Claims (12)
- Elément à poulies doubles pour une machine Jacquard, avec un élément porteur (7) formé de deux parties (7a, 7b; 7a', 7b') reliées l'une à l'autre au moyen d'un dispositif de jonction et avec deux poulies de renvoi (15a, 15b; 15a', 15b') montées dans l'élément porteur, chaque partie (7a, 7b; 7a', 7b') présentant respectivement à une de ses extrémités une des poulies de renvoi (15a, 15b; 15a', 15b') y compris ses paliers (16a, 16b; 16a', 16b'),
caractérisé en ce que, à partir de son autre extrémité s'étend respectivement un organe (19a - 30a, 19b - 30b; 32a - 39a, 32b - 37b) du dispositif de jonction dans un plan traversé perpendiculairement par l'axe de la poulie (15a, 15b; 15a', 15b') respective, les deux organes (19a - 30a, 19b - 30b; 32a - 39a, 32b - 37b) du dispositif pouvant être joints l'un à l'autre dans ce plan de telle manière que, quand une traction s'exerce dans ce plan, il est obtenu dans ce plan une unité jointe par complémentarité des formes, et capable de transmettre la force. - Elément à poulies doubles selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les organes du dispositif de jonction sont constitués par des éléments à crochet (32a, 32b) qui s'engagent l'un dans l'autre, dans l'état de jonction.
- Elément à poulies doubles selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties (7a', 7b') de l'élément porteur sont identiques.
- Elément à poulies doubles selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque partie (7a', 7b') présente dans la zone du dispositif de jonction des parois de guidage (36a, 37a; 36b, 37b) entre lesquelles peut être introduit l'élément à crochet (32b, 32a) de l'autre partie (7a', 7b') en y étant soutenu dans l'état de jonction.
- Elément à poulies doubles selon une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément à crochet (32a, 32b) présente dans ledit plan des rainures de guidage (38a) et des saillants de guidage (39a) qui s'engagent l'un dans l'autre dans l'état de jonction.
- Elément à poulies doubles selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de jonction est constitué par une liaison par enfichage à déclic (19a - 23a, 19b - 23b).
- Elément à poulies doubles selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties (7a, 7b) de l'élément porteur (7) sont identiques et présentent aussi bien un loqueteau à déclic (19a, 19b) flexible élastiquement, avec un organe à crochet (20a, 20b), qu'aussi bien un organe d'arrêt (23a, 23b) pour recevoir, en prise par l'arrière, l'organe à crochet (20a, 20b) du loqueteau à déclic (19a, 19b) de l'autre partie (7b, 7a) respective.
- Elément à poulies doubles selon une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque partie (7a, 7b) présente dans la zone du dispositif de jonction un élément de guidage (21a, 21b) pouvant être introduit entre les parois latérales (25a, 26a; 25b, 26b) de l'autre partie (7b, 7a) respective, ces parois s'étendant dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe de la poulie (15a, 15b) respective.
- Elément à poulies doubles selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de guidage (21a, 21b) d'une partie (7a, 7b) s'ajuste à l'élément de guidage (21b, 21a) de l'autre partie (7b, 7a) dans un plan passant par les axes des poulies (15a, 15b) quand les deux parties (7a, 7b) sont dans leur état de jonction.
- Elément à poulies doubles selon une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le loqueteau à déclic (19a, 19b) flexible élastiquement est prévu dans la zone des côtés étroits de la partie (7a, 7b) respective et peut être écarté en fléchissant élastiquement en direction de l'autre côté étroit, et l'autre partie (7b, 7a) respective présente dans la zone de l'autre côté étroit une cuvette de préhension (24b, 24a) permettant l'accès à un loqueteau à déclic (19a, 19b) enclenché quand les parties (7a, 7b) sont jointes l'une à l'autre, dans le but de rompre la liaison.
- Elément à poulies doubles selon la revendication 9 et/ou 10, caractérisé par des portées obliques de guidage (27a, 27b; 28a, 28b) sur le loqueteau à déclic (19a, 19b) et/ou sur l'élément de guidage(21a, 21b).
- Elément à poulies doubles selon une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que chaque partie (7a, 7b; 7a', 7b') est une pièce en matière plastique moulée par injection.
