Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Aluminiumdosen mit Gewinde, welche innen und aussen lackiert sind, durch Herstellung einer zylindrischen Dose mittels Tiefziehen, Tiefziehen und Abstrecken oder Fliesspressen, durch Lackieren der zylindrischen Dose und nachfolgendes Einziehen, Gewinderollen mittels einer innenliegenden Gewindeschablone (40) und einer äusseren Gewinderolle (50), und Ablängen wobei die Verfahrensschritte Einziehen, Gewinderollen und Ablängen alle bei derselben Aufspannung der Dose durchgeführt werden dad. gek dass beim Rollen des Gewindes die Werkzeuge (40, 50) derart geführt werden, dass zwischen den Werkzeugen (40, 50) und dem Dosenmaterial durch Rutschen der Werkzeuge (40, 50) auf dem Dosenmaterial ein Vorbestimmter Schlupf entsteht, wobei das innere Werkzeug (40) in Bewegungsrichtung der Werkzeuge (40, 50) und das äussere Werkzeug (50) entgegen der Bewegungsrichtung der Werkzeuge auf dem Dosenmaterial rutscht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Lackieren der Dosen Lacke verwendet werden, die durch Zusatzstoffe derart modifiziert sind, dass sie eine erhöhte Haftfähigkeit, erhöhte Flexibilität und verbesserte Gleiteigenschaffen aufweisen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusatzstoffe Katalyten, Weichmacher und/oder Gleitmittel sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Gewinderollen die Dose zu mindestens einem weiteren im wesentlichen zylindrischen Halsstück (20) eingezogen wird und dass der Aussendurchmesser dieses Halsstückes im wesentlichen dem Kerndurchmesser des zu rollenden Gewindes entspricht.
- Vorrichtung zum Rollen von Gewinden an lackierten Aluminiumdosen nach dem Verfahren gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei sie eine Gewindeschablone (40) für die Abstützung des Halses von innen und eine Gewinderolle (50) für das Rollen des Gewindes von aussen aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Steuermittel aufweist, die die Bewegung der Schablone (40) und der Gewinderolle (50) koordinieren und die Bewegungen der Werkzeuge derart ablaufen lassen, dass zwischen Dosenhals und Werkzeugen der geforderte Schlupf entsteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuermittel zum Erzeugen des Schlupfs aus einem Zahnkranz (61) auf der Welle (42) der Schablone (40) und einem Zahnkranz (62) auf der Gewinderolle (50) bestehen und dass der Wälzkreis des Zahnkranzes (61) auf der Welle (42) der Schablone (40) grösser ist als der Abwälzkreis der Gewinderolle (50) auf dem Dosenhals.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Radius (R) des Wälzkreises des Zahnkranzes (61) sich zum Abwälzradius (r) der Gewinderolle (50) auf dem Dosenhals derart gewählt sind, dass R : r ≧ 1,1 ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuermittel zur Koordination der radialen Bewegung der Schablone (40) und der Gewinderolle (50) Keilsysteme und Mittel zur Erzeugung einer relativen Achsialbewegung dieser Keilsysteme gegeneinander aufweisen.
