Claims (10)

1. Peigne à lamelles destiné à des métiers à tisser, en particulier destiné au rotor de tissage de métiers à tisser à foule en série, comprenant des lamelles disposées sur un support et des organes de maintien de la foule pour les fils de chaîne, qui sont formés de saillies latérales en lamelles, caractérisé en ce que chaque organe de maintien de foule estformé par une saillie respective (6, 6'; 7, 7') des deux lamelles (5) enfermant l'organe de maintien de foule, lesdites saillies se dressant l'une contre l'autre, chevauchant en commun l'espace intermédiaire entre ces lamelles et étant décalées l'une par rapport à l'autre.
2. Peigne à lamelles selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les saillies (6, 6'; 7, 7') sont décalées l'une par rapport à l'autre dans la direction de chaîne.
3. Peigne à lamelles selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les lignes de niveau des côtés frontaux libres des saillies (6, 7; 6', 7') se chevauchant mutuellement.
4. Peigne à lamelles selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les saillies (7, 7') sont conformées à la manière du battant d'une croisée à peu près rectangulaire venant des lamelles (5), qui est produit par estampage sur trois arêtes et qui est courbé sur sa quatrième arête.
5. Peigne à lamelles selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on dispose sur le support (1) des lamelles (5) un organe de positionnement qui présente des moyens de guidage pour les lamelles dont la subdivision correspond à la subdivision désirée (B, C) des lamelles.

Peigne à lamelles selon la revendication 5, dont le support est formé par deux rails parallèles s'étendant sur la largeur du métier, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de positionnement est formé par une tige (23 à 26) s'étendant sur la largeur du métier et montée dans un rail (8, 9), et en ce que les moyens de guidage sont du type rainures.

Peigne à lamelles selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la tige (23 à 26) est conformée comme une tige dentée ayant des dents s'étendant transversalement par rapport à la direction longitudinale de cette tige, et qui forment lesdits moyens de guidage mentionnés et sont prévues pour contacter les lamelles (5).
8. Procédé pour fabriquer le peigne à lamelles selon la revendication 1, dans lequel on installe les lamelles sur le support, on les positionne selon la subdivision désirée et ensuite on les fixe sur le support, caractérisé par le positionnement des lamelles (4, 5) sur le support (1) à l'aide d'un organe disposé en parallèle sur le support et qui est muni de moyens de guidage pour les lamelles, la subdivision des-moyens de guidage correspondant à la subdivision désirée (B, C) des lamelles.
9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par l'utilisation, pour le positionnement des lamelles (4, 5) pour chaque rangée (2, 3) de lamelles, du motif denté (23 à 26) s'étendant sur la largeur du métier, et par l'emploi de sa denture comme moyen de guidage pour les lamelles, la tige dentée exerçant alors une pression élastique par sa denture contre une arête des lamelles.
10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par la fixation des lamelles (4, 5) dans leur position réglée par la tige dentée sur le support (1) par un moyen de fixation libérable par la chaleur ou par un moyen de déblocage, et l'enlèvement de la tige dentée après fixation.
