Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klappschachtel für Zigaretten oder dergleichen, mit einem Schachtelteil , einem an einer Schachtel-Rückwand angelenkten Deckel und einem im Schachtelteil angeordneten Kragen mit Kragen-Vorderwand und Kragen-Seitenwänden, dessen aus dem Schachtelteil herausragender Bereich, also ein Kragen-Oberteil, in Schließstellung vom Deckel umfaßt ist und dessen Kragen-Vorderwand Stege zur Begrenzung einer Ausnehmung aufweist, wobei an der Innenseite einer Deckel-Vorderwand eine Deckel-Innenlasche angebracht ist.
  • Derartige Klappschachteln sind in verschiedener Ausführung bekannt, neuerdings auch mit aufrechten abgerundeten bzw. polygonal ausgebildeten Längskanten. Ein gewisses Problem bei derartigen Klappschachteln ist die Sicherung einer exakten Schließstellung des Deckels, insbesondere nach mehrmaliger Benutzung der Klappschachtel.
  • Bekannt sind bereits Klappschachteln, bei denen Kragen-Seitenwände mit Faltlappen zusammenwirken, die an der Innenseite von Deckel-Seitenwänden angeordnet sind. In einem Falle (DE-B-1 161 513) sind die Faltlappen an der Innenseite der Kragen-Seitenwände mit durch Faltung gebildeten Verdickungen versehen. Diese bewirken in Schließstellung der Klappschachtel eine höhere Reibung an den Kragen-Seitenwänden. Diese sind zur Aufnahme der Verdickungen an der Innenseite des Deckels besonders geformt, nämlich mit einer Prägung versehen.
  • Bei einer anderen bekannten Klappschachtel (US-A-4 526 317) ist eine Vorderwand des Schachtelteils an den vorderen Ecken im oberen Bereich mit aufrechten, sich über Eck erstreckenden Stegen versehen. Deren in der Ebene von Seitenwänden verlaufende Schenkel treten in Schließstellung in eine Klemmposition zwischen einem Faltlappen an der Innenseite der Deckel-Seitenwand und dieser.
  • Diese bekannten Klappschachteln entsprechen im äußeren Erscheinungsbild nicht der üblichen, weltweit verbreiteten Gestaltungsform von Klappschachteln. Insbesondere sind Kragen bzw. Schachtel-Vorderwand und Seitenwand abweichend ausgebildet von herkömmlichen Klappschachteln. Eine solche Umgestaltung ist für die Praxis unerwünscht.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Klappschachtel der eingangs genannten Konstruktion vorzuschlagen, die ohne Veränderung des äußeren Erscheinungsbildes eine zuverlässige Schließhilfe für den Deckel aufweist.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die erfindungsgemäße Klappschachtel dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckel-Innenlasche an wenigstens einem Seitenrand einen Einschnitt bzw. eine Öffnung aufweist, in die ein Steg der Kragen-Vorderwand derart einschiebbar ist, daß eine Teilfläche des Stegs in den Bereich zwischen Deckel-Innenlasche und Deckel-Vorderwand gelangt.
  • Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Klappschachtel sind Schachtelteil, Kragen und Deckel nach außen in konventioneller Weise ausgebildet. Lediglich eine nach außen nicht sichtbare Deckel-Innenlasche ist mit Stanzungen versehen, die einen form- und kraftschlüssigen Eingriff von Teilen der Kragen-Vorderwand in Schließstellung selbsttätig herbeiführen. Aufgrund der Gestaltung der Ausnehmungen in der Deckel-Innenlasche erfolgt der wechselseitige Eingriff mit den Stegen der Kragen-Vorderwand selbsttätig beim Schließen der Klappschachtel.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

  • Das in den Zeichnungen dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel betrifft eine Klappschachtel zur Aufnahme einer Zigaretten-Gruppe (50). Diese ist üblicherweise in einen Innenzuschnitt aus Stanniol oder dergleichen eingehüllt.
  • Die Klappschachtel besteht aus einem Schachtelteil 10 und einem Deckel 11. Letzterer ist schwenkbar mit dem Schachtelteil 10 verbunden. Eine Deckel-Rückwand 12 ist zu diesem Zweck über ein Gelenk 13 mit einer Schachtel-Rückwand 14 verbunden.
  • Der Schachtelteil 10 besteht des weiteren aus einer Bodenwand 15, Schachtel-Seitenwänden 16, 17 sowie einer Schachtel-Vorderwand 18.
  • Analog hierzu besteht der Deckel 11 aus einer Stirnwand 19, Deckel-Seitenwänden 20, 21 sowie einer Deckel-Vorderwand 22.
  • In den Schachtelteil 10 ist ein Kragen 23 eingesetzt. Dieser besteht aus einer Kragen-Vorderwand 24 und quergerichteten Kragen-Seitenwänden 25, 26. Der Kragen sitzt mit einem Kragen-Unterteil 27 innerhalb des Schachtelteils 10. Die Kragen-Vorderwand 24 ist mit der Schachtel-Vorderwand 18 an ihrer Innenseite verbunden, insbesondere durch Klebung. Bei dem vorliegendem Ausführungsbeispiel sind hierfür zwei rechteckige Leimflecken 51 vorgesehen. Die Kragen-Seitenwände 25, 26 liegen an den Innenseiten der Schachtel-Seitenwände 16, 17 an.
  • Ein Kragen-Oberteil 28 des Kragens 23 ragt aus dem Schachtelteil 10 heraus. Dieses Kragen-Oberteil 28 wird von dem Deckel 11 in Schließstellung der Packung umschlossen. Dabei liegt der betreffende Teil der Kragen-Vorderwand 24 innenseitig an der Deckel-Vorderwand 22 an. Die Kragen-Seitenwände 25, 26 liegen an den Deckel-Seitenwänden 20, 21 an.
  • Der Kragen 23 ist im Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand 24 in besonderer Weise ausgebildet, nämlich mit einer Ausnehmung 29. Diese ist seitlich von schräggerichteten, zum oberen Rand divergierenden Seitenkanten 30 begrenzt. Diese gehen an der offenen Seite der Ausnehmung 29 mit einem Bogen 31 in eine quergerichtete Oberkante des Kragens über.
  • Bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel ist die in der beschriebenen Weise ausgebildete Klappschachtel als "Rundkanten"-Packung ausgebildet. Aufrechte Längskanten 33, 34 der Klappschachtel sind bogenförmig ausgebildet. Es entstehen dadurch "abgerundete" Kanten, wobei der Radius der Rundungen etwa dem Radius einer Zigarette entspricht.
  • Die abgerundeten Längskanten 33, 34 erstrecken sich sowohl im Bereich des Schachtelteils 10 als auch des Deckels 11. Entsprechend sind auch Kragenkanten 35, 36 abgerundet.
  • In Schließstellung der Packung liegt eine quergerichtete Schließkante 37 des Deckels 11 an einer Gegenkante 38 des Schachtelteils 10 an. Diese Schließstellung soll gesichert werden, ohne daß dadurch das Öffnen der Packung erschwert ist. Zu diesem Zweck ist in Schließstellung der Kragen 23 innerhalb des Deckels 11 lösbar verankert. Der Kragen 23 wird zu diesem Zweck in Schließstellung der Packung mit einer Lasche innerhalb des Deckels verhakt, derart, daß ein erhöhter Reibungswiderstand erzeugt wird, der unerwünschte Verschiebungen des Deckels 11 in der Schließstellung verhindert.
  • Bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel ist eine Deckel-Innenlasche 39 in besonderer Weise ausgebildet. Diese ist hier Teil des Zuschnitts für die Packung (Fig. 4) und schließt an die Deckel-Vorderwand 22 an. Bei der fertigen Packung ist die Deckel-Innenlasche 39 gegen die Innenseite der Deckel-Vorderwand 22 gefaltet und mit dieser durch Klebung verbunden. Bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel sind zwei rechteckige Leimfelder (52) für die Befestigung der Deckel-Innenlasche 39 vorgesehen. Diese sind so angeordnet, daß seitliche Bereiche der Deckel-Innenlasche 39 verklebungsfrei bleiben.
  • Im vorliegenden Falle hat die Deckel-Innenlasche 39 in Längsrichtung des Zuschnitts (Fig. 4) eine Abmessung, die nahezu der Höhe der Deckel-Vorderwand 22 entspricht. Seitenränder 40 und 41 der Deckel-Innenlasche 39 sind so ausgebildet, daß hier in Schließstellung Teile des Kragens 23 fixiert werden, nämlich seitliche, aufrechte Stege 42 als Begrenzung der Ausnehmung 29.
  • Die Seitenränder 40, 41 der Deckel-Innenlasche 39 sind zu diesem Zweck mit Ausnehmungen bzw. Schlitzen versehen. Bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel ist eine zum Rand freie Öffnung 43 vorgesehen. Diese ist durch eine bogenförmige Führungskante 44 begrenzt, die in eine schlitzartige, spitzwinklig ausgebildete Erweiterung 45 der Öffnung 43 übergeht. Die Erweiterung 45 ist durch eine Querkante 46 begrenzt.
  • In die so ausgebildete Öffnung 43 tritt der Steg 42 der Kragen-Vorderwand 24 bei der Schließbewegung des Deckels 11 ein. Durch die Abmessungen des Deckels 11 im Verhältnis zum Kragen 23 gleitet dieser mit der Oberkante 32 bzw. dem Bogen 31 der Stege 42 an der Innenseite der Deckel-Vorderwand 22 entlang. Die oberen, abgerundeten Enden der Stege 42 liegen dabei mit einem gewissen Druck an der Deckel-Vorderwand 22 bzw. an der Deckel-Innenlasche 39 an. Bei Fortsetzung der Schließbewegung gelangen die Stege 42 mit dem Bogen 31 in den Bereich der Öffnung 43. Da die Deckel-Innenlaschen 39 in diesem Bereich nicht mit der Deckel-Vorderwand 22 verbunden ist, treten die Enden der Stege 42 unter die Querkante 46 und damit unter einen durch diese begrenzten Haltelappen 47. Bei Vollendung der Schließbewegung liegt die schräge Seitenkante 30 der Stege 42 innerhalb der schlitzförmigen Erweiterung 45 der Öffnung 43 (Fig. 1). Ein Teilbereich der Stege 42 erstreckt sich nun unterhalb des Haltelappens 47, also zwischen diesen und der Deckel-Vorderwand 22. Der Kragen 23 bzw. dessen Stege 42 werden demnach in eine Klemmstellung gebracht, nämlich zwischen den Haltelappen 47 und der Deckel-Vorderwand 22. Außerhalb des Bereichs des Haltelappens 47 liegt die Kragen-Vorderwand 24 an der Innenseite der Deckel-Innenlasche 39 an.
  • Bei der Schließstellung wird aufgrund der Klemmwirkung bzw. der auf den Kragen 23 ausgeübten erhöhten Reibung die Schließstellung des Deckels 11 fixiert. Beim Öffnen wird die Deckel-Innenlasche 39 aus der Klemmstellung herausgezogen. Der Öffnungsvorgang kann wie bei herkömmlichen Klappschachteln ablaufen.
  • Die geschilderten Klemm- bzw. Reibverbindungen zwischen Kragen 23 und Deckel-Innenlasche 39 sind so angeordnet, daß Zigaretten dabei nicht beeinträchtigt werden, und zwar auch dann nicht, wenn nach Ingebrauchnahme einer Packung der obere Teil der Zigaretten freiliegt. Zu diesem Zweck ist eine seitliche Begrenzungskante 48 des Haltelappens 47 zurückgesetzt gegenüber einer Begrenzungskante 49 in einem der Deckel-Vorderwand 22 zugekehrten Bereich der Deckel-Innenlasche 39. Diese ist demnach im Bereich des Haltelappens 47 mit einer geringeren Breite ausgebildet. Der Haltelappen 47 ist dabei so angeordnet, daß dieser nicht mittig auf einer Zigarette liegt, sondern versetzt hierzu. Dadurch kann der ebenfalls in einer Position versetzt zu einer Zigarette liegende Steg 42 unter den Haltelappen 47 geschoben werden, ohne daß dabei die Mantelflächen von Zigaretten beeinträchtigt werden. Diese Relativstellung ist in Fig. 9 gezeigt. Die Reib- bzw. Klemmverbindung zwischen Kragen 23 und Deckel-Innenlasche 39 befindet sich hier zwischen einer Eckzigarette 53 und einer benachbarten Zigarette 54 in diesem Bereich ist zwischen dem Mantel der Zigaretten 53, 54 und der Bewegungsbahn der Haltelappen 47 ein ausreichender Spalt, der ein Einschieben der Haltelappen 47 in die Klemmstellung ohne Berührung der Zigaretten 53, 54 ermöglicht.

Claims (5)

  1. Klappschachtel für Zigaretten oder dergleichen, mit einem Schachtelteil (10), einem an einer Schachtel-Rückwand (14) angelenkten Deckel (11) und einem im Schachtelteil (10) angeordneten Kragen (23) mit Kragen-Vorderwand (24) und Kragen-Seitenwänden (25, 26), dessen aus dem Schachtelteil (10) herausragender Bereich, also ein Kragen-Oberteil (28), in Schließstellung vom Deckel (11) umfaßt ist und dessen Kragen-Vorderwand (24) Stege (42) zur Begrenzung einer Ausnehmung (29) aufweist, wobei an der Innenseite einer Deckel-Vorderwand (22) eine Deckel-Innenlasche (39) angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckel-Innenlasche (39) an wenigstens einem Seitenrand (40, 41) einen Einschnitt bzw. eine Öffnung (43) aufweist, in die ein Steg (42) der Kragen-Vorderwand (24) derart einschiebbar ist, daß eine Teilfläche des Stegs (42) in den Bereich zwischen Deckel-Innenlasche (39) und Deckel-Vorderwand (22) gelangt.
  2. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Stege (42) der Kragen-Vorderwand (24) in zugeordnete Öffnungen (43) an den Seitenrändern (40, 41) der Deckel-Innenlasche (39) in Schließstellung einschiebbar sind.
  3. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (42) am oberen, freien Ende mit einem Bogen (31) ausgebildet sind und daß an den Bogen (31) eine schräg verlaufende Seitenkante (30) des Stegs anschließt.
  4. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die Öffnung (43) der Deckel-Innenlasche (39) ein Haltelappen (47) anschließt, der in Schließstellung einen Teilbereich des Steges (42) der Kragen-Vorderwand (24) überdeckt, wobei die Haltelasche (47) im Bereich der Öffnung (43) durch eine an dem Steg (42) anliegende Querkante (46) begrenzt ist.
  5. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den wechselseitigen Eingriff von Kragen (23) und Deckel-Innenlasche (39) bewirkenden Teile in einem Bereich zwischen zwei benachbarten Zigaretten angeordnet sind, wobei die Deckel-Innenlasche (39) im Bereich der Haltelappen (47) eine geringere Breite aufweist.
