Definitions
- the invention relates to a row shed loom according to the preamble of claim 1 and a method for Operation of the same.
- EP-A 093 078 includes a row shed weaving machine a weaving rotor that defines with a high or low compartment Guide elements and associated with the guide elements Has combs and described with laying elements, which are designed as racks, the Interdental spaces serve as guides for the warp thread around the warp threads of the guide elements assign.
- the guide elements are by means of second Racks positioned on the weaving rotor, with the first and second racks are identical. This results in a high degree of agreement between the division of management elements and those of Warp threads and consequently an optimally ordered course of the Warp threads from the laying elements to the weaving rotor.
- Step when the warp threads are pulled off the warp beam
- the invention seeks to remedy this.
- the invention as characterized in the claims solves the task of reducing the warp streak and a to produce more homogeneous tissue.
- the advantage of the invention is that they also have fabrics with denser warp spacing without Occurrence of warp streak on row shed looms are producible.
- the weaving rotor 11 is alternating in the circumferential direction with twelve subject-forming guide elements 12 and equipped with twelve stop combs 15.
- the striking combs 14 have gaps 25 into which, apart from the fabric edge, two warp threads are inserted while the lateral guidance by tines 23.
- the light one Width 26 of a gap 25 corresponds approximately to double Width 27 of a tine and the comb pitch 29 corresponds twice the ideal warp thread pitch.
- the leadership elements 12 have high guides 19 and low guides 20, in each of which several warp threads are inserted are to be 41 even with small average warp thread spacings Space for side boundaries of riser channels 35 and to create deep routing channels 36.
- laying elements 31 against the direction of rotation 10 of the weaving rotor 11 on the circumference at a distance of the order of several Comb spacing angles a are arranged.
- the laying elements 31 are at a distance 32 of less than 2 mm to the highest points of the ridges and parallel to arranged the axis of the weaving rotor 11. they consist of Rails with guide holes at a distance from the warp thread repeat. With a rail e.g. the warp threads 8, 8 ', 8 "etc.
- the weaving rotor 11 transverse to the direction of rotation 10 of the weaving rotor 11 controlled and coordinated according to a program for rotation of the weaving rotor 11 in intended for insertion Gaps of the combs 10 and the guide elements 12 inserted.
- the laying elements 31 lay theirs Warp threads alternately in high guides 19 and low guides 20 so that fans 14 are formed. Moreover put the warp threads in the to cast on the Gaps 25 provided for tissue of the combs 15.
- the high guides rotating past the laying elements 31 19, deep guides 20 and the gaps 25 of the combs run tangentially into the laying elements 31 supplied warp threads 1-8, 1'-8 'etc. and comb these in the direction of rotation 10 until they come off the warp threads be left in the direction of the fabric stop edge 18.
- the tissue stop edge 18 now weft threads 9 between the Warp threads 1-8, 1'-8 'etc. caught and caught by the warp threads lifted out of the firing channel 13 along slots 34.
- the elevated guides 19 and low guides lose 20 their effect as lateral guidance and give the warp threads the opportunity to be under the ruling Preload between the fabric stop edge 18 and the following stop combs 15 transverse to the direction of rotation 10 realign.
- weft thread 9 By striking the front of the stop comb 15 weft thread 9 are the Warp threads laterally fixed in the fabric 30.
- the warp streak of fabric 30 reflects how good it is the warp threads succeed before the weft threads are struck 9 to align in a desired shape. This will be all the more more difficult, the more warp threads due to lack of space when slinging in a gap 25 of a stop comb 15 must be summarized.
- At least 15 are used with stop combs two warp threads per occupied gap 25 the position of Laying elements 31, the geometry and position of combs 15, 16, 17, 28, the location of high and low guides 19, 20 and the laying program coordinated so that the Warp streak is controllable.
- the fluctuations in warp warping are ⁇ 1 plotted in millimeters, reflecting the change the place of insertion of a laying element 31 along the circumference of a web rotor. If warp ends from a warp beam delivered, generate the fluctuations in Warp tension fluctuations in the warp threads. interesting is that the curve of the fluctuations the warp warp at a distance that the corresponds to twice the ridge spacing angle a, repeatedly.
- a Laying element 31 and a by 2a on the circumference of the weaving rotor 11 shifted laying element 31 have the same effect the fluctuations in warp warping and thus tension in the warp thread, which is essentially due to the Fluctuation in the number of engaged high or Deep guides 19, 20 arise for this warp thread.
- the Laying elements 31 are as narrow as possible in groups 33 of the weaving rotor 11 staggered to while striking to generate similar tension profiles in the warp threads. Accordingly, you can choose between a maximum fluctuation ⁇ l 38 from warp warping and a minimal fluctuation ⁇ l 39 can be arranged.
- warp threads With the number of 35 and Deep guide channel 36 inserted warp threads is also the Repeat intended for laying warp threads. With four Warp threads per up and down channel 35, 36 the laying picture is repeated in a division of 8 Warp threads transverse to the direction of rotation 10 and in the direction of rotation 10 at an angular distance of two comb spacing angles ⁇ . In 3 to 6 typical laying pictures are shown, the differences between them are described below. The Representation corresponds to a schematic settlement on Weaving rotor 11, the distances between combs 15 and Guide elements 13 are greatly shortened. The warp threads are in the area of a Hoch Resultsskanals 35 in the upper compartment stripped black while in the area of a deep channel 36 are shown as broken lines.
- a stop combs 15 are shown, the prongs 23rd and gaps 24 are aligned with one another in the direction of rotation 10, being in the direction of rotation 10 and transverse to the direction of rotation 10 Tines 23 with tines 37, which have a short profile, alternate, which brings space advantages when inserting.
- a stop comb 15 aligns every second tine 23, 37 with the center line of a high or low channel 35, 36.
- the inside width 26 corresponds to the gaps 25 approximately twice the width 27 of a tine 25, 37.
- the comb pitch 29 corresponds to the direction of rotation 10 twice the ideal warp thread spacing. Of the Warp thread distance 41 between two adjacent warp threads when struck varies fairly strongly.
- the double comb in this case consists of an auxiliary comb 28, which in Direction of rotation 10 is a main comb 16 upstream.
- the Division 29 of the auxiliary and main combs 28, 16 is the same. However, these are by half a division 29 to each other offset laterally so that the warp threads forming a prong 23 of the main comb 17 frame, together in the following aligned gap 25 of the auxiliary comb 28 lie.
- the main combs 17 are aligned in the direction of rotation 10 with each other, while in Fig. 5b every second main comb 16 laterally offset by half a comb pitch 29 is.
- a straightening comb 17 is shown as a single comb is stored outside of the weaving rotor 11, and at every second shot shortly before the attack comb 15 and in front of the weft thread 9 in immersion areas 42 dips between the warp threads to help align them to support.
- There are two prongs 23 each Distance between a comb pitch 29 side by side and point a distance of three comb divisions to the next two prongs 23 to repetitive in the grid Immerse immersion areas 42.
- the teeth of the straightening comb 17 are for Increased accuracy is tapered.
- the immersion movement the straightening combs 17 can also share motion included in the direction of rotation 10, on the one hand in unique Immersion areas 42, 43 a separation of the Make warp threads and on the other hand as close as possible to achieve a directivity in front of the striking comb 15.
