Abstract

Claims (4)

1. Dispositif de serrage de plaques réfractaires dans des cadres métalliques d'obturateurs à coulisse d'orifices de coulée de récipients métallurgiques, comportant une pièce de clavetage qui est mobile sur le filetage d'une vis montée rotative dans le cadre, qui excerce, par déplacement au moyen de la vis, un effet de coin par une surface d'entraînement inclinée de façon oblique par rapport à la périphérie de la plaque, et agit par ladite surface d'entraînement sur la surface de pression d'une mâchoire de serrage coulissant dans le cadre, caractérisé en ce que la mâchoire de serrage (8) est en prise avec la pièce de clavetage (18) au moyen de chemins de guidage (17, 19) inclinés de façon correspondante à la surface d'entraînement (20).

Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la mâchoire de serrage (8) coulisse dans une glissière (10) du cadre (3) et entoure la pièce de clavetage (18) à la manière d' un U avec des côtés longitudinaux (16) qui sont disposés dans la direction de glissement et dans la zone de contact desquels sont disposés les chemins de guidage (17, 19).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les chemins de guidage (17, 19) sont réalisés sous la forme de rainures (17) disposées contre la surface de pression (15) de la mâchoire de serrage (8) dans les côtés longitudinaux (16), et de nervures (19) profilées en sens inverse.
4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la vis (23) est disposée perpendiculairement ou presque perpendiculairement au plan de la plaque et est logée avec un collet (24) dans un évidement à gradin (22, 29) et présente un profil pour clé mâle (27) dans la partie filetée tournée vers la surface de montage du cadre (3).
