Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour amener de l'encre d'impression offset et du fluide de mouillage au cylindre porte-plaque d'une machine imprimante, au moyen de rouleaux applicateurs avant et arrière, vus dans le sens de rotation du cylindre porte-plaque, et au moyen d'un dispositif de dosage de l'encre et du fluide de mouillage prévu en amont des rouleaux applicateurs, l'encre amenée au cylindre porte-plaque étant amenée en un courant d'encre principal, par l'intermédiaire des rouleaux applicateurs avant, au cylindre porte-plaque,
    caractérisé en ce que le courant d'encre principal est partagé en courants partiels parallèles par des moyens de transport d'encre s'étendant et agencés parallèlement, en ce que les courants partiels sont à nouveau réunis, et en ce que le fluide de mouillage est amené essentiellement à l'un des courants d'encre partiels parallèles.
  2. Unité d'encrage pour une machine imprimante rotative offset, dans laquelle l'encre peut être amenée, au moyen d'une alimentation d'encre, à plusieurs rouleaux applicateurs d'encre se trouvant contre le cylindre porte-plaque, par l'intermédiaire d'une pluralité de rouleaux de transport d'encre,
    caractérisée en ce qu'un rouleau distributeur (12) est relié, d'une part, à l'alimentation d'encre (15-18), en ce que, d'autre part, le rouleau distributeur (12) est relié, dans un premier train de rouleaux et dans un deuxième train de rouleaux monté en parallèle au premier train de rouleaux, par l'intermédiaire de rouleaux de dérivation (13, 11), en excluant un autre train de rouleaux pour les autres rouleaux applicateurs arrière (4, 5, 6), à un rouleau applicateur d'encre avant (3), en ce que, des deux trains de rouleaux montés en parallèle, un train de rouleaux est relié a l'alimentation en fluide de mouillage, et en ce que, vu dans le sens de rotation du cylindre porte-plaque (1), un rouleau applicateur d'encre (4), agencé en aval de ce rouleau avant, est relié au moins à un autre rouleau applicateur d'encre arrière (5) par l'intermédiaire d'un rouleau de transport d'encre (9).
  3. Unité d'encrage selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisée en ce qu'un rouleau de transport d'encre disposé en aval du rouleau de dérivation (13, 11) est un rouleau frotteur (7), auquel est associé un autre rouleau applicateur d'encre (2), qui, vu dans le sens de rotation du cylindre porte-plaque (1), est disposé en amont du rouleau applicateur d'encre avant (3).
  4. Unité d'encrage selon les revendications 2 et 3,
    caractérisée en ce qu'un rouleau de transport d'encre (8) disposé en aval du rouleau de dérivation (13, 11) est réalisé en tant que rouleau frotteur oscillant.
  5. Unité d'encrage selon les revendications 2 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce que le rouleau de dérivation (13) est réalisé en tant que rouleau frotteur oscillant.
  6. Unité d'encrage selon les revendications 2 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce que le rouleau de dérivation (13) est monté en pouvant être amené contre et écarté de l'un des rouleaux adjacents (8, 12).
  7. Unité d'encrage selon les revendications 2 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce que le rouleau de dérivation (13) est agencé en pouvant être amené contre et écarté des rouleaux adjacents (8, 12) de façon commandée en cadence.
  8. Unité d'encrage selon les revendications 2 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce qu'une source de fluide de mouillage (20, 21) peut être amenée contre un rouleau applicateur d'encre (2) disposé en amont du rouleau applicateur d'encre avant (3).
  9. Unité d'encrage selon les revendications 2 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce que, vu dans le sens de rotation du cylindre porte-plaque (1), avant les rouleaux (2-18) ou (3-18), une unité de mouillage (20, 21, 22) peut être amenée contre le cylindre porte-plaque (1).
