Claims (3)
- Dispositif pour le transfert à position exacte de feuilles, pour le transport de feuilles entre les unités d'impression d'une machine d'impression à plusieurs couleurs, constitué de chariots de prise qui sont accrochés à des chaînes entraînées sans fin, qui sont guidés par l'intermédiaire de galets d'avance sur des rails, et qui comportent une tige de butée de preneur et des preneurs coopérant avec celle-ci, les chaînes étant guidées dans la zone du transfert de feuilles autour de tambours à chaînes et la tige de butée de preneur étant réalisée de façon concave en hauteur en s'étendant sur la largeur du chariot de prise,
caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de cintrage (16-21) est prévu dans la zone de renvoi des roues à chaînes (5,6), le dispositif de cintrage agissant sur la zone interne du chariot de prise (3) en son milieu, le chariot de prise (3) pouvant être pressé par le dispositif de cintrage contre les rails (12) de sorte que la tige de butée de preneur (14) est courbée de façon rectiligne dans la position de transfert de feuilles. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de cintrage (16-21) est constitué d'une came externe (16) montée sur l'arbre (18) de la roue à chaînes, sur laquelle came se déplace un galet de pressage (17) monté sur le chariot de prise (3) pour engendrer les forces de cintrage, et la came externe (16) étant arrêtée par l'intermédiaire d'une barre (21) s'étendant transversalement à la direction de la machine et fixée au support latéral (13). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que la came externe (16) présente une zone de mise en marche qui est formée de sorte que le galet de pressage (17) entre en contact avant la position de transfert de feuilles.
