Claims (6)
- Dispositif d'encrage à râcle possédant au moins une râcle à chambre pouvant être appliquée contre un cylindre tramé et comprenant une chambre d'encrage formée d'un corps de base en U, deux parois latérales et au moins une lame de raclage fléchissant en direction de la paroi latérale lors de l'application contre le cylindre, caractérisé en ce que, pour l'utilisation d'encres d'impression dont la viscosité dynamique est supérieure à 1 dPa.s,
chacune des deux parois latérales (3) forme en position de fonctionnement une fente (13) de 0,1 à 3 mm avec le cylindre tramé (10),
la lame de raclage (4) est pressée de façon étanche contre les deux parois latérales (3),
les parois latérales (3) sont pourvues d'un biseau (19) sous l'extrémité de la lame de raclage (4) dirigée vers le cylindre tramé (10), en vue de la formation d'une fente (21) en forme de coin avec la lame (4) et un déflecteur d'écoulement (22) en tôle est disposé devant chacune des deux faces de tête latérales de la lame de raclage (4), déflecteur qui s'étend en direction d'un bac à encre (9) placé sous la râcle à chambre. - Dispositif d'encrage à râcle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque paroi latérale (3) comporte une partie (11) de plus faible épaisseur de paroi, dirigée vers le cylindre tramé (10), qui est pourvue dudit biseau (19) et dont le côté extérieur (16) est disposé en retrait par rapport au côté extérieur (18) de la partie restante de la paroi latérale (3) en vue de la formation d'un espace d'écoulement d'encre délimité extérieurement par le déflecteur d'écoulement (22).
- Dispositif d'encrage à râcle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur maximale de la fente (21) en forme de coin est d'au moins 0,1 mm.
- Dispositif d'encrage à râcle selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les parties amincies (11) se rétrécissent en direction du cylindre tramé (10).
- Dispositif d'encrage à râcle selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des perçages de bipasse (25) sont prévus dans les parties amincies (11).
- Dispositif d'encrage à râcle selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu pour l'utilisation d'encres d'impression dont la viscosité dynamique est supérieure à 40 dPa.s.
