Unterhalb des Drucktuches 19 befindet sich ein quer zur Warenbahn und parallel zur Rolle 6 verlaufender Magnetbalken, welcher die Rolle 6 anpreßt. Derartige Magnetbalken sind an sich bekannt und daher nicht dargestellt. Das hätte Auftragsfehler zur Folge, weil Farbe hinter die Rakel gelangen bzw. von oben abtropfen könnte. Außer zur Begrenzung des Substanzvorrates dienen die Begrenzungsplatten 16 auch dazu, ein axiales Ausweichen einer allenfalls vorgesehenen Rollrakel zu verhindern. Die Details der Lagerung einer Begrenzungsplatte 16 gehen insbesondere aus Fig. 3 hervor. Das Herausfallen der Begrenzungsplatten 16 aus dem Führungsteil 13 wird durch einen Bolzen 20 verhindert, welcher eine Öffnung 22 in einem Führungsblech 23 durchsetzt, welches in einer Ausnehmung der Begrenzungsplatte 16 geführt ist. Die Begrenzungsplatte 16 bewegt sich in ihrer Führung so weit wie möglich nach unten, da sie an ihrer Außenseite einen Einsatz 17 aus magnetisierbarem Material aufweist, welcher durch den unterhalb der Warenbahn angeordneten Magnetbalken entsprechend der Stärke des eingestellten Magnetfeldes angezogen wird.

Daß hiebei die Rolle 6 nicht den Kontakt mit der Leiste 1 verliert, wird dadurch erzielt, daß die Leiste 1 gegenüber den Führungskörpern 2 in Bewegungsrichtung verschiebbar ist und im übrigen aus verwindbarem, gummielastischem Material besteht. Das Durchdringen von Substanz zwischen Rolle 6 und Führungskörper 2 wird zunächst dadurch verhindert, daß die mit den Anlaufflächen 3 zusammenwirkenden Enden der Rolle 6 abgerundet sind. Zusätzlich weisen die Führungskörper 2 einen unteren Rand 24 auf, der zum Rollenende hin vorspringt und aufgrund seines etwa dreieckigen Querschnittes den Raum unterhalb des Walzenendes ausfüllt.As can be seen in particular from FIG. 4, the boundary plates 16 also include guide bodies 2 and 11 Contact surfaces 3 for the roller 6. Hiezu sind die Begrenzungsplatten 16 mit im wesentlichen horizontal verlaufenden, am äußeren Rand jedoch aufgebogenen Randleisten 25 versehen, welche die Zapfen 26 untergreifen, sodaß während des Betriebes keine Berührung zwischen den Zapfen 26 und den Randleisten 25 stattfindet.
