmaterial,
- wobei an deren einem Schenkel die Halteschiene des Flügel-Gelenkbauteils lagenfixiert und festgelegt ist,
- und wobei deren anderer Schenkel einen Ausschnitt enthält, in den das Gewindeglied einerseits mit einer nahe seinem freien Ende befindlichen Umfangseindrehung quer zu seiner Längsachse lösbar formschlüssig einrückbar ist,
- während es andererseits in einem Gewindeauge der Trägerschiene schraubverstellbar sitzt.

Claims (10)
- Fenster oder Tür mit Scharnierbeschlag (1)-insbesondere Ecklager-Baugruppe für Drehkippfenster, -türen od. dgl. - für einen wenigstens um eine seitliche Achse drehbar, kippbar oder klappbar an einem Blendrahmen gelagerten Flügel, bestehend aus einem Rahmen-Gelenkbauteil (2) und eine Flügel-Gelenkbauteil (3), von denen jeder über einen Befestigungssockel (5 bzw. 9) an der Rahmen- bzw. Flügelfalzumfangsfläche anliegend verankert ist und ein Gelenkauge (18 bzw. 22) oder eine Lagerhülse trägt, das oder die ständig über die raumseitige Blendrahmenstirnfläche hinausragt und verdeckt in eine rückseitig in der Überschlags-Aufschlagfläche des Flügels angebrachte Aufnahme eingreift, innerhalb der das Rahmen-Gelenkbauteil (2) und das Flügel-Gelenkbauteil (3) miteinander lediglich über einen Lagerzapfen (19) und ein Lagerloch (21) in Gelenkeingriff stehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Befestigungssockel (9) des Flügel-Gelenkbauteils (3) aus einer flügelfest montierten Halteschiene (26) und einer daran quer zur Achse (24-24) der Gelenkaugen oder Lagerhülsen (18, 22) in Richtung der Flügelebene längsverschiebbar geführten Trägerschiene (27) besteht,daß die Trägerschiene (27) das flügelseitige Gelenkauge bzw. die flügelseitige Lagerhülse (22) mit quer zu ihrer Verschieberichtung gerichteterAchslage (24-24) aufweist,daß Trägerschiene (27) und Halteschiene (26) durch ein Gewindeglied (37) in zueinander längsvertellbarer Verbindung gehalten sind,und daß das Gewindeglied (37) benachbart bzw. neben den Gelenkaugen oder Lagerhülsen (18, 22) sowohl mit der Trägerschiene (27) als auch mit der Halteschiene (26) in Formschlußeingriff steht sowie an der zur Achse (24-24) der Gelenkaugen oder Lagerhülsen (18, 22) parallelen Seite der Flügelfalzumfangsfläche (10) zu seiner Betätigung zugänglich ist,wobei der Lagerzapfen (19) einen Kugelkopf (20) hat, auf dem eine Kugelpfanne (23) im Gelenkauge bzw. in der Lagerhülse (22) des Flügel-Gelenkbauteils (3) abgestützt ist,und wobei die Kugelpfanne (23) im Gelenkauge bzw. in der Lagerhülse (22) durch eine Stellschraube (25) od. dgl. begrenzt axial verschiebbar ist.

eine an einer Flügelecke in eine abgestufte Profilnut (12) der Falzumfangsfläche (10) eingesetzt Winkelschiene (4 bzw. 65) insbesondere aus im Querschnitt flachrechteckigem Bandmaterial, wobei an deren einem Schenkel (4a) die Halteschiene (26) des Flügel-Gelenkbauteils (3) lagenfixierbar (30, 31) und festlegbar (32, 33) ist, und wobei deren anderer Schenkel (4b) einen Ausschnitt (42) enthält, in den das Gewindeglied (37) einerseits mit einer nahe seinem freien Ende befindlichen Umfangseindrehung (40) lösbar formschlüssig einrückbar ist, während es andererseits in einem Gewindeauge (36) der Trägerschiene (27) schraubverstellbar sitzt. - Fenster oder Tür mit Scharnierbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Winkelschiene (4) vom Stulpwinkel (65) einer Eckumlenkungsvorrichtung (51) gebildet ist. - Fenster oder Tür mit Scharnierbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trägerschiene (27) über eine Schwalbenschwanz-bzw. T-Führungsleiste (28) mit der Halteschiene (26) in formschlüssiger Schiebeverbindung steht (29), während die Halteschiene (26) mit dem einen Schenkel (4a) der Winkelschiene (4) quer zur ihrer Längsrichtung durch eine Loch/Zapfen-Steckverbindung (30, 31) kuppelbar sowie zusätzlich verschraubbar (63, 64) ist. - Fenster oder Tür mit Scharnierbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trägerschiene (27) einen sich parallel zur Achse (24-24) ihres Gelenkauges bzw. ihrer Lagerhülse (22) erstreckenden Ausleger (35) hat, der an seinem Ende mit einer Fixiermulde (45) einen Arretiervorsprung (46) erfaßt, welcher vom zweiten Schenkel (4b) der Winkelschiene (4) absteht. - Fenster oder Tür mit Scharnierbeschlag nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Arretiervorsprung (46) aus einem Bolzen besteht, der in einem Gewindeloch (47) am zweiten Schenkel (4) der Winkelschiene (4) festgeschraubt ist. - Fenster oder Tür mit Scharnierbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Gelenkauge (18) des Rahmen-Gelenkbauteils (2) vom Befestigungssockel (5) vor die raumseitige Stirnfläche (17) des Blendrahmens (7) Z-förmig abgewinkelt ist und einem Lagerzapfen (19) für den Eingriff in das Gelenkauge bzw. die Lagerhülse (22) des Flügel-Gelenkbauteils (3) trägt. - Fenster oder Tür mit Scharnierbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an einer zwischen der normal zur Flügelebene ausgerichteten Achsebene des Scharnierbeschlags und der Falzumfangsfläche des Flügels (71) gelegenen Stelle in der Überschlags-Aufschlagfläche (74) eine Aufnahmenut (79) für ein - vorzugsweise elastisches - Dichtungselement (80) vorgesehen ist. - Fenster oder Tür mit Scharnierbeschlag nach Ansprüch 8, bei dem der Flügel (71) aus Metall- oder Kunststoff-Hohlprofilen (71a) zusammengesetzt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufnahmenut (79) einen etwa T- bzw. hammerkopfförmigen Querschnitt hat. - Fenster oder Tür mit Scharnierbeschlag nach Anspruch 8,
bei dem der Flügel aus Holzprofilen zusammengesetzt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufnahmenut (79) einen Rechteck- oder Schwalbenschwanzquerschnitt aufweist.
