Claims (15)
- Stecker für eine Steckverbindung für den elektrischen Anschluß von Kraftfahrzeuganhängern, mit einem einen Kontakteinsatz (2) mit Kontaktstiften (3) aufnehmenden Gehäuse, welches einen Bajonettanschlußteil (5) für die Verbindung mit einer Steckdose aus einer Innenhülse (7) und einem auf dieser drehbar gelagerten Bajonettring (8) aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch eine formschlüssige, vorzugsweise beim Einführen des Bajonettanschlußteils (5) in die zugehörige Dose, zwangsläufig entriegelbare Verriegelung des Bajonettringes (8) mit der Innenhülse (7) in Bajonettentriegelungsstellung, welche einen in Bajonettentriegelungsstellung aus einer Öffnung (27) des Bajonettringes (8) radial herausragenden Entriegelungsstift (28) aufweist, welcher sich auf einer Verriegelungsfeder (29) abstützt, die in Bajonettentriegelungsstellung ein Verdrehen des Bajonettringes (8) gegenüber der Innenhülse (7) sperrt und beim Niederdrücken des Entriegelungsstiftes (28) freigibt.
- Stecker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Entriegelungsstift (28) sich über eine Plattform (31) auf der Verriegelungsfeder (29) abstützt, wobei vorzugsweise der Entriegelungsstift (28) eine Auflaufschräge (30) aufweist, und wobei vorzugsweise der Entriegelungsstift (28) außermittig an der Plattform (31) sitzt.
- Stecker nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plattform (31) in einer inneren Vertiefung (35) des Bajonettringes (8) aufgenommen und geführt ist.
- Stecker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsfeder (29) als Blattfeder ausgebildet ist.
- Stecker nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blattfeder (29) in einer äußeren Vertiefung (32) der Innenhülse (7) gehalten, vorzugsweise eingespannt ist, und daß von dem Blattfederhauptkörper ein federnd nachgiebiger Verriegelungsabschnitt (33) wegragt, welcher in Bajonettentriegelungsstellung mit einer inneren Verriegelungskante (34) des Bajonettringes (8) zusammenwirkt und auf welchen der Entriegelungsstift (28) beim Niederdrücken im Sinne eines Abhebens vor der Verriegelungskante (34) einwirkt, wobei vorzugsweise die Verriegelungskante (34) von einer Seitenbegrenzung der die Plattform (31) des Entriegelungsstiftes (28) aufnehmenden Vertiefung (35) des Bajonettringes 8 gebildet ist und die Plattform (31) etwas dünner ist als die Tiefe der Vertiefung (35).
- Stecker nach den Ansprüchen 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefung (32) der Innenhülse (7) Hinterschneidungen (38) für die Aufnahme der Blattfederenden aufweist.
- Stecker nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blattfeder (29) neben dem Verriegelungsabschnitt (33) Erhöhungen oder Ausprägungen (36) aufweist.
- Stecker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Bajonettring (8) eine Deckelauflageplattform (6) für die Auflage des Steckdosendeckels in Öffnungsstellung befestigt und mit diesem verdrehbar ist.
- Stecker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse eine Kappe (4) aufweist, welche mit der Innenhülse (7) unter axialer Festlegung des Kontakteinsatzes (2) verschraubbar ist.
- Stecker nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckelauflageplattform (6) einen Plattenabschnitt (10) aufweist, welcher Buchstaben, Ziffern, Kennzeichen od. dgl. trägt, die in Form von Erhebungen und Vertiefungen auf der Oberseite des Plattenabschnitts (10) vorgesehen sind.
- Stecker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenhülse (7) den Bajonettring (8) steckdosenseitig mit einem Ringwulstansatz (14) überragt, dessen Außendurchmesser größer ist als der Innendurchmesser des Bajonettringes (8), und daß sich die Innenhülse (7) mit einer steckdosenseitig weisenden Außenschulter (15) an eine Innenschulter (16) des Bajonettringes (8) in Axialrichtung anlegt.
- Stecker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenhülse (7) eine axiale Innenrippe (21) für die Codierung der Kontakteinsatzstellung aufweist.
- Stecker, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bajonettring (8) mit der Innenhülse (7) in Bajonettentriegelungsstellung in Drehrichtung lösbar verrastet ist, wobei vorzugsweise zur Verrastung von Bajonettring (8) und Innenhülse (7) der Bajonettring (8) eine teilringförmige Rille (17) aufweist, in welcher ein radialer Vorsprung (18) der Innenhülse (7) geführt ist, und im einen Endbereich der Rille (17) ein Rastvorsprung (19) vorgesehen ist.
- Stecker nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastvorsprung (19) eine bei Drehung des Bajonettringes (8) in Bajonettentriegelungsstellung wirksame Auflaufschräge für den Vorsprung (18) der Innenhülse (7) und auf der in Drehrichtung gegenüberliegenden Seite eine verhältnismäßig steile Rastkante hat.
- Stecker nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenhülse (7) zumindest auf der Außenfläche ihres vorderen, in dem Bajonettring (8) geführten zylindrischen Abschnitt im Winkelabstand, von bspw. 120°, Führungsrippen (37) trägt, die vorzugsweise im wesentlichen axial oder zur Längsachse schräg gestellt sind.
