Claims (9)

  1. Wagon à marchandises comportant des parois d'about et un portique central (4) fixe, un plancher de chargement plan de préférence et des éléments de capot (5) couvrant l'espace de chargement qui, en position fermée, sont situés dans un plan et qui, pour les amener par coulissement dans une position coulissée, sont soulevés, dégagés vers l'extérieur et déposés par des galets de roulement sur des rails de roulement (8) et sont déplacés l'un sur l'autre au moyen d'un dispositif de commande, lesquels éléments de capot sont divisés au niveau de leur arête supérieure et sont munis à ce niveau d'articulations (6) et d'un dispositif d'étanchéité, caractérisé par le fait que des cloisons (7) qui coulissent par des galets de roulement (10) dans des rails de roulement (8) dans le plancher (2) sont disposées dans l'espace de chargement, de part et d'autre du portique central (4), lesquelles cloisons sont fixées, à leur partie inférieure, dans le plancher (2) au moyen de goupilles (18) démontables et, à leur partie supérieure, dans le capot (5) au moyen de cames de verrouillage (19) pivotantes.
  2. Wagon à marchandises selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que, pour recevoir les rails de roulement (8) pour les cloisons (7), les grands côtés du plancher (2) sont agencés sous forme de profilé en C ouvert vers le bas, dans lequel le rail de roulement (8) guidant les galets de roulement (10) est monté avec possibilité de déplacement limité transversalement et possibilité de réglage.
  3. Wagon à marchandises selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'un transporteur à galets (10 - 13 ) portant les galets (10) est monté à chaque extrémité latérale de chaque cloison (7), chaque transporteur à galets (10 -13) présentant quatre galets (10) qui sont montés par paire sur un axe (11), à distance l'un de l'autre, les axes (11) des paires de galets étant parallèles entre eux et distants l'un de l'autre et les deux axes (11) présentant un support (12) commun qui est placé entre les galets de roulement (10) de chaque paire de galets et est lié rigidement à chaque axe (11), lequel support enferme latéralement le plancher (2) et est relié à la cloison (7) avec interposition d'éléments (13) élastiques.
  4. Wagon à marchandises selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que trois cloisons (7) sont disposées de chaque côté du portique central (4) dans l'espace de chargement, le transporteur à galets (10 -13) de la cloison (7) médiane étant disposé verticalement sous ladite cloison (7) et les transporteurs à galets (10 -13) des cloisons (7) extérieures étant décalés latéralement de manière réciproquement symétrique sous lesdites cloisons.
  5. Wagon à marchandises selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que des barres de verrouillage (16) sont disposées longitudinalement côté intérieur, sur chaque grand côté de chaque élément de capot (5), dans la partie supérieure, dans la zone rentrante en direction de l'axe longitudinal du wagon, lesquelles barres présentent des lumières (17) verticales disposées côte à côte et distantes les unes de autres qui se rétrécissent vers le haut.
  6. Wagon à marchandises selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que des barres à trous (14) portant des trous (15) disposés à distance les uns des autres sont disposées longitudinalement sur les grands côtés du plancher (2) côté intérieur à proximité du profilé en C (9).
  7. Wagon à marchandises selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que la goupille (18) et la came de verrouillage (19) de chaque extrémité latérale de chaque cloison (7) sont commandées par l'intermédiaire d'une tringlerie d'actionnement (20) au moyen d'une poignée (21) qui peut être escamotée dans la cloison (7), la goupille (18) s'engageant verticalement dans les trous (15) de la barre à trous (14) et la came de verrouillage (19) s'engageant et pivotant du bas vers le haut dans les lumières (17) de la barres de verrouillage (16).
  8. Wagon à marchandises selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que la came de verrouillage (19) est agencée sous forme de levier à deux côtés et peut pivoter autour d'un axe horizontal disposé dans la direction longitudinale du wagon, son extrémité qui pénètre dans la cloison (7) étant reliée par une articulation à la tringlerie d'actionnement (20) et son extrémité qui fait saillie hors de la cloison (7) se rétrécissant et étant adaptée latéralenemt à l'inclinaison de la lumière (17).
  9. Wagon à marchandises selon les revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que la came de verrouillage (19) peut être dégagée de sa position de verrouillage à l'encontre de la force d'un ressort placé dans la tringlerie d'actionnement.
