Definitions

  • the invention relates to an aircraft hangar with a plurality of parking spaces arranged on the floor of the hall, between two parking spaces, each forming a further parking space at a higher level, which are mounted by means of swivel arrangements in such a way that, while maintaining their at least approximate horizontal position, from a high position to a in its longitudinal direction, the lowered position can be moved approximately at the level of the hall floor by means of a drive device.
  • Such an arrangement of the aircraft is known from FR-A-1 524 844.
  • the parking spaces are in a row next to each other.
  • An electric drive motor is arranged under each lifting platform, which pivots a swivel frame about a transverse axis fixed to the lifting platform via gearwheels, the swiveling frame positively engaging in stationary horizontal racks by means of curved teeth in order to superimpose an additional horizontal movement on the swiveling movement.
  • This proposal is particularly unsuitable for the accommodation of sports aircraft because of the large space requirement, the complicated drive mechanism and the large number of drive motors.
  • US-A-2,964,144 shows an aircraft hangar with a rotating floor and a star-shaped arrangement of the aircraft, but there are no lifting platforms here in order to accommodate the aircraft at different heights.
  • DE-A-19 65 142 shows a garage for two cars to be parked one above the other with a swiveling lifting platform which is suspended from a swiveling frame which can be swiveled by a pressure medium cylinder. Since the swivel frame protrudes above the lifting platform in all positions, this proposal cannot be used for aircraft.
  • the object of the invention is to provide an aircraft hangar which allows space-saving accommodation of aircraft at different levels by means of lifting platforms with reasonable effort for their bearings and drives.
  • the hall floor is designed as a rotating floor
  • the lifting platforms are arranged approximately radially with their longitudinal directions and are supported by the rotating floor
  • each swivel arrangement has four parallel swivel arms which can be swiveled about two axes fixed to the swivel floor and that a single drive device arranged in the area of at least one circular sector including a hall gate is provided for the pivoting arrangement of the lifting platforms and is coupled in each case to the lifting platform located in this circular sector.
  • the four swivel arms form a very simple swivel device and for all lifting platforms a single drive device is sufficient, which couples itself to the lifting platform in the actuating position and disengages when the rotating floor is turned further.
  • An advantageous embodiment consists in that one end of the drive device carries a claw which encompasses an arcuate horizontal rail piece of the lifting platform which is in the actuating position, and that all lifting platforms have identical rail pieces lying on a coaxial circle to the rotating floor axis. It is also advantageous that a rotating base-supported circular arc-shaped, concentric rail piece is arranged immediately adjacent to each two lifting platform rail pieces. This forms a closed circular rail with which the claw of the drive device is in constant engagement.
  • pivoting levers are pivoted in the up position of the lifting platform beyond the vertical position into inclined positions and that mechanical stops are provided for the lifting platforms in their up positions and that the pivoting angle of the pivoting levers between the up and down positions of the lifting platform is at least about 100 ° is.
  • the lifting platform therefore automatically remains in the high position. Additional locks are not required.
  • FIG. 1 For embodiments of the invention, the lifting platform rail pieces are assigned to the radially inner platform end, that the rotating floor-supported rail pieces have the stops for the lifting platform, that the drive device contains at least one, at least approximately in one, containing the axis of rotation of the rotating floor (16) Has a radial plane pressure medium cylinder, which is suspended above the lifting platforms and that the lifting platform has a width that increases in the direction of its forward and downward pivoting movement at least towards the end.
  • all swivel levers are approximately parallel to the lower position of the lifting platform.
  • the bearings for the swivel levers can be mounted on the rotating floor, so that not even cutouts in the rotating floor are required.
  • An aircraft hangar 10 has a rotating floor 16 which can be rotated on circular rail tracks 12, 14 about a central axis 20 and on which a number of aircraft 18 are set up in a star shape.
  • the wing spacing of the aircraft 18 set up on the rotating floor 16 is somewhat larger than the maximum width of conventional aircraft fuselages.
  • a narrow lifting platform 22 is arranged radially to the axis of rotation 20 between each two aircraft 18.
  • the lifting platform 22 has two front pivot levers 24 and two rear pivot levers 26. All swivel levers 24, 26 are of the same length and are mounted on swivel bearings 28, 30 of the lifting plate 22 and swivel bearings 32, 34 of the rotating floor 16.
  • the four pivot levers 24, 26 are parallel and form parallelogram links.
  • the lifting platform 22 is in its high position, in which the pivot levers 24, 26 are inclined to the rear at an angle of approximately 70 ° .
  • the lifting platform 22 is held in this high position by a stop which is formed here by a vertical, coaxial central tube 36, on which the lifting platform 22 is supported by means of an inward-pointing extension 38 with a support roller 40.
  • each lifting plate 22 At the rear end of each lifting plate 22, a T-rail piece 42, which is bent in a circular arc concentrically to the axis 20, is attached.
  • the space between two rail sections 42 is bridged by a rail section 44, which is fastened to the rotating floor 16 via an upright support 46 or a support frame 46.
  • the alternately arranged rail pieces 42 and 44 thus form a circumferentially closed circular rail 48, with which a pressure medium cylinder is constantly engaged, which forms the drive device 50 for the lifting platform 22.
  • the drive device 50 is pivotally suspended on the inside of the central tube 36 and penetrates a slot 52 in the area of the central tube 36 facing a hall gate 54 and ends in a claw 56 which engages around and engages under the rail 48.
  • the lifting platform 22 rotated into the circular sector containing the hall gate 54 inevitably comes into engagement with its claw 56 with the claw 56 of the drive device 50. If this is actuated, the lifting platform 22 pivots forward while maintaining its horizontal position, initially with a superimposed upward movement and then down until the lifting platform 22 in the in FIG. 1 dash-dotted lower position 22 ', in which it rests on the rotating floor 16, but protrudes by more than the length of the pivoting levers 24, 26 and protrudes from the hall 10. During this pivoting movement, the wings of the aircraft 18 supported on the lifting platform 22 even reach the wings of the aircraft standing next to it and deeper on the rotating floor 16 when these are high-wing aircraft and the aircraft located on the lifting platforms 22 are low-wing aircraft.
  • the aircraft 18 located on the lowered lifting platform 22 can thus roll out of the hall 10.
  • the cylinder 50 is then retracted again and the lifting platform 22 is moved into the position shown in FIG. 2 shown raised position, after which the rotating floor can be rotated again to bring another aircraft parking space in front of the hall gate 54.
  • the vertical legs of the rail pieces 44 fixed to the rotating floor can alternatively be extended on both sides so that they engage behind the corresponding legs of the lifting plate rail pieces 42 and thus form 22 end stops for the lifting platforms.
  • the extensions 38 with support rollers 40 are then omitted.
