Claims (5)

1. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un instrument d'écriture à encre liquide, comportant une mèche d'écriture (11, 17, 22) qui s'insère dans une ouverture (2) ménagée dans la pointe d'un boîtier (1), et qui pénètre, par son extrémité dirigée vers l'intérieur du boîtier, à travers une membrane (6), dans un réservoir (5) à encre liquide, membrane dans laquelle est pratiqué, par enfoncement, un orifice adapté en grandeur et en forme à la mèche d'écriture, procédé caractérisé en ce que la membrane
(6), prévue dans le boîtier (1), est percée par un poinçon profilé (10, 14, 21) qui correspond à la mèche d'écriture (11, 17, 22) à monter et est introduit par l'ouverture (2), et en ce que, après le retrait du poinçon profilé, la mèche d'écriture est insérée dans l'ouverture.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (2) du boîtier (1) est pourvue de nervures de guidage (3) axiales, sur lesquelles est centré le poinçon profilé (10, 14, 21).
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la membrane (6) est constituée de forme conique, de telle manière que la pointe du cône se trouve dirigée vers le réservoir (5) à encre liquide.
4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'est utilisée une mèche d'écriture (17, 22) étagée, qui est introduite assez loin pour venir buter par un épaulement (19, 23) contre le bord extérieur de la membrane (6).
