Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kühltheke mit einem Möbelkorpus, der Einrichtungen zum Kühlen und Umwälzen eines Kühlluftstroms enthält, mit einem Warenraum und mit einem Vorratsraum, der unterhalb der Einrichtungen zum Kühlen und Umwälzen im Möbelkorpus angeordnet ist.
  • Gekühlte Bedienungstheken werden zur Aufbewahrung und Präsentation von Lebensmitteln, insbesondere Fleisch- und Wurstwaren, Käse, Fisch, Feinkostsalaten und dergleichen verwendet. Die Kühltheken besitzen einen gekühlten Warenraum, der ein für den Kunden übersichtliches Ausstellen des Warensortiments gestattet. Der Warenraum ist in einem wärmeisolierten Möbelkorpus untergebracht, der unterhalb des Warenraums Einrichtungen zum Kühlen und Umwälzen eines Kühlluffstroms enthält. Diese Einrichtungen sind im wesentlichen ein Kältemittelverdampfer, der Teil eines Kältemittelkreislaufs ist, sowie ein Ventilator oder ein Gebläse. Der Kühlluftstrom wird durch Wärmetausch mit dem kalten Verdampfer abgekühlt und durch den Ventilator bzw. das Gebläse in den Warenraum gefördert, um die dort befindliche Ware zu kühlen.
  • Um dem Verkaufspersonal zu ermöglichen, aufgebrauchte Ware rasch zu ergänzen, ist in der FR-A-2 164 252, gemäß dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1, bereits vorgeschlagen worden, daß die Kühltheke einen Vorratsraum besitzt, der von der Rückseite der Kühltheke - also dem Arbeitsplatz des Bedienungspersonals - her zugänglich ist und der einen Warenvorrat enthält. Der Vorratsraum besitzt eine Schublade, die sich unterhalb der Einrichtungen zum Kühlen und Umwälzen der Kühlluft befindet.
  • Die Kühltheke gemäß FR-A-2 164 252 weist den Nachteil auf, daß die Einrichtungen zum Kühlen und Umwälzen der Kühlluft schlecht zugänglich sind. Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten sind daher sehr aufwendig; insbesondere die häufig erforderliche Reinigung einer Ablaufrinne für aus dem Warenraum und/oder vom Verdampfer ablaufende Flüssigkeitist mühsam und kostenintensiv.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Kühltheke der eingangs genannten Art zu entwickeln, die besonders wirtschaftlich zu betreiben ist, insbesondere durch Verminderung des Arbeitsaufwandes bei Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß zwischen dem vorderen, dem Kunden zugewandten, Rand des Möbelkorpus und den Einrichtungen zum Kühlen und Umwälzen einerseits und dem vorderen, dem Kunden zugewandten, Rand des Vorratsraums andererseits eine Durchgriffsöffnung zwischen dem Warenraum und dem Boden des Möbelkorpus vorgesehen ist.
  • Die vorgeschlagene Lösung ermöglicht es, eine im vorderen, das heißt dem Kunden zugewandten Bereich am Boden des Möbelkorpus verlaufende Ablaufrinne von der Vorderseite der Kühltheke her problemlos zu reinigen, da sowohl die Einrichtungen zum Kühlen und Umwälzen als auch der Vorratsraum bereits vor der Ablaufrinne enden und eine Durchtrittsöffnung zwischen den Einrichtungen und dem Vorratsraum und dem vorderen Rand des Möbelkorpus freibleiben.
  • In günstiger Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist die Durchgriffsöffnung mit einem abnehmbaren Boden abgedeckt. Der Boden ist vorzugsweise höhenverstellbar ausgebildet.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes weist der Vorratsraum eine Schublade am Boden des Möbelkorpus auf.
  • Bei einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausgestaltung des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist der Vorratsraum mit der Ansaugseite der Einrichtung zum Umwälzen verbunden. Hierdurch wird die Luft im Vorratsraum ständig umgewälzt und erneuert.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes besitzt der Vorratsraum eine Verbindung zur Luftaustrittsseite der Einrichtung zum Kühlen.
  • Über diese Verbindung wird ein Teil des kalten Kühlluftstroms in den Vorratsraum abgezweigt.
  • Die Erfindung sowie weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung werden anhand eines schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.
  • Hierbei zeigt die Figur eine erfindungsgemäße Kühltheke im Querschnitt.
  • Die Kühltheke weist einen wärmeisolierten Möbelkorpus 1 auf, der auf einem Sockel 2 angeordnet ist. Der Möbelkorpus trägt einen Aufsatz 4 und enthält einen Warenraum 3. Der Aufsatz 4 ist an der dem Kunden zugewandten Seite der Kühltheke mit einer aufklappbaren Frontscheibe 5 versehen. Unmittelbar unter dem Warenraum 3 und durch einen Boden 6 von diesem getrennt befinden sich Einrichtungen zum Kühlen und Umwälzen von Kühlluft. Diese bestehen aus einem Verdampfer 7 eines Kältemittelkreislaufs sowie einem Ventilator 8.
  • Unterhalb der Einrichtungen zum Kühlen und Umwälzen und durch eine Trennwand 9 hiervon getrennt, enthält der Möbelkorpus 1 einen Vorratsraum 10. Im Vorratsraum 10 ist eine von der Rückseite der Kühltheke her zugängliche Schublade 11 angeordnet. Die Schublade 11 befindet sich in der Nähe des Bodens des Möbelkorpus 1. Die Trennwand 9 weist eine erste Öffnung 12 an der Ansaugseite des Ventilators 8 und eine weitere Öffnung 13 in der Nähe der Luftaustrittsseite des Verdampfers 7 auf.
  • Die bei der beschriebenen Anordnung sich ergebende Kaltluftströmung ist durch Pfeile 15 angedeutet. Der Ventilator saugt Luft durch die Öffnung 12 an und fördert die Luft durch die Kühlflächen des Kältemittelverdampfers 7, wobei sich die Luft abkühlt. Nach Verlassen des Verdampfers 7 wird die kalte Luft in zwei Teilströme aufgeteilt, von denen der erste durch einen an der Rückwand der Kühltheke befindlichen Strömungskanal zu einer Luftaustrittsöffnung 16 gefördert wird von wo aus er den Warenraum 3 durchströmt, um anschließend über eine Öffnung dem vorderen Rand des Möbelkorpus 1 und einer Luftleitwand 20 zwischen erneut dem Ventilator 8 zugeführt zu werden, während der zweite Teilstrom durch die Öffnung 13 in den Vorratsraum 10 gelangt, und, nachdem er diesen durchströmt hat, ebenfalls von dem Ventilator 8 wieder angesaugt wird. Obschon der Vorratsraum innerhalb des Möbelkorpus 1 angeordnet ist, ist der Kaltluftstrom vom Verdampfer 7 zum Warenraum 3 durch die Schublade 11 sowie gegebenenfalls darin aufbewahrte Ware nicht behindert.
  • Die Einrichtungen zum Kühlen und Umwälzen von Luft sowie der Vorratsraum 10 bzw. die darin enthaltene Schublade 11 enden mit Abstand vor der Vorderwand des Möbelkorpus 1. bzw. vor der Luftleitwand 20. Der dadurch entstehende Zwischenraum dient als Durchgriffsöffnung 17, durch die insbesondere zu Reinigungszwecken eine im vorderen Bodenbereich des Möbelkorpus 1 befindliche Ablaufrinne mit einer Ablauföffnung 18 leicht zugänglich ist. Die Durchgriffsöffnung 17 ist mit einem höhenverstellbaren Boden 19 verschlossen.

Claims (5)

  1. Kühltheke mit einem Möbelkorpus (1), der Einrichtungen zum Kühlen (7) und Umwälzen (8) eines Kühlluftstroms enthält, mit einem Warenraum (3) und mit einem Vorratsraum (10), der unterhalb der Einrichtungen zum Kühlen (7) und Umwälzen (8) im Möbelkorpus (1) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem vorderen, dem Kunden zugewandten, Rand des Möbelkorpus (1) und den Einrichtungen zum Kühlen (7) und Umwälzen (8) einerseits und dem vorderen, dem Kunden zugewandten, Rand des Vorratsraums (10) andererseits eine Durchgriffsöffnung (14) zwischen dem Warenraum (3) und dem Boden des Möbelkorpus (1) vorgesehen ist.
  2. Kühltheke nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchgriffsöffnung (14) mit einem abnehmbaren Boden (19) abgedeckt ist.
  3. Kühltheke nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorratsraum (10) eine Schublade (11) oder einen Korb am Boden des Möbelkorpus aufweist.
  4. Kühltheke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorratsraum (10) mit der Ansaugseite der Einrichtung zum Umwälzen (8) verbunden ist.
  5. Kühltheke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorratsraum (10) eine Verbindung zur Luftaustrittsseite der Einrichtung zum Kühlen (9) besitzt.
