Claims (4)
- Dispositif de séchage à l'air chaud de produit textile en déplacement continu, comprenant :a) au moins un support perforé transportant le produit textile,b) des zones de séchage à modes différents de conduction d'air qui se succèdent dans le sens de transport du produit textile et qui forment des zones de séchage à insufflation et des zones de séchage à aspiration à travers le produit,c) des ventilateurs de production d'un courant d'air chaud,
caractérisé par les particularités suivantes : - d) zone de séchage à insufflation (par exemple 7) et une zone de séchage à aspiration à travers le produit (par exemple 14) sont disposées dans chaque cas en deux étages superposés dans lesquels le produit textile passe successivement ;
- e) ces zones de séchage (7,14) sont raccordées à un ventilateur commun (17) de manière que la zone de séchage à insufflation communique avec le refoulement de ce dernier et la zone de séchage à aspiration à travers le produit communique avec l'aspiration de ce ventilateur (17) ;
- f) plusieurs de ces compartiments de séchage équipés d'un ventilateur individuel (17) sont disposés les uns à la suite des autres dans le sens de la longueur du dispositif (1).
