  • Es ergibt sich eine hohe Genauigkeit und Reproduzierbarkeit der Positionierung bei Wiederholaufträgen (< 1 mm durch Millimeter-Maßstab)
  • Es ergibt sich eine exakte Ausrichtung der Platten 4 zur Farbkastenwalze 1 und zum Farbkasten
  • Schließlich ist ein hoher Reinigungskomfort für die Platten 4 und den Farbkasten 2 gegeben, da die Platten 4 in kurzer Zeit entnommen und wieder eingesetzt werden können, wobei die Positionierelemente am Farbkasten 2 verbleiben. Dadurch ergibt sich eine Positioniergenauigkeit von 100%.

Claims (8)

  1. An ink fountain divider for a printing press, in particular sheet-fed offset printing press, consisting of a plate that can be inserted in the ink fountain, which comprises a contour that seals relative to the ink fountain base and which engages behind a part of the ink fountain with an engagement element for fixing the position, characterized in that the plate (4) at its rear end facing away from the ink duct roller (1) can be coupled to an engagement device (10) in an articulated manner, wherein on the engagement device (10) an engagement element (5) engaging behind a part (6) of the ink fountain (2) is arranged.
  2. The ink fountain divider according to Claim 1, characterized in that on the upper, rear end of the ink fountain (2) a strip (6) extending over the format width of the ink fountain (2) is attached, against which the engagement element (5) can be engaged in the rear end of the plate (4).
