Claims (22)
- Procédé de fabrication de blocs en béton(14) avec des trous minces, allant de bout en bout, pour l'évacuation de l'eau (blocs perforés), en particulier de pavés de différents formats et grandeurs, dans lequel la fabrication a lieu dans au moins un moule (3) rempli de béton qui est monté sur une table de moulage (1), et à l'aide d'au moins un piston (4) qui correspond au moule (3) et à la face du bloc et qui sert à compacter le béton, et dans lequel les blocs en béton(14) durcissent ensuite,
caractérisé en ce qu'
une pièce constitutive mobile (10) avec des broches à trous lisses (6) est disposée dans la zone des pistons (4) ou de la table de moulage (1), pièce constitutive (10) qui est introduite avec les broches à trous lisses (6), avant le compactage du béton, au moins en partie à l'intérieur du moule (3), le béton est ensuite compacté au moyen d'un mouvement en avant du piston (4), les broches à trous lisses (6), au moins après le compactage, pénètrent dans des ouvertures (13) de moulures (12) disposées sur la table de moulage (1), de telle sorte que soient formés des trous minces, allant de bout en bout, dans les blocs en béton(14) compactés, les broches à trous lisses (6) sont enlevées ensuite, au moins en partie, de la zone des blocs en béton compactés (14), puis les pistons (4) et, pour autant que cela n'est pas déjà fait, les broches à trous lisses (6), sont retirés de la zone des blocs en béton compactés (14), et les blocs en béton sont complètement démoulés. - Procédé de fabrication de blocs en béton selon la revendication 1,

caractérisé en ce que- le ou les blocs en béton peuvent être montés sur une table de moulage (1) et peuvent être soulevés à partir de celle-ci,- il y a au moins un piston (4) qui peut se déplacer en avant en direction du moule (3) et en arrière,- une pièce constitutive (10), mobile, avec des broches à trous lisses (6), est disposée dans la zone des pistons (4) ou de la table de moulage (1), ces broches à trous lisses (6) étant disposées, au moins pendant le compactage du béton par les pistons (4), à l'intérieur du volume de compactage, et pénétrant, au moins après le compactage dans des ouvertures (13) de moulures (12) disposées sur la table de moulage (1). - Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que- les pistons (4) présentent des ouvertures (17),- de préférence sur la médiane des ouvertures (17), sont disposées des broches à trous lisses (6) qui sont fixées sur au moins une pièce constitutive (10),- la pièce constitutive (10) est disposée du côté du piston (4) situé en regard du moule (3) et peut coulisser, au moins en partie, indépendamment du piston (4) dans le sens de son mouvement, et- la translation de la pièce constitutive (10) a une amplitude telle que les extrémités des broches à trous lisses (6) vont jusqu'à la table de moulage (1) d'une part et jusqu'au dessus de la surface des blocs en béton quand les pistons(4) sont en position retirée, d'autre part. - Dispositif selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que- la table de moulage (1) présente des ouvertures,- de préférence, sur la médiane des ouvertures, sont disposées des broches à trous lisses (6) qui sont fixées sur au moins une pièce constitutive (10) pouvant se déplacer séparément du piston (4),- la pièce constitutive (10) est disposée du côté situé en regard du moule (3) ou en s'écartant de celui-ci, et- le trajet de coulissement de la pièce constitutive a une amplitude telle que les extrémités des broches à trous lisses (6) vont d'une part jusqu'au piston (4) quand il est en position abaissée, et d'autre part, jusque dans les ouvertures à l'intérieur de la surface extérieure, tournée vers le moule (3), de la table de moulage (1) ou des moulures (12), disposées sur la table de moulage (1) ou sur la tôle d'emboutissage (2). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que
les broches à trous lisses (6) sont réalisées, au moins dans la zone de leur extrémité libre, de façon conique. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 8,
