Claims (17)
- Pièce rapportée pour un instrument d'écriture, en particulier pour un feutre d'écriture à garniture fine, comprenant un organe d'écriture (20) muni d'une pointe d'écriture (20a) ; une partie d'enveloppement (10) présentant une cavité traversante (14) par laquelle ledit organe d'écriture (20) est reçu au moins partiellement, et au-delà de l'une (10a) des extrémités de laquelle ledit organe d'écriture (20) fait saillie par la pointe d'écriture (20a) ; un dispositif de guidage (30) relié à la partie d'enveloppement (10), en vue de guider l'organe d'écriture (20) ; et un élément élastique (50) imposant une précontrainte élastique à l'organe d'écriture (20) en direction de la pointe d'écriture (20a),
caractérisée par le fait que la partie d'enveloppement (10) est fabriquée en un matériau transparent, de préférence en une matière plastique transparente. - Pièce rapportée selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée par le fait que l'élément élastique (50) prend directement appui contre la partie d'enveloppement (10). - Pièce rapportée selon la revendication 1 ou 2,

caractérisée par le fait que l'élément élastique (50) prend appui contre un gradin (16) marquant la transition entre le premier tronçon (14a) de la cavité et le deuxième tronçon (14b) de ladite cavité. - Pièce rapportée selon la revendication 3 ou 4,
caractérisée par le fait que le diamètre intérieur du deuxième tronçon (14b) de la cavité correspond au diamètre extérieur de l'organe d'écriture (20). - Pièce rapportée selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5,
caractérisée par le fait que le deuxième tronçon (14b) de la cavité se prolonge directement par un troisième tronçon (14c) de ladite cavité, dont le diamètre intérieur est, de préférence, plus grand que le diamètre intérieur dudit deuxième tronçon (14b) de la cavité. - Pièce rapportée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisée par le fait que la partie d'enveloppement (10) comprend une première région (10a) et une seconde région (10b), le diamètre de ladite seconde région (10b) étant plus petit que le diamètre de ladite première région (10a). - Pièce rapportée selon la revendication 7,
caractérisée par le fait que la première région (10a) de la partie d'enveloppement revêt, au moins approximativement, la forme d'un tronc de cône. - Pièce rapportée selon la revendication 7,
caractérisée par le fait que la première région (10a) de la partie d'enveloppement est configurée en arc de cercle en coupe longitudinale et possède de préférence, au moins approximativement, la forme d'une pointe d'obus. - Pièce rapportée selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9,
caractérisée par le fait que la surface extérieure périphérique de la première région (10a) de la partie d'enveloppement, et/ou la cavité traversante (14), est (sont) polie(s) dans la zone de ladite première région (10a). - Pièce rapportée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10,
caractérisée par le fait que l'élément élastique est un ressort hélicoïdal (50), de préférence métallique. - Pièce rapportée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11,
caractérisée par le fait que l'élément élastique (50) prend appui contre l'organe d'écriture (20) par l'intermédiaire d'une douille de coincement (40). - Pièce rapportée selon la revendication 12,
caractérisée par le fait que la douille de coincement (40) est consignée à demeure sur l'organe d'écriture (20) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une zone de déformation. - Pièce rapportée selon la revendication 12 ou 13,
caractérisée par le fait que la douille de coincement (40) présente, à son extrémité (40b) tournée vers l'élément élastique (50), un élargissement contre lequel ledit élément élastique (50) prend appui. - Pièce rapportée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14,
caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif de guidage est formé d'une douille de guidage (30) qui dépasse au-delà de la partie d'enveloppement (10) par une première région (30a), dans la direction de la pointe d'écriture (20a), et qui s'engage dans la cavité traversante (14) conjointement à une seconde région (30b) de ladite douille, la longueur axiale de ladite seconde région (30b) de la douille étant plus petite que la longueur axiale de l'élément élastique (50). - Pièce rapportée selon la revendication 15,
caractérisée par le fait que le diamètre intérieur de la seconde région (30b) de la douille correspond au diamètre intérieur de la cavité traversante (14). - Pièce rapportée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13,
caractérisée par le fait que l'organe d'écriture (20) offre un diamètre situé dans la plage de 0,2 mm à 1,5 mm, de préférence dans la plage comprise entre 0,3 mm et 0,7 mm.
