Claims (7)
- Beschlag zur Lagerung eines Flügels (3) eines Fensters oder einer Tür, mit einem zur Montage an der unteren Ecke des Flügels und Rahmens eingerichteten Ecklager (5), das dazu eingerichtet ist, die gesamte vertikale Gewichtskomponente des Flügels (3) aufzunehmen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Beschlag ein Drehbeschlag ohne Kippfunktion ist, der den Flügel (3) als Drehflügel ausschließlich um eine lotrechte Achse (A3) drehbar am Rahmen lagert,
daß der Beschlag aus dem Ecklager (5) und mindestens einem zur Montage am vertikalen Holm des Flügels und Rahmens eingerichteten Scharnierband (9) besteht,
daß das mindestens eine Scharnierband (9) ein rahmenseitiges Lagerteil (15) und ein flügelseitiges Lagerteil (20) aufweist, die über einen Achsstift (22) drehbar miteinander verbunden sind, wobei das flügelseitige Lagerteil (20) relativ zum rahmenseitigen Lagerteil (15) mit Spiel (26) in vertikaler Richtung gelagert ist,
und daß das flügelseitige Lagerteil (20) des Scharnierbandes mittels eines zum Scharnierband gehörenden Einbohrstiftes (17) am Flügel (3) befestigbar ist und die Achse des Einbohrstiftes (17) in einem von 90° abweichenden Winkel (α) zur Schamierachse zum Flügel (3) hin ansteigend verläuft. - Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ecklager (5) ein Dreh-Kipp-Ecklager ist mit einem flügelseitigen Lagerteil, das an einem rahmenseitigen Lagerteil um eine vertikale und eine horizontale Achse drehbar gelagert und relativ zum rahmenseitigen Lagerteil in vertikaler Richtung und/oder in horizontaler Richtung parallel zur Rahmenebene über einen Einstellbereich (B1, B2) verstellbar ist,
und daß das Spiel (26) des Scharnierbandes (9) mindestens so groß wie der vertikale Einstellbereich des Ecklagers (15) ist. - Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Lagerteile (15) des Scharnierbandes (9) zwei einander mit Abstand gegenüberstehende Lageraugen (24) und das andere Lagerteil eine zwischen die Lageraugen eingreifende Lageröse (20) aufweist und die Scharnierteile (15, 20) durch einen die Lageraugen (24) und Lageröse (20) durchsetzenden Achsstift (22) drehbar verbunden sind, wobei
die Länge der Lageröse (20) um einen das Spiel der Lagerteile (15, 20) in Achsrichtung ermöglichenden Betrag kürzer als der Abstand zwischen den Lageraugen (24) ist. - Beschlag nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einbohrstift (17) ein Gewindestift ist, der in eine Bohrung des Flügelrahmens (3) einschraubbar und am flügelseitigen Lagerteil (20) drehbar gelagert ist, so daß durch Herein- und Herausschrauben des Gewindestiftes das Scharnierband über einen Verstellbereich, der mindestens so groß wie der horizontale Einstellbereich des Ecklagers (5) ist, relativ zum Flügelrahmen horizontal verstellbar ist.
- Kombination aus einem Fenster oder Tür mit einem Drehflügel (3) und aus einem Beschlag gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 , der eine Drehung ausschließlich um eine lotrechte Drehachse (A3) ermöglicht, wobei das Ecklager (5) die gesamte vertikale Gewichtskomponente aufnimmt.
- Kombination nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das flügelseitige Lagerteil eines Scharnierbandes des Beschlages am Flügel (3) durch einen glatten Stift befestigt ist, der in einer Bohrung des Flügelrahmens verschieblich aufgenommen ist.
- Kombination nach Anspruch 5 mit mindestens zwei übereinander angeordneten Scharnierbändern (9, 11), bei dem das oberste Scharnierband gemäß Anspruch 4 und mindestens ein unteres Scharnierband gemäß Anspruch 6 ausgebildet ist.
