Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rollrakel-Baugruppe mit den im Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 angegebenen Merkmalen. Bekanntlich dient eine Rollrakel in einer Streichmaschine, die zum Beschichten einer laufenden Bahn (z.B. Papierbahn) dient, in erster Linie als Dosierelement. Dabei wird die Rollrakel mit einer genau einstellbaren Anpreßkraft gegen eine Auftragswalze oder unmittelbar gegen die über eine Stützwalze laufende Bahn angedrückt, so daß von der zuvor aufgetragenen flüssigen Beschichtungsmasse nur ein Teil auf der Auftragswalze bzw. auf der Bahn verbleibt, wobei der überschüssige Flüssigkeitsanteil zurückgewiesen wird.The invention relates to a doctor blade assembly with the features specified in the preamble of claim 1. Ein wichtiger Erfindungsgedanke besteht darin, daß nach dem Austausch eines Rakelstabes gegen einen anderen mit abweichendem Durchmesser die Drehachse des "neuen" Rakelstabes sich in der gleichen Position relativ zum Tragbalken befindet wie die Drehachse des bisherigen Rakelstabes. Zusätzlich ist dort mit strichpunktierten Linien eine geänderte Rollrakel-Baugruppe (Rakelstab 14') mit kleinerem Rakelstab-Durchmesser d dargestellt. Wie man sieht unterscheiden sich die beiden Rollrakel-Baugruppen in nur sehr wenigen Details. Insbesondere sind die Positionen der Drehachsen der beiden Rakelstäbe 14 und 14', bezogen auf den Tragkörper 10, deckungsgleich. Eines der wesentlichen Elemente der Rollrakel-Baugruppe ist der schon erwähnte (und nur teilweise sichtbare) Tragkörper 10, der sich quer durch die Maschine erstreckt. Er ist in bekannter Weise relativ zu der Walze 8 verschwenkbar. Die Walze 8 kann eine Auftragswalze sein, auf der ein Streichmassefilm gebildet wird, den die Walze an einer nicht sichtbaren Stelle auf eine Papierbahn überträgt. Die Walze 8 kann jedoch auch die zu beschichtende Papierbahn unmittelbar an der Rollrakel-Baugruppe vorbeiführen. In dem schon erwähnten Rakelbett 12 ist ein Rakelstab 14 drehbar gelagert. Das Rakelbett 12 ist mittels einer Fußleiste 16, welche hier die Form einer Klinge aufweist, und mittels eines aufblasbaren Klemmschlauches 18 im Tragkörper 10 befestigt. Abweichend hiervon kann auch ein einteiliges Rakelbett mit angeformter Fußleiste verwendet werden. Bei Druckentlastung des Klemmschlauches 18 kann das Rakelbett 12 zusammen mit dem Rakelstab 14 und der Fußleiste 16 aus dem Tragkörper 10 entfernt werden.One of the essential elements of the doctor blade assembly is the already mentioned (and only partially visible)
