Definitions

  • the invention relates to an arrangement with installation elements according to the features specified in the preamble of claim 1.
  • FR-A-2 063 375 which contains lines and pipes cast into lightweight concrete.
  • a defined alignment of the lines, which can also contain expansion loops, and the associated connections is thus predetermined.
  • the expansion loops are complete and additional measures for the alignment of such arrangements or sanitary blocks to be arranged vertically one above the other are required during assembly.
  • DE-A-3 309 460 discloses a foamed installation module for sanitary appliances, which is to be fastened to a wall of a building or the like by means of a holding rail.
  • the holding rail has elongated holes which enable the holding rail and thus the sanitary block to be aligned with respect to the wall mentioned.
  • the object of the invention is to further develop the arrangements of the type mentioned in such a way that both simple manufacture and little assembly effort are achieved.
  • the arrangement is intended to change the length of the lines and pipes, in particular as a result of Record changes in temperature, reliable.
  • the arrangement should have compact dimensions, be easy to handle, and a tolerance compensation with existing or still to be created connections for fittings, tubs, basins or the like should be made possible reliably.
  • the proposed arrangement with installation elements represents a prefabricated unit which can be connected to existing fittings, installation parts, tubs, basins or the like with little installation effort and / or is prepared for such connections.
  • the arrangement expediently holds the pressurized lines extending over a floor height, in particular for warm or cold fresh water, circulation and pipes for waste water and / or rainwater, loops being provided as expansion loops as well as adjustable extensions, connecting elements and Compensating parts.
  • the essentially vertical strands of lines or pipes are arranged in such a way that their upper and lower ends are essentially aligned and consequently allow connection to a corresponding arrangement in the upper or lower floor without problems.
  • the loops in the pressurized lines are provided in particular for fresh water, while the unpressurized pipes, which are primarily intended for waste water or rainwater, are equipped with long sleeves.
  • axial offsets between a first arrangement according to the invention and a further arrangement to be mounted on the floor above can be compensated for without difficulty.
  • the change in length of the pipeline to be compensated for each arrangement is relatively small, it being possible to assume a storey height of 2.5 m per floor.
  • the bending leg lengths are predefined so that there is a high level of safety and related assembly errors are avoided with high reliability.
  • the loops are partially prepared in the factory with one bending leg each and completed after the appropriately vertical fastening of the holding frame to the room wall, the connection being carried out with simultaneous tolerance compensation to the corresponding arrangement existing on the next floor.
  • the essentially horizontal bending leg and a vertically oriented pipe part are provided which are spaced apart from the pipeline in the horizontal direction.
  • the individual connections of the pipelines are expediently adjustable and orientable with respect to the frame, so that the connection to the existing fittings and the like can be made without any problems.
  • the frame of the entire arrangement is expediently constructed from metal rails which, for reasons of stability, are preferably designed as angle or profile rails. These rails have elongated holes, at least in the area of the various connections and / or the lines or the pipes, through which threaded bolts of clamps or other holding elements reach, in order to enable simple alignment on the one hand and reliable fastening thereof on the other hand. With a compact design, the arrangement weighs a maximum of 60 kg and can therefore be carried by two people, which means that even a narrow staircase makes it easy to transport.
  • Fig. 1 shows the arrangement with a holding frame 2, which has a line 4 for cold water, a line 5 for hot water and a line 6 for circulation.
  • These lines are designed in the usual way for the existing water pressure, are constructed from pressure pipes, angles, T-pieces or the like and extend in the vertical direction over a floor height of, for example, 2.5 m.
  • the lines mentioned each contain an expansion loop 8, 9, 10 with bending legs in order to compensate for changes in length. Since the respective arrangement, which is also referred to as a register, has a total height of approximately 2.5 m, corresponding to the storey height, the changes in length are relatively small.
  • the entire arrangement is designed as a factory-made assembly, the respective expansion loops are dimensioned according to the requirements, with incorrect calculations of the leg lengths, which are to be feared in practice during assembly on site, avoided and a high quality and safety of the arrangement is guaranteed. Furthermore, functional safety is ensured by the factory production and production of connections with angles, T-pieces or the like.
  • an arrangement according to the invention is installed on each floor in the installation shaft or the like there, so that a number of such arrangements are present one above the other in accordance with the number of storeys.
  • Installation takes place from floor to floor, with openings being made in the floors or ceilings corresponding to the lower end 14, 15, 16 and the upper ends 17, 18, 19.
  • the lower and upper ends of the respective line are particularly advantageously aligned. Any axis offsets between the mutually assigned ends of the registers arranged vertically one above the other in the respective floor can be compensated for without any problems on account of the expansion loops 8, 9, 10.
  • the pipe sections present in the area of the expansion loop are expediently cut to length and aligned with one another by turning, the connection through the ceiling being able to be easily established by means of sleeves (not shown here).
  • the expansion loops are only partially prepared in the factory, so that, for example, the horizontal bending legs 11 - adjoining the vertical pipeline lines via an angle 13 and the pipeline parts connected vertically upwards via elbows and the remaining parts of the loop and the vertical pipe parts adjoining upwards are provided with the upper ends 17-19 and for connection and Tolerance compensation can be cut to size and aligned on site in the required manner.
  • a collecting trough 20 is preferably arranged on top of the holding frame 2.
  • This collecting trough contains on its underside fastening parts 22 in the form of feet or the like, which correspond to assigned parts 24 of the holding frame 2.
  • the fastening parts 22 and the parts 24 are matched to one another in such a way that the collecting trough is held securely and no forces are transmitted to the lines.
  • the arrangement also contains pipes 25, 26 for waste water and for rain water.
  • the sewage pipe 25 and the rain pipe 26 each have an extremely long long sleeve 28 in the upper end region, which makes it possible to bridge a distance of the order of 30 cm.
  • Long slides 30 with associated sleeves 31 are inserted into the long sleeves 28 from above.
  • the lower ends 32, 33 of the pipes 25, 26 are also aligned with the sleeves 31 provided according to the invention in combination at the respective upper end 34, 35.
  • the sliding piece 30 is extended upward and with its sleeve 31 over the pushed the lower end of the sewage pipe or the rain pipe of the assembly mounted above it in the floor and conveniently glued and secured to it.
  • a loop 36 is provided in the embodiment of the pipe 26 shown here for rainwater, especially with regard to adverse flow noises.
  • This loop also enables one in a simple manner Adjustment and alignment in the event of an axis offset.
  • the pipe 26 for rainwater can be omitted if the arrangement is used in a building in which the downpipes are laid outside the building, for example.
  • the tubes 25, 26 are connected by means of clips to the elongated holes of the holding frame provided according to the invention.
  • the waste water pipe 25 has a fourfold branch 38 in the lower part of the arrangement.
  • This special branch with four outlets or connections is made in the factory from a number of individual branches with corresponding sleeves, the individual parts being permanently connected at the factory.
  • An outlet 40 to the toilet with a nominal diameter of DN 100 is provided.
  • the other outlets 41 to 43 are used to connect trailing lines 46 to 48, which lead to a bathtub, a sink in the bathroom and a sink in the neighboring kitchen.
  • the mentioned trailing lines which open into the sewage pipe 25 in the manner shown, contain a combination of at least two, preferably five, long-sleeve bends and sliding pieces in order to enable on-site adaptation in all directions in a confined space.
  • a tolerance of the wall breakthrough to the bathroom or kitchen in the order of 8 cm can be compensated for without further ado.
  • Each of the trailing lines can be adjusted and adjusted separately as required. There are thus a total of five long socket bends, which work together at their intervals and are precisely adjusted to one another in order to enable compensation in the different spatial directions without any problems.
  • outlets 54, 55 and downstream inclined seat valves 56, 57 and water meters 58, 59 are also provided.
  • These angle seat valves 56, 57 and water meters 58, 59 are arranged in such a way that they are one neighboring room, in particular the bathroom, can be actuated or read through a corresponding inspection opening.
  • the lines are continued behind the water meters 58, 59 mentioned in order to enable the necessary connections to the fittings of the kitchen and the bathroom.
  • the faucets or mixer taps on the kitchen sink, the bathtub and the vanity in the bathroom are particularly worth mentioning here.
  • Corresponding corner valves can also be provided for the above-mentioned wash basins as well as for a high-hanging or low-hanging cistern.
  • the connections mentioned are so far prefabricated and manufactured in the factory that the connection to the fittings, angle valves or the like only has to be made on site at the construction site with comparatively little effort.
  • Wall panes have proven to be particularly useful for the connection of the fittings mentioned, the wall panes 64, 65 for cold water and hot water at the bathroom sink being mentioned here only by way of example.
  • the wall disks 64, 65 and the other wall disks, which are not explained in detail here, are arranged so as to be adjustable with respect to the holding frame 2. This will be explained in more detail below.
  • the holding frame 2 contains four vertical rails 71 to 74, which practically represent the corner limits of the arrangement.
  • the holding frame 2 is essentially designed as a rectangular box which has different cross rails 76 to 79 on each of its four sides.
  • the transverse rails 77, 79 located on the narrow sides are expediently designed as angled rails and also serve for fastening to the building.
  • the transverse rails 78 located on the rear of the arrangement in accordance with this illustration are expediently detachably fastened, in particular by means of screws. Possibly existing wiring harnesses or other lines in the building or in its shaft do not interfere with the installation of the arrangement.
  • the vertical profile rails 73, 74 located on the rear side can be brought directly into contact with the building wall, so that the aforementioned cable strands or the like reach the interior of the arrangement. Subsequently, the rear cross rails 78 can then be screwed on again in the required manner.
  • the rear cross rails 78 mentioned are expediently folded up at the factory and, after assembly and alignment of the arrangement, are brought into the required horizontal position and screwed together.
  • the various cross rails 76 to 79 have elongated holes 80 running horizontally, at least in the vicinity of the pipes or lines that pass them. Suitable pipe clamps, holding rails or the like, to which the lines or pipes are fixed, are adjustably arranged in these elongated holes.
  • the cross rails are expediently designed as prefabricated perforated profiles or angular profiles with elongated holes.
  • the ends of the cross profiles are preferably welded to the vertical profiles 71 to 74 and overall the holding frame 2 has a high stability.
  • Two base plates 81 are also fastened to the holding frame 2 at the bottom.
  • the lower edges of these base plates 81 are expediently lower by a predetermined small amount than the lower ends of the pipes and lines.
  • These stand plates which are preferably designed as wooden panels, thus serve as protection for the pipe ends mentioned.
  • These base plates 81 enable the arrangement to be securely supported during transport or assembly, which can be placed on the floor by means of the base plates 81 if necessary.
  • squared timbers are arranged in a horizontal plane on the front of the arrangement.
  • These squared timbers 82 enable the arrangement to be stacked. For transport and / or storage, several such arrangements can be placed one above the other without any problems and the required storage space can thus be kept relatively small.
  • these squared timbers 82 are preferably aligned flush with fastening brackets for a removable wall.
  • This wall is designed in particular as a kitchen wall in the form of a particle board or the like. It is thus ensured that the kitchen connection for a mixer tap, corner valves or the like has the required depth.
  • Fig. 2 shows partially and enlarged of the holding frame, the vertical profile rail 72 and the one cross rail 77, which is designed as an angle profile. Furthermore, an angle profile 84 anchored in the building wall and a rubber spring 86 with a lower threaded bolt 88 and an upper threaded bolt 89 are shown.
  • the transverse rail fastened to the holding frame has a slot 92 in the horizontal leg 90 which runs parallel to the plane of the drawing.
  • the angle profile 84 contains an elongated hole 85 running perpendicular to the plane of the drawing. The threaded bolt 88 is guided through the elongated hole 85 and the upper threaded bolt 89 through the slot 92.
  • the rubber spring separates the two firmly their connected threaded bolts 88, 89, so that direct sound transmission is avoided.
  • the holding frame can thus be adjusted with respect to the building in the two horizontal directions and the height can be adjusted by means of the threaded rod 88 in connection with the assigned nuts.
  • two transverse rails 77, 79 are arranged vertically spaced one above the other on the two narrow sides of the holding frame 2.
  • all of the four cross rails mentioned are intercepted via rubber springs 86 on angle profiles connected to the building wall.
  • the four rubber spring elements provide good protection against sound transmission, especially since all connections are fastened to the holding frame 2. Using the threaded rods, an exact vertical alignment of the arrangement is easily possible.
  • the arrangement can initially be used only loosely during assembly without any particular difficulties, in order subsequently to be precisely aligned by appropriate adjustment of the threaded rod and to be fastened by means of the nuts mentioned.
  • FIG. 3 shows the already mentioned wall pane 64, which is fastened by means of a holding rail 96 to the rear, horizontal cross rail 78 by means of screws 98.
  • the holding rail 96 has two vertical slots 100 through which the screws 98 are passed as well as through the vertical elongated hole 80 of the transverse rail 78.
  • the horizontal transverse rail 78 like the other transverse rails of the holding frame, each has a number of such horizontal elongated holes 80, by means of which the transverse adjustment and adjustment of the connecting elements with the pipelines is made possible.
  • the vertical alignment of the required connections is also made possible, for example here by means of the wall disk 94.
  • the line 66 is connected to the wall plate 64 in the usual manner.
  • this line 66 is connected, for example, to the water meter 58 via a screw connection 67.
  • the connection to further pipes within the arrangement can also be made via an angle piece 102 if necessary.
  • This connection is carried out in particular only after the mounting of the holding frame. In this way, alignment and adaptation to existing wall openings for fittings, connecting pipelines or the like can be carried out expediently.
  • the holding rail 96 instead of the orthogonal orientation shown in FIG.
  • FIG. 4 shows the special configuration of the holding rail 96 with the two parallel slots 100.
  • the holding rail 96 also has a total of eight fastening holes 104 on a common hole circle. These mounting holes 104 are used, for example, for screwing the aforementioned wall panel. It can be seen that the attachment in positions offset by 45 angular degrees from one another is possible as required.
  • the holding elements of the respective lines or pipes are connected by means of screws or threaded bolts which reach through the associated elongated holes of the, in particular, horizontal rails of the holding frame, according to the invention by means of screw connections which are detachable and re-attachable for alignment during assembly.
