Claims (9)

  1. Encrage pour machine d'impression comprenant un cylindre de l'encrier (1) et un encrier comprenant un fond (2) et au moins une paroi de séparation, le fond étant formé au moins dans la partie adjacente du cylindre de l'encrier par une lame dont l'arête frontale touche le cylindre de l'encrier, caractérisé par le fait que la paroi de séparation est composée de deux plaques métalliques (4,5) positionnées à distance l'une de l'autre et fixées l'une à l'autre et au fond (2) de l'encrier, et d'une plaque intermédiaire (6) en matière plastique montée entre ces deux plaques métalliques (4, 5), d'une manière déplaçable et basculable, cette plaque intermédiaire (6) ayant une arête frontale (6a) correspondant à la périphérie du cylindre de l'encrier (1), qu'il est prévu des moyens de pression qui agissent sur cette plaque intermédiaire (6) et la poussent vers la périphérie du cylindre de l'encrier (1) pour créer un contact étanche avec celui-ci , et que des bourrelets d'étanchéité en matière plastique (25, 26) sont prévus sur le bord inférieur des plaques métalliques (4, 5) pour assurer l'étanchéité de la paroi de séparation contre le fond (2).
  2. Encrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la plaque intermédiaire (6) est tenue à frottement dur entre les deux plaques métalliques (4, 5) et est guidée entre elles par une tige métallique (17) fixée auxdites plaques métalliques (4, 5) et qui traverse un trou oblong (6e) prévu dans ladite plaque intermédiaire (6).
  3. Encrage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits moyens de pression agissant sur la plaque intermédiaire (6) sont formés par au moins deux ressorts (10, 13) qui s'appliquent sur deux sections verticales (6b, 6c) du bord postérieur de la plaque intermédiaire (6) situés à des hauteurs différentes.
  4. Encrage selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les deux plaques métalliques (4, 5) sont connectées l'une à l'autre d'un côté par une première pièce de fixation supérieure (7) en forme d'équerre, munie d'une nervure (7a) servant d'entretoise entre les deux plaques métalliques (4, 5), et de l'autre côté par une deuxième pièce de fixation inférieure et postérieure (8) munie également d'une nervure (8a) servant d'entretoise entre les deux plaques métalliques (4, 5), ces deux pièces de fixation (7, 8) portant des tiges télescopiques (9, 12) soumises à l'action desdits ressorts (10, 13) qui pressent contre lesdites sections verticales (6b, 6c) du bord postérieur de la plaque intermédiaire (6), la pièce de fixation inférieure et postérieure (8) servant à la fois pour la fixation des plaques métalliques (4, 5) au fond (2) de l'encrier.
  5. Encrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'extrémité supérieure de l'arête frontale (6a), en forme d'arc de cercle, de la plaque intermédiaire (6) a des facette biseautées (6f).
  6. Encrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que sur le bord supérieur de la plaque intermédiaire (6) est formée une encoche (6d) et, au-dessus de celle-ci est prévue une tige de verrouillage (21), montée déplaçable axialement, guidée dans une pièce fixée auxdites plaques métalliques (4, 5), notamment dans la première pièce de fixation supérieure (7), et que cette tige de verrouillage (21), dans sa position basse, engage ladite encoche (6d) pour verrouiller ladite plaque intermédiaire (6) dans sa position de retrait du cylindre d'encrier (1) et, dans sa position haute (21'), la libère.
  7. Encrage selon le revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le bord arrière de ladite plaque intermédiaire (6) est formé de deux sections verticales étagées (6b, 6c), l'encoche (6d) étant formée dans le bord horizontal reliant lesdites deux sections verticales de la plaque intermédiaire (6).
  8. Encrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que les plaques métalliques (4, 5) ont des bords antérieurs inclinés (4a, 5a), desquels dépasse la partie antérieure de la plaque intermédiaire (6).
  9. Encrage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait qu'à la partie supérieure de la paroi de séparation l'étanchéité entre la plaque intermédiaire (6) et les plaques métalliques (4, 5) est réalisée par des bourrelets d'étanchéité (23, 24) insérés dans des rainures formées sur la face interne de ces plaques métalliques le long de leur bords antérieurs inclinés.
