Abstract

Der Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatz weist einen Arbeitstisch (1), in den ein mit einer Brausearmatur versehenes Waschbekken (11) eingelassen ist, wenigstens einen auf Sockeln angeordneten Unterschrank für die Aufnahme zusätzlicher Elemente sowie eine zusätzliche Tischplatte (2) auf. Die Tischplatte (2) ist unter dem Arbeitstisch (1) im wesentlichen in der Mitte zwischen seinen Stirnseiten schwenkbar befestigt. In der einen Endlage ist die zusätzliche Tischplatte (2) zwischen den Arbeitstisch (1) und dem Unterschrank an der Stirnseite des Arbeitsplatzes eingeschwenkt, die seinem das Waschbecken (11) enthaltenden stirnseitigen Bereich abgewandt ist. In der anderen Endlage ist die zusätzliche Tischplatte (2) im rechten Winkel zu dem Arbeitstisch (1) ausgeschwenkt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen wandständig aufgestellten Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatz mit einem Arbeitstisch, in den ein mit einer Brausearmatur versehenes Waschbecken eingelassen ist, und mit wenigstens einem auf einem Sockel angeordneten Unterschrank für die Aufnahme zusätzlicher Elemente.
  • Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplätze dienen der Patientenaufklärung und der Prophylaxe. Neben dem fest installierten Arbeits- tisch mit Waschbecken und Brausearmatur weisen Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplätze Unterschränke oder Aufbauten mit Fächern und/oder Schubladen für die Aufnahme von zusätzlichen Elementen, wie Paradentospray und Videogerät, auf.
  • Im wesentlichen sind zwei Konzepte für Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplätze bekannt: Bei dem einen Konzept ist der das Waschbecken enthaltende Teil des Arbeitstisches nach Art des Fußes eines L abgewinkelt. Ein Patient und eine zahnärztliche Helferin setzen sich bei diesem Konzept gegenüber. Sein Vorteil besteht darin, daß zwischen der zahnärztlichen Helferin und dem Patienten eine direkte Zusammenarbeit möglich ist; und daß zusätzliche Elemente leicht integrierbar sind. Der Nachteil dieses Konzepts besteht in seiner Starrheit und darin, daß ein zu großer Raumbedarf besteht. Bei dem anderen Konzept ist der Arbeitstisch nach Art eines rechteckigen Konsolentisches an eine - in der Regel mit einem Spiegel versehene - Wand gestellt. Die zahnärztliche Helferin und der Patient sitzen nebeneinander. Auch ein so ausgestalteter Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatz hat den Vorteil, daß zusätzliche Elemente leicht integrierbar sind. Sein Nachteil besteht darin, daß nur eine indirekte Zusammenarbeit zwischen der zahnärztlichen Helferin und dem Patienten möglich ist.
  • Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatz der eingangs genannten Art so auszubilden, daß er die Vorteile der bekannten Konzepte vereinigt, ohne ihre Nachteile in Kauf zu nehmen. Gemäß der Erfindung wird die gestellte Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß unter dem Arbeitstisch im wesentlichen in der Mitte zwischen seinen Stirnseiten eine zusätzliche Tischplatte schwenkbar befestigt ist, die in der einen Endlage zwischen dem Arbeitstisch und dem Unterschrank an der Stirnseite des Arbeitsplatzes eingeschwenkt ist, die seinem das Waschbecken enthaltenden stirnseitigen Bereich abgewandt ist, und in der anderen Endlage im rechten Winkel zu dem Arbeitstisch ausgeschwenkt ist.
  • Der Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatz nach der Erfindung kann mit eingeschwenkter und mit ausgeschwenkter zusätzlicher Arbeitsplatte, also variabel, verwendet werden. Sein Platzbedarf ist bei eingeschwenkter zusätzlicher Arbeitsplatte nicht größer als bei dem rechteckigen Konsolentisch. Trotzdem können für die direkte Zusammenarbeit die zahnärztliche Helferin und der Patient sich gegenübersitzen; es braucht nur die zusätzliche Arbeitsplatte ausgeschwenkt zu werden. Zusätzliche Elemente, wie Paradentospray und Videogerät, sind wie bei bekannten Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplätzen integrierbar.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 in perspektivischer Darstellung einen Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatz bei eingeschwenkter zusätzlicher Arbeitsplatte;
    • Fig. 2 die Draufsicht des Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatzes bei ausgeschwenkter zusätzlicher Arbeitsplatte;
    • Fig. 3 die Ansicht des in Fig. 2 dargestellten Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatzes ohne Aufbau;
    • Fig. 4 einen Axialschnitt durch ein Drehgelenk.

    Der an einer Wand aufzustellende Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatz weist einen Arbeitstisch 1, unter dem Arbeitstisch eine schwenkbare zusätzliche Tischplatte 2, an jeder Stirnseite des Arbeitstisches 1 einen Unterschrank 3, 4 sowie oberhalb des Arbeitstisches 1 an der Rückseite einen Aufbau 5 auf.
  • In den Arbeitstisch 1 ist ein mit einer Brausearmatur versehenes Waschbecken 11 eingelassen. Das Waschbecken ist im Bereich des - schmaleren - Unterschranks 4 eingelassen. Im Ausführungsbeispiel weist der Unterschrank 4 einen zur Stirnseite hin klappbaren Behälter 41 auf. Der Unterschrank 3 an der gegenüberliegenden - breiteren - Stirnseite ist auf einem Sockel 31 aufgebaut. Er enthält eine Schublade 32 sowie eine Blende 33. Schublade 32 und Blende 33 dienen der Aufnahme von Zusatzelementen; beispielsweise ist hinter der Blende 33 ein Videogerät untergebracht. Zu den unterzubringenden Zusatzelementen gehört auch ein Paradentospray.
  • Die zusätzliche Tischplatte 2 ist im wesentlichen in der Mitte zwischen den Stirnseiten des Arbeitstisches 1 schwenkbar befestigt. Die schwenkbare Befestigung erfolgt mit Hilfe eines Drehgelenks 21, welches an der Unterseite des Arbeitstisches 1 und der Oberseite der Tischplatte 2 eingelassen ist. In der einen Endlage ist die Tischplatte 2 zwischen den Arbeitstisch 1 und dem - breiteren - Unterschmk 3 eingeschwenkt. In der anderen Endlage ist die Tischplatte 2 im rechten Winkel zu dem Arbeitstisch 1 ausgeschwenkt.
  • Die zusätzliche Tischplatte 2 ist in dem auch im ausgeschwenkten Zustand unter der Arbeitsplatte 1 angeordneten Bereich nach Art eines ungleichschenkligen Dreiecks 22 ausgeführt. Die Seite 23 des Dreiecks 22, die bei eingeschwenkter Tischplatte 2 der Vorderkante 12 des Arbeitstisches 1 zugewandt ist, ist länger ausgeführt als die Seite 24, die bei eingeschwenkter Tischplatte der Hinterkante 13 des Arbeitstisches 1 zugewandt ist. Der im ausgeschwenkten Zustand über den Arbeitstisch 1 vorstehende Teil der Tischplatte 2 ist als Rechteck 25 mit abgerundeten Ecken ausgeführt. Diese Ausführung der zusätzlichen Tischplatte 2 gibt einerseits eine größtmögliche Arbeitsfläche, gestattet andererseits das vollständige Einschwenken der Tischplatte 2 unter den Arbeitstisch 1. Unter dem Arbeitstisch 1 ist eine Metallschiene 14 angebracht. In der Metallschiene 14 ist die zusätzliche Tischplatte 2 in ausgeschwenktem Zustand mit der Seite 23 abgestützt. Auf diese Weise ist der Tischplatte 2 zusätzliche Stabilität verliehen.
  • Die Vorderkante 12 des Arbeitstisches 1 ist im Bereich zwischen der dem Unterschrank 3 zugewandten Stirnseite und Beginn der ausgeschwenkten zusätzlichen Tischplatte 2 im wesentlichen parallel zur geraden Hinterkante 13 ausgeführt. Im Bereich der ausgeschwenkten zusätzlichen Tischplatte 2 ist die Vorderkante 12 abgeschrägt zur Hinterkante 13 versetzt. Im Bereich zwischen Ende der ausgeschwenkten zusätzlichen Tischplatte 2 und dem Waschbecken 11 zugewandter Stirnseite ist die Vorderkante 12 zur Hinterkante 13 verlaufend ausgeführt. Diese Ausführung ergibt für den Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatz eine raumsparende Ausführung einerseits, andererseits aber genügend Platz sowohl für den Patienten als auch für die zahnärztliche Helferin und schließlich für die Unterbringung der benötigten und zusätzlicher Elemente.
  • Der an der Rückseite des Arbeitstisches 1 befestigte Aufbau 5 ist mit Regalbrettern 51 und daneben mit einem Spiegel 52 versehen.
  • Das Drehgelenk 21 ist von einem an dem Arbeitstisch 1 befestigten abgestuften Zapfen 15 und von einer an der Tischplatte 2 befestigten, koaxial um den Zapfen 15 angeordneten Hülse 26 gebildet. Der Zapfen 15 und die Hülse 26 sind gegeninander drehbar abgestützt. Für die drehbare Abstützung sind zwei Drehlager vorgesehen.
  • Eines der Drehlager ist als Kugellager 61 ausgebildet. Das Kugellager 61 ist der Tischplatte 2 benachbart. Das andere Drehlager ist als Rollen-Schräglager 62 ausgebildet. Es ist von der Tischplatte 2 entfernt angeordnet.
  • An dem unteren freien Ende des Zapfens 15 ist eine Platte 16 befestigt. Die Platte 16 ist mit Hilfe einer Hutmutter 17 mit dem Zapfen 15 verschraubt. An der Platte 16 ist ein an der Hülse 26 befestigter Teil des Rollen-Schräglagers 62 drehbar abgestützt. Der andere Teil des Rollen-Schräglagers ist an dem Zapfen 15 befestigt und an einer seiner Stufen abgestützt. An dem Zapfen 15 befestigt und an einer seiner Stufen abgestützt ist auch ein Teil des Kugellagers 61. Der andere Teil des Kugellagers 61 ist an der Hülse 26 befestigt.

Claims (10)

1. Wandständig aufgestellter Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatz mit einem Arbeitstisch (1), in den ein mit einer Brausearmatur versehenes Waschbecken (11) eingelassen ist, und mit wenigstens einem auf einem Sockel (31) angeordneten Unterschrank (3) für die Aufnahme zusätzlicher Elemente, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter dem Arbeitstisch (1) im wesentlichen in der Mitte zwischen seinen Stirnseiten eine zusätzliche Tischplatte (2) schwenkbar befestigt ist, die in der einen Endlage zwischen den Arbeitstisch (1) und dem Unterschrank (3) an der Stirnseite des Arbeitsplatzes eingeschwenkt ist, die seinem das Waschbecken (11) enthaltenden stirnseitigen Bereich abgewandt ist, und in der anderen Endlage im rechten Winkel zu dem Arbeitstisch (1) ausgeschwenkt ist.
2. Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzliche Tischplatte (2) unter dem Arbeitstisch (1) mit Hilfe eines Drehgelenks (21) schwenkbar befestigt ist.

Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatz nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorderkante (12) des Arbeitstisches (1) im Bereich zwischen der dem Waschbecken (11) abgewandten Stirnseite und Beginn der ausgeschwenkten zusätzlichen Tischplatte (2) im wesentlichen parallel zur Hinterkante (13) ausgeführt ist, im Bereich der ausgeschwenkten zusätzlichen Tischplatte (2) abgeschrägt zur Hinterkante (13) versetzt ist und im Bereich zwischen Ende der ausgeschwenkten zusätzlichen Tischplatte (2) und dem Waschbecken (11) zugewandter Stirnseite zur Hinterkante (13) verlaufend ausgeführt ist.

Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatz nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzliche Tischplatte (2) in dem auch im ausgeschwenkten Zustand unter der Arbeitsplatte (1) angeordneten Bereich nach Art eines ungleichschenkligen Dreiecks (22) ausgeführt ist, dessen bei eingeschwenkter Tischplatte (2) der Vorderkante (12) zugewandte Seite (23) länger als die der Hinterkante (13) zugewandte Seite (24) ausgeführt ist und dessen im ausgeschwenkten Zustand über den Arbeitstisch (1) vorstehender Teil als Rechteck (25) mit abgerundeten Ecken ausgeführt ist.
5. Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatz nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter dem Arbeitstisch (1) eine Metallschiene (14) angebracht ist, in der ein Teil der zusätzlichen Tischplatte (2) in ausgeschwenktem Zustand abgestützt ist.
6. Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Rückseite des Arbeitstisches (1) ein Aufbau (5) mit Regalbrettern (51) und einem Spiegel (52) befestigt ist.

Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatz nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Drehgelenk (21) von einem an dem Arbeitstisch (1) befestigten abgestuften Zapfen (15) und einer an der Tischplatte (2) befestigten, koaxial um den Zapfen angeordneten Hülse (26) gebildet ist, die gegeneinander drehbar abgestützt sind.
8. Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatz nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Drehlager vorgesehen sind, von denen das der Tischplatte (2) benachbarte als Kugellager (61), das von der Tischplatte entfernte als Rollen-Schräglager (62) ausgebildet ist.

Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatz nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem unteren freien Ende des Zapfens (15) eine Platte (16) befestigt ist, an der ein an der Hülse (26) befestigter Teil des Rollen-Schräglagers (62) drehbar abgestützt ist, dessen anderer Teil an dem Zapfen befestigt und an einer seiner Stufen abgestützt ist.
10. Mundhygiene-Arbeitsplatz nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil des Kugellagers (61) an dem Zapfen (15) befestigt und an einer seiner Stufen (15) abgestützt ist, dessen anderer Teil an der Hülse (26) befestigt ist.
