  • the invention relates to a divided weaving machine with a stationary machine part which contains a shaft drive, and with a removable machine part which contains a warp beam bearing and holders for heald frames which are detachable from the shaft drive and which can be taken along with the removable machine part.
  • the shaft guides are part of the removable machine part. It is not disclosed how the heald frames are held in the shaft guides after they have been released from the shaft drive.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a loom of the type mentioned in such a way that the separation of the heald frames from the shaft drive and the reconnection to the shaft drive can be carried out easily.
  • driving means for holding elements attached to the heald frames can be attached to the removable machine part, by means of which the heald frames are held in predetermined positions on the removable machine part.
  • the holding elements are attached to the frames of the heald frames outside the area of healds.
  • the holding elements and the driving means do not hinder automatic threading of the warp threads into the eyes of the strands.
  • At least two different entrainment means are provided, each of which is assigned to a plurality of heald frames and which can be adjusted to different heights.
  • a two-part weaving machine (1) which has a stationary machine part (2) and a removable machine part (3).
  • the stationary weaving machine part contains, among other things, a not shown weaving drive system, a not shown cloth winding system, a not shown warp beam drive and a schematically indicated shaft drive (4).
  • This machine part (2) has two plate-shaped side parts which are connected to one another by cross struts (16).
  • the removable machine part (3) contains a warp beam bearing (8) for a warp beam (7) as well as the heald frames (5) and a reed (6) that can be detached from its drive and placed on a holder.
  • the removable machine part (3) further includes a warp stop (10) and a match tree (11), which are carried by holding arms (9), which are adjustable in height two plate-shaped side parts formed machine part (3) are attached.
  • the match tree (11) is mounted on a rocker (12) which is supported by spring elements (13).
  • the warp threads (45) are pulled off the warp beam (7) and placed over the match beam (11) and passed through the warp thread monitor (10) as well as the heald frames (5) and the reed (6).
  • guide elements (15) are provided, which determine the beginning of the movement with which the removable part (3) is moved away from the stationary machine part (3) and the end enable the joining movement only on a predetermined movement path.
  • the shaft guides (14) are attached to arms (22) of the removable machine part (3).
  • the two side parts of the removable machine part (3) are provided with driving devices (18) or driving means which are based on 3 and 4 are explained in detail. These entrainment devices (18) are attached before the removable machine part (3) is removed and are dismantled again after the removable machine part (3) and the stationary machine part (2) have been joined together.
  • the heald frames (5) each have a frame formed from side profiles (19) and transverse profiles (20), which surrounds the area of the strands (29) provided with eyes (30).
  • the frame of the heald frames (5) are provided at the upper ends of the side profiles (19) as holding elements (28) which project outward protruding stops.
  • Driving elements (21) are assigned to these holding elements (28), which hold the heald frames (5) when they are no longer held by the shaft drive (4).
  • Driving elements in the form of L-shaped strips (21) are attached to the arms (22) of the side parts of the removable machine part (3). These strips (21) extend with one leg in the direction of the goods as far as the area of the holding elements (28) of the heald frames (5).
  • the transverse leg of these driving elements (21) is guided on a support (23) by means of a bore (24).
  • These supports (23) are inserted or screwed into bores in the arms (22) of the side parts of the machine part (3).
  • the supports (23) are provided with latching means (25) with which the driving elements (21) can be fixed in a predetermined height position.
  • Cross bores (27) of the supports (23) and pins (26) which can be inserted therein serve as locking means (25). As shown in Fig.
  • the shaft guides (14) are adjustable in the transverse direction (arrow direction B), as is known, for example, from US Pat. No. 3,888,284. With this transverse adjustment, the couplings (17) between the shaft drive (4) and the heald frames (5) can be released and brought back into engagement.
  • the coupling elements (31) of the shaft drive and the associated coupling elements (32) of the heald frames are shown schematically in FIG.
  • the heald frames (5) are first brought to approximately the same height by means of the shaft drive. Then the shaft guides (14) are moved sideways together with the heald frames (arrow direction B) until the coupling elements (32) are disengaged from the coupling elements (31), but still rest on the coupling elements (31). Then the entrainment devices (18) are attached to both arms (22) in such a way that the entrainment elements (21) are located under the holding elements (28). Then the driving elements are lifted upwards in the direction of the side profiles (19) (arrow direction A) until the state shown in Fig. 3 is reached, in which the driving elements (21) touch the holding elements (28). The pins (26) are then inserted into a bore (27) in the support (23). The removable weaving machine part (3) can then be removed.
  • the pins (26) are removed.
  • the driving elements (21) are moved down along the side profiles (19) until the coupling elements (32) rest on the coupling elements (31) of the shaft drive (4).
  • the entrainment devices (18) are then removed.
  • the shaft guides (14) with the heald frames (5) are then moved sideways in the direction of the arrow (B) in order to bring the coupling elements (31, 32) into engagement with one another.
  • the embodiment according to FIGS. 5 to 8 first differs from the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4 in that the driving elements (21) are held in a continuously adjustable manner by means of supports (35).
  • the supports are provided with a screw (34) which engages in a thread of the driving elements (21).
  • the infinitely variable drive takes place via a pneumatic cylinder or via an electric motor.
  • the supports (35) are provided in the region of their upper ends (36) with a longitudinal groove (37) into which a further driving element (33) can be inserted, which is designed as a comb-like strip (38) shown in FIG. 8.
  • the strip (38) is provided with prongs (39) which are assigned, for example, to the holding elements (28) of every second heald frame (5).
  • the driving elements (21) are first attached, after which after loosening the connections of the heald frames to the shaft drive, the driving elements (21) are lifted upwards by means of the screws (34), until they at least touch the holding elements (28) or raise the heald frames (5) on the holding elements (28).
  • the removable machine part can be removed in this position.
  • the driving element (21) is raised until the holding elements (28) of the heald frames are above the groove (37) of the supports (35).
  • the bar (38) is then inserted into the groove (37) in such a way that the tines (39) are located below the holding elements (28) of every second heald frame (5).
  • the driving elements (21) are moved down again.
  • Some of the heald frames (5) with the holding elements (28) lie on the prongs (39) of the bar (38), while the other heald frames (5) with their holding elements remain on the driving elements (21) and are lowered by them become.
  • the driving elements (21) can be raised again until all the holding elements (28) are taken again and are located above the groove (37).
  • the bar (38) can then be moved such that the tines (39) are located below the holding elements (28) of the previously lowered heald frames.
  • the driver elements (21) down again lowered, so again form two warp thread sheets, between which another cross tube or the like. can be introduced. It is sometimes necessary to attach cross tubes to automatically link warp threads to the warp threads of a new warp beam.
  • the heald frames (5) are driven via cables (42), each of which is provided with a coupling element (41) into which a hook-shaped coupling element (40) engages, which on the side profiles (19 ) the frame of the heald frames (5) is fastened and protrudes above them.
  • the coupling elements (40) each consist of two side plates (43). Between the two side plates (43) there is a bolt as a holding element (28 ') with which the driving means (18) cooperate.
  • the entrainment means (18) essentially correspond to those of the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4.
  • the entrainment elements (21 ') are also designed as L-shaped strips, the legs of which are comb-like in the direction of travel of the goods, each with a prong (44) extends into the area of the holding elements (28 ').
  • the tines (44) are hook-shaped. Since these tines (44) engage between the plates (43) of the hook-shaped coupling elements (40), they keep the heald frames (5) at a defined distance from one another.
  • the driving means (18) are attached to the arms (22) of the side parts of the machine frame, so that the prongs (44) receive the holding elements (28 ').
  • the coupling elements (41) are each pivoted to the side beforehand, so that they assume the position shown in broken lines in FIG. 9.
  • the shaft guides (14) are returned to the side in a known manner to the extent that they release the cables (42). Then the removable machine part can be removed.
  • the shaft guides (14) are attached to the stationary machine part (2) (FIGS. 1 and 2).
  • the heald frames are taken along with the removable machine part. This is easily possible in the embodiment according to FIGS. 9 and 10 because the tines (44) of the strips (21 ') hold the individual heald frames (5) in such a way that their distance from one another is maintained.
