Claims (6)

1. Jeu de construction pour un article de jeux, cadeaux ou publicité dans lequel des pièces profilées tridimensionnelles (1 à 4 ; 11 à 14 ; 31 à 33) présentant diverses formes géométriques peuvent être assemblées, avec utilisation de bandes d'assemblage fonctionnelles flexibles (5, 6, 9, 10, 17, 29, 30) réalisées à partir d'un matériau plat d'une épaisseur uniforme, en un corps tridimensionnel avec des pièces profilées mobiles et fixes les unes par rapport aux autres, les bandes d'assemblage étant de forme rectangulaire à ovale et munies, le long de leur axe principal, de deux trous de passage disposés à distance l'un de l'autre par lesquels elles peuvent être bloquées au moyen d'éléments de fixation emboîtables dans des trous d'emboîtement (28') des pièces profilées, caractérisé en ce que les bandes d'assemblage (5, 6, 9, 10, 17, 29, 30) sont réalisées dans une matière plastique réglée de façon à permettre une reprise élastique et un allongement le long de leur axe principal (A-A), et que les éléments de fixation sont conformés en boutons- pression (7, 8, 15, 16) qui présentent respectivement une section de tête (22) avec une face frontale bombée (24) et une face arrière plane et dont le diamètre est supérieur à celui des trous de passage des bandes d'assemblage (5, 6, 9, 10, 17), et qui peuvent être emboîtés avec une section de tige (23) dans les trous d'emboîtement (281 des pièces profilées (1 à 4 ; 11 à 14).
2. Jeu de construction selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'assemblage (17) est réalisée en totalité à partir d'une matière plastique flexible dans laquelle est noyé, dans la région entre les deux trous de passage, une tôle flexible (17a) ou un fil métallique flexible (17b).
3. Jeu de construction selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la section de tige (23) de chaque bouton-pression (7, 8, 15, 16 ; 34, 35) est creuse sur au moins une partie de sa longueur et munie, le long de cette longueur partielle, d'au moins une fente d'expansion (26) orientée parallèlement à l'axe.
4. Jeu de construction selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre de la section de tige (23) de chaque bouton-pression (7, 8, 15, 16 ; 34, 35) est munie d'une collerette de renforcement continue (28) adaptée
au diamètre et à la profondeur de perçage des trous d'emboîtement (28') pour obtenir un ajustage serré, ou d'une face frontale plane et éventuellement légèrement convexe pour la réalisation alternative d'une surface de collage.
5. Jeu de construction selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la section de tête (22) de chaque bouton-pression (7, 8, 15, 16 ; 34, 35) est réalisée à partir d'une matière plastique moins rigide que celle de la section de tige (23) et qu'elle présente un bord arrondi (25) dans la zone de transition entre la face frontale bombée (24) et la face arrière plane.
