In der Seitenwand 1 sind seitliche Auflagen- und Führungsleisten 7 für einzuschiebende Tabletts sowie Kühlkanäle 8 für das aus dem oberen Kühlfach abströmende Kühlgas eingeformt. Ein solches, die eine Gehäusehälfte bildendes Bauelement, ist aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff mit sehr hoher Schlagzähigkeit nach dem sogenannten TSG-Verfahren hergestellt. Fig. 3a und 3b zeigt dies an zwei Beispielen, bei denen der Deckenbereich unterschiedlich ausgeführt ist. Dem Teil a ist spiegelbildlich ein identisches Teil b hinzugefügt. Die Klebestelle der aneinanderstoßenden Querwände kann gemäß Fig. 2 ausgebildet werden. Die Z-förmige Profilierung gewährleistet eine maßgenaue Zusammenfügung der beiden Schalenteile, denn sie schieben sich mit ihrer Spitze jeweils in eine Gegennut. 1. Bauelement zur Herstellung eines quaderförmigen Gehäuses für einen fahrbaren Behälter, insbesondere einen Servierwagen für Verkehrsmittel,
gekennzeichnet durch einen aus einer die eine Seitenwand (1) sowie jeweils die halbe Gehäusedecke (2) bzw. den halben Gehäuseboden (3) bildenden Schalenteil, welcher aus zwei gegenüber einer mittleren, durch Gehäusedecke, Seitenwand und Gehäuseboden verlaufenden Trennebene (E) symmetrischen Hälften besteht.
