Claims (17)

1. Dispositif de tirage de fil pour tirer un fil continu, comprenant un dispositif d'alimentation en fil (1) qui présente un rouleau entraîné à entourer avec le fil et un dispositif d'aspiration monté en aval et évacuant le fil dans un courant d'air, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture d'aspiration (16) du dispositif d'aspiration (24) est disposée à proximité immédiate de la surface du dispositif d'alimentation (1) et sur une tangente de sortie de l'extrémité de sortie (47) du dispositif d'alimentation, transversalement, de préférence essentiellement perpendiculairement, à la direction longitudinale du dispositif d'alimentation (1).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation (1) est composé d'un rouleau conique qui est monté flottant à son extrémité large.
3. Dispositif de tirage de fil pour tirer un fil continu selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant un dispositif d'alimentation en fil (1) qui présente un rouleau entraîné à entourer avec le fil et un dispositif d'aspiration monté en aval et évacuant le fil dans un courant d'air, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture d'aspiration (16) se trouve à proximité immédiate de la surface du dispositif d'alimentation (1) et se raccorde au dispositif d'alimentation essentiellement en direction axiale ou parallèle à l'axe, l'extrémité de sortie (47) du dispositif d'alimentation (1) étant orientée vers l'entrée du tube d'aspiration (16).
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le tube d'aspiration (16) du dispositif d'aspiration (24) présente une entrée élargie, en ce que l'extrémité de sortie (47) du dispositif d'alimentation (1) s'étend jusque dans ledit tube d'aspiration et est entourée par lui et en ce qu'un guide-fil (41) est disposé sur une tangente de l'extrémité de sortie.
5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation en fil (1) et le dispositif d'aspiration (24) sont reliés en une unité de manipulation.
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation (1) est composé de deux rouleaux (32, 33) qui sont disposés l'un à côté de l'autre à un faible écartement, tournent dans le même sens, dont au moins l'un est entraînable et dont les axes (25, 26) sont décalés l'un par rapport à l'autre ou forment entre eux un angle aigu (34).
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un dispositif de mise en place de fil qui est composé d'un guide-fil (52, 56) qui fait le tour du dispositif d'alimentation (1) et est ouvert transversalement à sa direction de déplacement.
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le guide-fil (52, 56) donne au fil un mouvement d'avance axial (55) lorsqu'il fait le tour du dispositif d'alimentation (1).
9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation (1) est entouré sur la zone d'enroulement de fil par un canal d'écoulement (fente 2, rainure 12) qui entoure le dispositif d'alimentation sur plus de 180°, de préférence sur 360° ou plus, forme avec la surface des rouleaux (32, 33) du dispositif d'alimentation une fente d'au moins l'épaisseur du fil, est ouvert sur son côté tourné vers la surface et est aligné à ses extrémités avec le canal d'entrée du fil (14) et le canal d'aspiration de fil (16), le canal d'aspiration de fil (16) étant relié au dispositif d'aspiration (24), si bien qu'un courant d'air d'aspiration partant du canal d'entrée de fil et se dirigeant vers le canal d'aspiration de fil est créé dans le canal d'entrée du fil, le canal d'écoulement et le canal d'aspiration du fil.
10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le canal d'écoulement (rainure 12) possède une composante d'avance axiale.
11. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, en liaison avec l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation (1) qui ne présente qu'un seul rouleau (33) est monté dans un boîtier (5) qui forme avec la surface du rouleau (33) la fente étroite (11).
12. Dispositif selon les revendications 9, 10 et 11, caractérisé en ce qu'une rainure hélicoïdale (12) constituant un canal d'écoulement est taillée dans la paroi de boîtier (9) et entoure le rouleau (1) sur au moins 180°.
13. Dispositif selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que l'entrée de fil (14) et le canal de sortie de fil (16) relié au dispositif d'aspiration (24) se trouvent essentiellement chacun sur une tangente du dispositif d'alimentation et sont de préférence décalés axialement l'un par rapport à l'autre.
14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation (1) est un rouleau conique (33) et en ce que l'enveloppe de boîtier (9) du rouleau épouse la forme conique.
15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (33) est supporté unilatéralement et le boîtier est ouvert axialement à l'extrémité libre du rouleau.
16. Procédé de mise en place d'un fil synthétique provenant d'une filière sur une pièce mécanique en rotation, en particulier sur une galette ou un dispositif d'enroulement, qui est entraînée avec une vitesse périphérique de plus de 4000 m/min, à l'aide d'un courant d'air d'aspiration, caractérisé en ce que le courant d'air d'aspiration est guidé dans un tourbillon autour d'un dispositif d'alimentation et tiré tangentiellement, le dispositif d'alimentation étant entraîné avec au moins la vitesse périphérique de la pièce mécanique rotative et le tourbillon possédant le même sens de rotation que le dispositif d'alimentation.
17. Procédé de mise en place d'un fil synthétique provenant d'une filière sur une pièce mécanique en rotation, en particulier sur une galette ou un dispositif d'enroulement, qui est entraînée avec une vitesse périphérique de plus de 4000 m/min à l'aide d'un dispositif d'aspiration, dans lequel le fil fourni par la filière est tout d'abord capté et aspiré par le dispositif d'aspiration puis est amené en contact par frottement avec un dispositif d'alimentation en fil en un point situé directement avant le dispositif d'aspiration, lequel dispositif d'alimentation est entraîné avec une vitesse périphérique qui est au moins égale à la vitesse périphérique de la pièce mécanique rotative, caractérisé en ce que dans une commande séquentielle, le dispositif d'alimentation en fil est entraîné par air comprimé, le dispositif d'aspiration est alimenté avec la partie essentielle de l'air comprimé et le fil est aspiré et est mis en place sur le dispositif d'alimentation tournant avec une énergie réduite et est aspiré, le dispositif d'alimentation en fil est entraîné avec la partie essentielle de l'air comprimé et le dispositif d'aspiration n'est alimenté qu'avec une quantité résiduelle de l'air comprimé.
