Abstract

Un dispositif de pincement comprend un rail fixe de pincement (5), un peigne de pincement ajustable par rapport au rail pouvant s'enfoncer dans la couche de fils (KS) et pourvu de lamelles de pincement (4) ayant un bord de pincement (9) associé au rail de pincement (5), ainsi qu'un peigne miseur (8) ajustable dans le sens de la longueur du peigne de pincement, pouvant s'enfoncer dans la couche de fils (KS) et dont la course de reglage est égale à un multiple de l'écartement entre les lamelles de pincement (4). On utilise ce dispositif pour pincer une couche de fils de chaîne. Premièrement, on positionne le dispositif de pincement d'un côté de la couche de fils de chaîne, puis on enfonce le dispositif de pincement avec la fente de pincement ouverte dans la couche de fils, puis on ajuste le peigne miseur dans le sens de la longueur du peigne de pincement, et finalement on ferme la fente de pincement.

Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de pinçage pour une couche de fils plane, avec une barre de pinçage fixe et un organe de pinçage déplaçable relativement à celle-ci, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de pinçage comporte un peigne de pinçage (3) pouvant être plongé dans la couche de fils (KS) avec des lamelles de pinçage (4) qui présentent un bord de pinçage (9) orienté vers la barre de pinçage (5), en ce qu'il est prévu un peigne miseur (8) pouvant être plongé dans la couche de fils et en ce que le peigne miseur (8) et le peigne de pinçage sont déplaçable longitudinalement l'un relativement à l'autre, le trajet de déplacement représentant un multiple du pas des lamelles de pinçage (4).
  2. Dispositif de pinçage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le peigne de pinçage (3) est fixe et que le peigne miseur (8) est réalisé de façon déplaçable longitudinalement, et en ce que le trajet de déplacement de ce dernier représente plus que le double du pas des lamelles de pinçage (4).
  3. Dispositif de pinçage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est formé entre la barre de pinçage (5) et les bords de pinçage (9) des lamelles de pinçage (4) une fente de pinçage, et en ce que des moyens sont prévus pour positionner la couche de fils (KS) au niveau de la fente de pinçage.
  4. Dispositif de pinçage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la barre de pinçage (5) et le peigne de pinçage (3) sont portés par un support commun (1), et en ce que les moyens précités pour positionner la couche de fils (KS) sont portés également par ce support ou sont constitués par celui-ci.
  5. Dispositif de pinçage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le peigne miseur (8) est disposé au support commun (1) et qu'il est dimensionné de façon que les extrémités libres de ses dents fassent saillie sur les bords de pinçage (9) des lamelles de pinçage (4).
  6. Dispositif de pinçage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles de pinçage (4), à la suite du bord de pinçage (9), présentent un bord de déviation s'étendant suivant une inclinaison à celui-ci pour les fils de la couche de fils (KS).
  7. Dispositif de pinçage selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les fils de la couche de fils (KS), après la plongée du peigne de pinçage (3) et du peigne miseur (8) entre ceux-ci sont guidés sensiblement d'une manière rectiligne, et que lors du déplacement du peigne miseur, les fils sont sortis de la direction rectiligne.
  8. Dispositif de pinçage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les fils, dans leur position sortie, croisent les bords de pinçage (9) de plusieurs lamelles de pinçage (4) avoisinantes.
  9. Dispositif de pinçage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la barre de pinçage (5) est pourvue à ses bords éloignés des bords de pinçage (9) des lamelles de pinçage (4) d'un profil denté qui engrène avec une crémaillère (10) déplaçable dans la direction longitudinale.
  10. Utilisation du dispositif de pinçage selon la revendication 1 pour le pinçage d'une couche de fils de chaîne, caractérisée par les mesures suivantes :
    a. Positionnement du dispositif de pinçage à un côté de la couche de fils (KS) ;
    b. Déplacement du dispositif de pinçage, la fente de pinçage étant ouverte, contre la couche de fils (KS) et plongée du peigne de pinçage (3) et du peigne miseur (8) dans celle-ci ;
    c. Déplacement du peigne miseur (8) dans la direction longitudinale du peigne de pinçage (3) et de ce fait, déviation des fils de la couche de fils (KS) de façon que ceux-ci croisent les bords de pinçage (9) de plusieurs lamelles de pinçage (4) avoisinantes ;
    d. Fermeture de la fente de pinçage.
  11. Utilisation selon la revendication 10, caractérisée par un support pouvant être entraîné et commandé mécaniquement pour le dispositif de pinçage qui présente les moyens d'entraînement requis pour exécuter les déplacements précités.
