Claims (4)

1. Dispositif de dosage de l'encre dans un encrier pour des machines à imprimer offset ou typographiques, comportant des zones de dosage et de soutien disposées l'une à côté de l'autre dans la direction axiale du cylindre de l'encrier, les zones de dosage étant constituées par des éléments de dosage réglables à des épaisseurs de film d'encre différent par zones et montés élastiquement de manière que les zones de soutien s'appliquent ainsi, sous l'effet d'une pression élastique, constamment directement ou indirectement, sur le cylindre de l'encrier, des moyens de réglage étant prévus pour le déplacement des éléments de dosage, caractérisé en ce que, comme support élastique, il est prévu une seule barre d'appui (5, 27) à flexibilité élastique, s'étendant sur toute la longueur du cylindre de l'encrier (4) et qui est pourvue de zones d'appui se présentant sous la forme de réglettes d'appui (11) rigides, faisant saillie de la barre d'appui et entre lesquelles sont reçus les éléments de dosage (6, 30) déplaçables par les moyens de réglage (7, 28, 29) par rapport à la barre d'appui (5, 27).
2. Dispositif de dosage de l'encre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la barre d'appui (5, 27) et les éléments de dosage (6, 30) sont recouverts d'une feuille élastique (14, 34).
3. Dispositif de dosage de l'encre selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de dosage (6) sont agencés sous forme de pièces plates et sont déplaçables tangentiellement par rapport au cylindre de l'encreir (4), la liaison entre les éléments de dosage (6) et la barre d'appui (5) étant assurée par l'intermédiaire de vis de retenue (19), qui permettent seulement un mouvement relatif des éléments de dosage (6) dans la direction longitudinale, en ce que les vis de réglage (7) s'accrochent respectivement dans des filetages (22) qui sont aménagés dans la zone supérieure de la barre élastique d'appui (5) et en ce que la feuille élastique (14) utilisée pour la protection du dispositif de dosage de l'encre (2) est suspendue à de petites broches (16) qui sont placées dans la zone supérieure des réglettes d'appui (11).

Dispositif de dosage de l'encre selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de dosage (30) sont montés sur la barre d'appui (27) de façon à ne pas pouvoir se déplacer tangentiellement par rapport au cylindre de l'encrier (4) mais perpendiculairement par rapport à celui-ci, en ce qu'aux éléments de dosage (30), qui peuvent être appliqués par des ressorts (29), disposés entre eux et la barre élastique d'appui (27), contre le cylindre de l'encrier (4), sont affectés des électro-aimants (28) montés sur la barre d'appui (27) et servant de moyens de réglage, qui soulèvent les éléments de dosage (30), pendant la prise d'encre, progressivement par impulsions pour les écarter d'une largeur d'intervalle déterminé (31) du cylindre de l'encrier (4) ou qui les réappliquent contre ce cylindre, la fréquence des impulsions et le temps de levage étant réglables, et en ce que la feuille élastique (34) utilisée pour la protection du dispositif de dosage de l'encre (2) est fixée, dans une zone supérieure des éléments de dosage (30), sur ceux-ci.
