Definitions
- the present invention relates to a push anchor according to the preamble of claim 1, in particular for connecting concrete ceilings below and with concrete walls, such that a dilatation joint remains between the individual ceiling elements or the ceiling and the wall.
- push dowels have been developed in which a steel mandrel protrudes into a sleeve on one side, such that when it is firmly concreted on one side in the wall or face of a ceiling, the opposite element, i.e. the ceiling into which the Sleeve is concreted in, can slide on the free end of the mandrel. This means that supports and plain bearings can be bypassed without taking away the dilation play from the ceiling.
- US Pat. Nos. 2,396,045 and 2,420,427 also disclose sleeve tubes arranged in parallel, which are connected to a reinforcement and welded onto reinforcing members. Mandrels can slide in the sleeve tubes such that displacements of two components in the direction of the longitudinal axes of the sleeve tubes and mandrels can be absorbed.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of providing a push-in dowel which has the advantages of the known elements of this type without taking on their disadvantages and is therefore more interesting in terms of safety and economy than these.
- this object is achieved by a push-in dowel as defined in claim 1.
- FIG. 1 shows, shown in dash-dotted lines, a concrete ceiling 1, which is connected to a wall 2, in which a further concrete ceiling 3 is inserted, by means of a push anchor 4 according to the invention.
- the latter advantageously consists of two steel mandrels 5 and two sleeves 8.
- the two steel mandrels 5 can be connected to one another with one or two steel plates 7, just like the two sleeves 6 with one or two steel plates 8 to one another are connected.
- Sleeves are advantageously made by welding, in such a way that the longitudinal axes M of the steel mandrels 5 coincide with the longitudinal axes m of the sleeves 6. This ensures that the sleeves 6 can slide easily over the steel mandrels 5.
- the sleeves 6 connected by means of the steel plates 8 are also connected to a front plate 9, which is used for the simple insertion of the push dowel 4 into the formwork of the concrete ceiling 1 before concreting, since it is nailed through the holes 10 provided for this purpose (FIG. 3 ) can be introduced, can be nailed onto the formwork board of the face of the ceiling 1 from the inside of the ceiling.
- both the steel mandrels 5 and the sleeves 6 are connected by plates 7 and 8 results in a significantly improved load distribution in the concrete compared to the known push-in anchors, which leads to a noticeably reduced number of push-in anchors required with the same load capacity of the ceiling.
- the local pressure of the concrete and thus the formation of cracks in the area of the individual dowels is significantly reduced, which increases the safety of the structure.
- the push dowel according to the invention accordingly has significant advantages over the known elements of this type. Compared to the embodiment variant described, the push-in dowel according to the invention can be modified in some points without any advantages being lost. It is thus possible to manufacture the sleeves 6 with the plates 8 connecting them and the front plate 9 not from corrosion-resistant steel, but in one piece from high-strength plastic. Furthermore, more than two mandrels and sleeves can be connected to units by means of connecting plates.

Description
- Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt durch diesen Schubdübel.
