Claims (2)
- Vorrichtung zum Schneiden von gestapeltem, blattförmigem Gut (1), mit einem Tisch (35) zur Aufnahme des zu schneidenden Gutes (1), einer Vorschubeinheit (2) für das zu schneidende Gut (1), einem auf das zu schneidende Gut (1) absenkbaren Preßbalken (8), sowie einem benachbart zum Preßbalken (8) angeordneten, senkrecht zur das Gut (1) aufnehmenden Tischfläche (1a) verfahrbaren Schneidmesser (7), wobei der Preßbalken (8) einen Sensor (13, 14) aufweist, zum Erfassen eines vorbestimmten Abstandes zwischen dem Preßbalken (8) und der Oberkante (1b) des Schneidgutstapels (1), gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a. der Preßbalken (8) weist auf seiner dem Schneidmesser (7) zugewandten Seite ein in Abstand zur mit dem zu schneidenden Gut (1) in Anlage gelangenden, benachbarten Wirkfläche (8a) des Preßbalkens (8) angeordnetes Erfassungselement (25) zum Erfassen der Relativposition von Preßbalken (8) und Schneidmesser (7) auf,b. das Erfassungselement (25) ist als induktiver Näherungsschalter (25) oder Metalldetektor ausgebildet, wobei das Erfassungselement (25) bei Anwesenheit der Schneidkante (7a) in seinem Bereich schaltet,c. der vorbestimmte Abstand zwischen dem Preßbalken (8) und der Oberkante (1b) des Schneidgutstapels (1) wird mittels des unterhalb und außerhalb der Wirkfläche (8a) des Preßbalkens (8), parallel zur Wirkfläche (8a) wirksamen und am Preßbalken (8) angeordneten Sensors (13, 14) erfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (13, 14) als Lichtschranke ausgebildet ist, die als Elemente eine Lichtquelle (13) und eine Fotozelle (14) aufweist, die außerhalb der Tischfläche (3a) angeordnet sind.
