Claims (5)

  1. Etui à couvercle articulé pour cigarettes ou éléments analogues, comprenant une partie d'étui (10), un couvercle (11) articulé sur une paroi arrière d'étui (14) et un collet (23) qui est agencé dans la partie d'étui (10) et présente une paroi avant de collet (24) et des parois latérales de collet (25, 26), et dont la zone faisant saillie hors de la partie d'étui (10), donc une partie supérieure de collet (28), est entourée par le couvercle (11) en position de fermeture, et dont la paroi avant de collet (24) présente des ailes (42) pour délimiter un évidement (29), une patte interne de couvercle (39) étant agencée sur la face interne d'une paroi avant de couvercle (22), caractérisé en ce que la patte interne de couvercle (39) présente sur au moins un bord latéral (40, 41) une entaille ou respectivement une ouverture (43) dans laquelle une aile (42) de la paroi avant de collet (24) peut être insérée de façon qu'une surface partielle de l'aile (42) parvienne dans la zone entre la patte interne de couvercle (39) et la paroi avant de couvercle (22).
  2. Etui à couvercle articulé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux ailes (42) de la paroi avant de collet (24) peuvent, en position de fermeture, être insérées dans des ouvertures (43) adjointes des bords latéraux (40, 41) de la patte interne de couvercle (39).
  3. Etui à couvercle articulé suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les ailes (42) sont réalisées à l'extrémité libre supérieure avec un arc (31) et en ce qu'une arête latérale (30) de l'aile, qui s'étend de manière inclinée, se raccorde à l'arc (31).
  4. Etui à couvercle articulé suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'ouverture (43) de la patte interne de couvercle (39) se raccorde une languette de retenue (47) qui, en position de fermeture, recouvre une zone partielle de l'aile (42) de la paroi avant de collet (24), la languette de retenue (47) étant limitée dans la zone de l'ouverture (43) par une arête transversale (46) en appui sur l'aile (42).
  5. Etui à couvercle articulé suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les parties produisant l'engagement réciproque du collet (23) et de la patte interne de couvercle (39) sont agencées dans une zone entre deux cigarettes voisines, la patte interne de couvercle (39) présentant dans la zone des languettes de retenue (47) une largeur plus faible.
