Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Korb zur Aufnahme von Brotlaiben nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Nach der DE-A-24 00 035 ist ein Korb zur Aufnahme von Brotlaiben bekannt, der einen im wesentlichen rechteckigen, durchbrochenen Boden und bis über die Höhe der Brotlaibe ragende, durchbrochene Seitenwände aufweist. Der Boden ist in tiefer liegende Bodenfelder und höher liegende Bodenfelder gegliedert.
  • Nach der EP-A-0 201 961 ist ein Korb zur Aufnahme von Flaschen bekannt, der einen im wesentlichen rechteckigen, durchbrochenen Boden und bis über die Höhe der Flaschen ragende Seitenwände und von dem Boden ausgehende Aufnahmeabteile mit die Flaschen umgrenzenden Trennwände aufweist.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Korb nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 anzugeben, in den weitgehend runde Brotlaibe ohne Schwierigkeit zum Transport einzulegen und nach dem Transport wieder herauszunehmen sind, ohne daß diese Brotlaibe im Korb Druckstellen erhalten und ohne daß beim Einlegen, beim Transport und beim Herausnehmen der Brotlaibe Kruste von den Brotlaiben absplittert.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist in Anspruch 1 angegeben.
  • Dabei können die Grifferweiterungen in besonders einfacher Weise durch eine unrunde, insbesondere ovale Form der Aufnahmeabteile gebildet sein. In den Aufnahmeabteilen liegen die Brotlaibe flach mit ihrer stabilen Bodenkruste auf dem Boden auf. Die Trennwände begrenzen eine Verschiebung der Brotlaibe während eines Transports auf ein Minimum.
  • Um Körbe dieser Art stabil stapeln zu können, ohne daß sich ihre Böden ausbiegen, wodurch Druckstellen in den Oberkrusten der Brotlaibe entstehen können, ist bevorzugt eine Ausbildung nach Anspruch 2 vorgesehen.
  • Die Stabilität der Seitenwände des Korbs wird trotz der in ihnen enthaltenen Durchbrechungen besonders durch die Ausbildung nach Anspruch 3 gewahrt. Dem gleichen Zweck dient auch die Ausbildung nach Anspruch 4 und für den Boden die Ausbildung nach Anspruch 5.
  • Der Zugriff zu den Brotlaiben im Korb wird besonders durch die Ausbildung nach Anspruch 6 erleichtert.
  • Die Stapelstabilität wird durch die Ausbildung gemäß Anspruch 7 gefördert.
  • Die Herstellung des Korbs wird durch die Ausbildung nach Anspruch 8 erleichtert.
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden an einem Ausführungsbeispiel unter Hinweis auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen beschrieben.

  • Der Korb nach dem Ausführungsbeispiel weist einen im wesentlichen rechteckigen, durchbrochenen Boden 2 und bis über die Höhe der Brotlaibe ragende durchbrochene Längsseitenwände 4 und Schmalseitenwände 6 auf. Von dem Boden 2 gehen Trennwände 8 aus, die niedriger als die Höhe der Brotlaibe sind und Aufnahmeabteile 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 für die Brotlaibe begrenzen, im vorliegenden Fall fünf solcher Aufnahmeabteile. Diese Aufnahmeabteile 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 sind im wesentlichen rund, weisen jedoch Ausweitungen 20 zum Untergreifen von in den Aufnahmeabteilen 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 befindlichen Brotlaiben auf. Die Aufnahmeabteile 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 sind im vorliegenden Fall ähnlich wie die fünf Punkte auf einer Seite eines Würfels angeordnet. Zwischen den Aufnahmeabteilen 12, 14, 16 einerseits und den Aufnahmeabteilen 10, 16, 18 andererseits verbleiben somit zwickelförmige Freiräume 22, 24, in denen auf dem Boden 2 Säulen 26, 28 stehen, die zur Stabilisierung die Trennwände umgreifen oder sich wenigstens an die Trennwände 8 anlehnen. Diese Säulen 26, 28 dienen als Stützen beim Stapeln mehrerer Körbe, wie aus Fig. 6 ersichtlich. Beim Stapeln stützen sich an den oberen Begrenzungsflächen 30 der Seitenwände 4, 6 eines unteren Korbs die unteren Begrenzungsflächen 32 der Seitenwände 4, 6 eines oberen Korbs ab. An die Innenflächen der Seitenwände 4, 6 des unteren Korbs greifen in den Eckbereichen 38 nach innen abgesetzte Füße 34 an der Unterseite 36 des Bodens 2 des oberen Korbs an. Zwischen den Füßen 36 kann der Korb von seinen Längsseiten und seinen Schmalseiten aus auf eine Sackkarre gestellt werden.
  • In den Seitenwänden 4, 6 befinden sich langgestreckte Öffnungen 40, 42, die, wie insbesondere aus Fig. 1 und 2 ersichtlich, abschnittsweise gegensinnig schräg zum Boden 2 verlaufen. Die Abschnitte sind durch Verstärkungsstege 44 voneinander getrennt, die in obere, in geringem Abstand übereinander liegende, waagrechte Verstärkungsstege 46, 48 übergehen. An der Unterseite des Bodens 2 befinden sich derartige Verstärkungsstege nicht, was die Reinigung des Korbs erleichtert.
  • Im Mittelbereich jeder Seitenwand 4, 6 befindet sich ein Griffloch 50, das rundum durch Verstärkungsstege 52 begrenzt ist.
  • Der Boden 2 ist im wesentlichen durch sich rautenförmig schneidende Bänder 54 mit rechtwinklig zum Boden 2 verlaufenden Seitenflächen gebildet. Diese Bänder 54 reichen außerhalb der Aufnahmeabteile 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 bis zur Höhe der Trennwände.
  • Jede der Säulen 26, 28 ist durch einen oben einstückig geschlossenen, unten mit einem Deckel geschlossenen Hohlzylinder gebildet, der unten über ein Sockelteil 56 einstückig mit dem Boden 2 verbunden ist.
    Der Korb mit den Hohlzylindern kann einstückig aus Kunststoff, vorzugsweise PP oder PE, gespritzt sein.

Claims (8)

1. Korb zur Aufnahme von Brotlaiben, der einen im wesentlichen rechteckigen, durchbrochenen Boden (2), bis über die Höhe der Brotlaibe ragende, durchbrochene Seitenwände (4, 6) und von dem Boden (2) ausgehende Aufnahmeabteile (10, 12, 14, 16, 18) mit die Brotlaibe umgrenzenden Trennwänden (8) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Trennwände (8) mit Ausnahme von Grifferweiterungen (20) im wesentlichen der Kontur weitgehend runder Brotlaibe angepaßt und von niedriger Höhe als die weitgehend runden Brotlaibe sind.

Korb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von dem Boden (2) wenigstens eine Säule (26, 28) zum stabilen Stapeln mehrerer gleichartiger Körbe unter Verhinderung des Ausbiegens von deren Böden (2) im Zusammenwirken mit den oberen und unteren Begrenzungsflächen (30, 32) der Seitenwände (4, 6) und nach innen abgesetzter Füße (34) nächst den Eckbereichen (38) der Unterseite (36) des Bodens (2) ausgeht.
3. Korb nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich in den Seitenwänden (4, 6) langgestreckte Öffnungen (40, 42) befinden, die abschnittsweise gegensinnig schräg zum Boden (2) verlaufen.
4. Korb nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an den Außenseiten der Seitenwände (4, 6) Verstärkungsstege (44, 46, 48, 52) befinden und daß einige (44, 52) dieser Verstärkungsstege (44, 46, 48, 52) Grifflöcher (50) begrenzen.
5. Korb nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (2) im wesentlichen durch sich rautenförmig schneidende Bänder (54) mit rechtwinklig zum Boden (2) verlaufenden Seitenflächen gebildet ist.
6. Korb nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Bänder (54) außerhalb der Aufnahmeabteile (10, 12, 14, 16, 18) bis zur Höhe der Trennwände (8) erstrecken.
7. Korb nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Säule (26, 28) durch einen mit dem Boden (2) einstückigen, oben einstückig geschlossen, unten durch einen gesonderten Deckel geschlossenen Hohlzylinder gebildet ist.
8. Korb nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er bis auf den bzw. die Deckel einstückig aus Kunststoff - vorzugsweise PP oder PE - gespritzt ist.
