In dieser Umfangsnut ist ein biegsamer, die Ränder der beiden äusseren Platten überragender Dichtungsstreifen, beispielsweise aus Filz, angeordnet, der sich mit dem Boden des Farbkastens und, an seinem konkaven, dem Umfang der Duktorwalze angepassten vorderen Rand, mit dieser Duktorwalze in Berührung befindet. Die gesamte Trennwand ist mittels Befestigungsschrauben an einer den Farbkasten überragenden Trägerstange aufgehängt, die an der Rückwand des Farbkastens befestigt ist. Um die Trennwand zu justieren, sind in der Trägerstange Justierschrauben vorgesehen, welche auf den oberen Rand der Trennwand wirken und diese, solange ihre Befestigungsschrauben noch nicht angezogen sind, zu verstellen erlauben. Ausserdem sind zwischen den beiden äusseren Platten, in einer dafür vorgesehenen Kammer, ein verschiebbarer Gummikörper, welcher an dem gekrümmten, die Duktorwalze berührenden Abschnitt des Dichtungsstreifens anliegt, und ein mit diesem Gummikörper zusammenwirkender Keil vorgesehen, der in Abwärtsrichtung durch eine Schraube beaufschlagt wird. Die Anordnung ist so getroffen, dass der durch die Schraube nach unten gedrückte Keil den Gummikörper nach vorn verschiebt, wodurch der erwähnte Abschnitt des Dichtungsstreifens gegen die Duktorwalze gepresst wird, um einen dichten Kontakt mit dieser zu ermöglichen.In an inking unit known from US Pat. Claims (9)
- Inking unit for a printing machine comprising an ink duct cylinder (1) and an ink duct comprising a base (2) and at least one separating wall, the base being formed at least in the part adjacent the ink duct cylinder (1) by a doctor blade whose front edge touches the ink duct cylinder, characterized by the fact that the separating wall is formed by two metal plates (4, 5) positioned at a distance from each other and fastened together and to the base (2) of the ink duct, and by a plastic intermediate plate (6) mounted between these two metal plates (4, 5) so that it can be displaced and tilted, this intermediate plate (6) having a front edge (6a) corresponding to the periphery of the ink duct cylinder (1), that pressure means are provided which act on the intermediate plate (6) and push it towards the peripery of the ink duct cylinder (1) so as to create a leaktight contact between them, and that plastic sealing strips (25, 26) are provided on the lower edge of the metal plates (4, 5) for obtaining a leaktightness between the separating wall and the base (2).

- Inking unit according to claims 1 to 3, characterized by the fact that the two metal plates (4, 5) are connected together, on the one hand, by a first upper fastening element (7) which has the shape of an elbow, equipped with a rib (7a) that serves as a spacer between the two metal plates (4, 5), and on the other hand, by a second, lower and rear fastening element (8), which is likewise equipped with a rib (8a) that serves as a spacer between the two metal plates (4, 5), these two fastening elements (7, 8) carrying telescopic pins (9, 12) loaded by said springs (10, 13) which exert pressure against said vertical sections (6b, 6c) of the rear edge of the intermediate plate (6), the lower rear fastening element (8) serving at the same time to fasten the metal plates (4, 5) to the base (2) of the ink duct.

- Inking unit according to claim 6, characterized by the fact that the rear edge of the intermediate plate (6) is formed from the two stepped vertical sections (6b, 6c), the recess (6d) being formed in the horizontal edge which connects these two vertical sections (6b, 6c) of the intermediate plate (6).
- Inking unit according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by the fact that the metal plates (4, 5) have inclined front edges (4, 5) from which the front part of the intermediate plate (6) juts out.
- Inking unit according to claim 8, characterized by the fact that the leaktightness between the intermediate plate (6) and the metal plates (4, 5) is achieved at the upper part of the separating wall by sealing strips (23, 24) inserted in grooves formed on the inner face of these metal plates along their inclined front edges.
