Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bausatz für einen Spiel-, Geschenk- oder Werbeartikel, bei dem dreidimensionale, in unterschiedlichen geometrischen Formen ausgebildete Formbauteile unter Verwendung von biegsamen funktionalen Formgestaltungsstreifen aus Flachmaterial mit einheitlicher Materialdicke zu einem dreidimensionalen Körper mit zueinander relativ beweglichen und festen Formbauteilen zusammenbaubar sind, wobei die Formgestaltungsstreifen rechteckig bis länglich-oval ausgebildet und längs ihrer Hauptachse mit zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordneten Durchstecklöchern versehen sind, an denen sie mittels in Stecklöcher der Formbauteile einsteckbaren Befestigungsteilen festlegbar sind. Aus der US-A-4 170 083 ist ein Bausatz für Spielartikel der eingangs angegebenen Art bekannt, bei dem rechteckige bis ovale Formgestaltungsstreifen aus einem biegsamen Flachmaterial vorgesehen sind. Jeder dieser Formgestaltungsstreifen ist längs seiner Hauptachse mit zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordneten Löchern solcher Abmessungen versehen, daß er zu seiner Befestigung über diese Löcher auf Halterillen an integrierten Vorsprüngen der einzelnen Formbauteile des Bausatzes aufgezogen werden kann. Der Schaftteil 23 weist eine gegenüber der Materialdicke der Formgestaltungsstreifen 17 etwas größere Länge auf, so daß die Druckknöpfe mit einem gleichzeitig an die Durchstecklöcher angepaßten Durchmesser des Schaftteils 23 entsprechend der Darstellung in Fig. 1 durch das Zusammenwirken des Kopfteils 22 und des Verstärkungsbundes 28 als eine unverlierbare Einheit mit dem Formgestaltungsstreifen 17 zusammengehalten werden. Claims (6)

1. Construction kit for toys gift or promotional articles in which three-dimensional moulded parts (1-4; 11-14; 31-33) in various geometric shapes can be assembled into a three-dimensional body with rigid moulded parts that are relatively mobile with respect to one another, using flexible functional construction strips (5, 6, 9, 10, 17, 29, 30) made from flat material of uniform thickness, said construction strips being an oblong to elongate oval shape and provided along their main axis with two through-holes spaced apart from one another, at which they can be fixed by means of fastening members which can be pushed into peg-holes (28') in the moulded parts, characterised by making the construction strips (5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 17, 29, 30) from a plastic that recovers and is ductile along their main axis (A-A), and making the fastening members in the form of pushbuttons (7, 8, 15, 16), each of which has a head portion (22) provided with a dome-shaped front face (24) and a plane rear face and larger than the diameter of the through-holes of the construction strips (5, 6, 9, 10, 17) and can be inserted by a shank portion (23) into the peg-holes (28') of the moulded parts (1-4; 11-14).
2. Kit according to claim 1, characterised in that overall the construction strip (17) consists of a soft plastic in which a flexible plate (17a) or flexible wire (17b) is embedded in the region between the two throughholes.
3. Kit according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the shank portion (23) of each pushbutton (7, 8, 15, 16 ; 34, 35) is hollow over at least part of its length and along this part is provided with at least one axially parallel expansion s!ot (26).
4. Kit according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the free end of the shank portion (23) of each pushbutton (7, 8, 15, 16 ; 34, 35) is provided with a circumferential strengthening collar (28) adapted to the diameter and the drilling depth of the peg-holes (28') to achieve a press-fit or to alternatively provide an adhesive surface is provided with a plane and, if appropriate, somewhat convex front face.
5. Kit according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the head portion (22) of each pushbutton (7, 8, 15, 16; 34, 35) consists of a softer plastic than the shank portion (23) thereof and has a rounded rim (25) at the interface of the dome-shaped front face (24) and the plane rear face.
