- the invention relates to a press for pressing out good items, in particular laundry items, with a pressure container in the pressing location, the opening of which can be closed by a counterplate, and a receiving container for receiving the good item in the filling location and its transport on a plate into the pressing location under the pressure container.
- a press of the type mentioned is already known, in which the good item in the form of a laundry item in the filling location falls from a washing machine into an open frame. This is then moved under the raised pressure vessel in the press location, from where it is pulled back into the filling location after opening the front wall. By introducing pressurized water, a membrane present in the pressure container is then pressed against the good item and the latter is pressed out.

- the transition from the pretreatment machine, e.g. the washing machine, to the aftertreatment machine, e.g. a deficiency or a dryer is inevitable. A disturbance due to good parts falling out is excluded.
- the press according to the invention therefore increases functional reliability and ensures trouble-free pressing operation.

For this purpose, it has an annular groove 26 on the circumference, into which locking bolts 28 or similar locking means engage in the radial position in the intermediate ring 17 in order to connect the counter plate 18 to the pressure vessel 10 in a form-fitting manner. The locking bolts 28 are moved into and out of the locking position by adjusting means known per se.
