Description

The invention relates to a device for positioning a doctor bar against an ink-emitting roller of a web-fed rotary printing press according to the preamble of claim 1.

Chamber doctor blades are known (see e.g. EP-A-0359959), the doctor blade bars of which must be clamped and the doctor blade blades of which must subsequently be placed against an anilox roller. This is technically very complex.

The invention has for its object to provide a device for placing a squeegee on an inking roller of a web-fed rotary printing press, which is easy to use and with which the squeegee is easy to attach and can be easily adjusted to an inking roller.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by the characterizing part of patent claim 1.

When using the invention, the following advantages occur in particular: when the chamber doctor blade or the doctor blade beam is removed from the holder, a guide is created by turning the tensioning levers horizontally, on which the squeegee bar can be pulled horizontally up to the ball handles, so that the doctor blades can be exchanged without any problems. As a result, little space is required in the machine to be able to handle the doctor bar. On the other hand, the squeegee bar is clamped in a holder and the squeegee bar is positioned with the squeegee blades on an anilox roller in one operation by handling the clamping and adjusting device.

The doctor bars 9 and 11 are received by a holder 16, and the doctor bars 12 and 13 are received by a holder 17. The brackets 16; 17 are fastened on a cross member 18 which is between the side frames 7; 8 is arranged. Each bracket 16; 17 has four clamping and adjusting devices 19; 21 on, the pairs of doctor bars 9 to 13 via doctor blade holders 22; 23 are assigned. Instead of an anilox roller, another ink-releasing roller can also be used.

Gemäß Fig. 2 bis 6 besteht die Klemm- und Anstelleinrichtung 19; 21 jeweils aus einem Körper 24, der zwei abgewinkelte, gabelförmige Enden 26; 27 aufweist.2 to 6 there is the clamping and adjusting device 19; 21 each from a body 24 which has two angled, fork-shaped ends 26; 27 has.

Between the ends 26; 27, a shaft 28 is arranged which carries a lever 29 which has a ball handle 31 at one end and an eccentric 32 at its other end. The lever 29 is pivotally mounted through a bore in the eccentric 32.

The body 24 is in an axial direction of the doctor blade holder 22; 23 extending fitting screw 33 rotatably mounted in a threaded hole 34. The fitting screw 33 is surrounded by a sleeve 36, the outside diameter of which corresponds to the inside diameter of the blind hole 34. The sleeve 36 has an annular groove 37 running on its circumference, into which the end of a clamping screw 38 engages.

Between the head 39 of the fitting screw 33 and the end face of the sleeve 36, plate springs 41 are arranged. The body 24 also has a guide rail 42 running in the axial direction of the fitting screw 33.

Dabei gilt: S 44 > S 46.The doctor blade holders 22; 23 also each have one in the axial direction of the squeegee supports 22; 23 extending surface 43, each two transverse to the axial direction of the Doctor bar supports 22; 23 extending lever strips 44; 46 has. The lever strips 44; 46 have a wedge-shaped cross section and have a different width b 44 at the same height; b 46 on, ie they have a different slope S 44; S 46. The following applies: S 44> S 46.

The doctor bar 9 to 13 each consists of a two-part base body 47; 48, each in a doctor blade holder 49; 51 receives a working squeegee 52 or a closing squeegee 53. A striking plate 54, each arranged on the end face of the squeegee bars 9 to 13, closes the chambered squeegee to form an open-topped container which can be adjusted to the anilox roller 1 moving in the direction of arrow D. The working squeegee 52 is placed on the anilox roller 1 at an angle α to the vertical 56.

The two-part base body 47; 48 of the doctor bars 9 to 13 each have counter strips 50 on their underside; 55 with edges 57; 58, which in the case of movement of the squeegee in the direction of arrow C with the lever bars 44; 46 come into active connection. The base body 48 has a switching recess in the form of a blind hole 59 with a depression or bevel 61 running on one side in the direction of the edge 58.

At the same height and position of the parts 59; 61 is in a bore of the doctor bar 23 against the force of a spring 62 in the axial direction Doctor bar holder 23 operable pressure piece 63 is arranged. This pressure piece 63 gets actuation of the doctor bar according to FIG. 2 in the direction of arrow C contact with a limit switch 64, which is connected via contact lugs 66 and connecting cable 67 to an electrical control, not shown, which switches the ink pump on when the pressure piece 63 is in the 4 is in the position.

Gemäß Fig. 4 ist der Abstand e das Maß der Vorspannung der Tellerfedern 41, mit welchen die Rakelbalken 9 bis 13 eingespannt sind.4, the distance e is the measure of the pretension of the plate springs 41 with which the doctor bars 9 to 13 are clamped.

If the doctor bar 9 shown is now to be removed from the working position according to FIGS. 1 and 4, the levers 29 with the ball handles 31 are to be moved downwards in the vertical direction so that they assume the position according to FIG. 6 or 3 . As a result, the eccentric 32 of the clamping and adjusting device 21 has lost its tensioning action against the force of the plate springs 41, and according to FIG. 3, a distance a has occurred between the doctor bar holder 23 and the doctor bar in which the edges 57; 58 the lever strips 44; 46 have left and again on the surface 43 of the squeegee supports 22; 23 are located. Thus, the pressure piece 63 is not in engagement with the switching recess 59, so that the limit switch 64 has switched off the ink supply.

Thus, only a small space is required in order to be able to handle the doctor bars 9 to 13 well.

If the squeegee is to be returned to the rest position or the working position, the procedure is reversed.

It is also possible to tension the squeegee bar by other technical means than disc springs and eccentrics, for example by pneumatic working cylinders. The body 24 is limited in its rotational movement to the horizontal position of the lever 29 by a stop 68.

It is also possible to use the same gradients S44; Use S46. The distance f between the edges 57; 58 of the counter strips 50; 3 is greater than the distance g between the lever strips 44; 46. According to FIG. 4, the upper sides 69; 70 of the lever bars 44; 46 in operative connection with the flat surfaces of the counter strips 50; 55. The working doctor blade 52 can be pushed back against the force of a spring 71 according to FIGS. 2 and 4. The pushing back of the working squeegee 52 is important in the process of setting the working squeegee against the anilox roller, since the working squeegee 52 due to the different gradients S44; S46 of the lifting bars 44; 46 performs a movement in the direction of arrow C according to FIG. 2. The working squeegee 52 is pushed in according to the squeegee wear by the force of the spring 71.
