Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Rohrfrisierkamm mit einem Griffteil, mit einem Wickelrohr in axialer Verlängerung zum Griffteil, mit einem Frisierkamm, mit einer parallel zur Achse verlaufenden Schlitzung im Wickelrohr, mit einer Betätigungseinrichtung zum Überführen des Frisierkamms aus einer Ruhestellung in eine Arbeitsstellung, wobei der Frisierkamm in der Ruhestellung sich im Wickelrohr befindet und in der Arbeitsstellung aus der Schlitzung mit seinen Kammzinken hervorsteht.
  • Es gibt Ausführungen dieser Art, bei welchen ein Frisierkamm im Wickelrohr versenkbar ist. Solche Frisierkämme dienen den Kämmen mit anschliessendem Einrollen der Haare und Entnahme aus der Haarrolle durch seitliches Herausziehen bei versenktem Kamm, wie beispielsweise das D E-GM Nr. 7442661 und die US-PS Nr. 2443729 zeigen. Hierbei ist die Mitnahme der Haare zum Einrollen von den Haarspitzen her vielfach nicht gewährleistet, so dass es zu einem unvollkommenen Einrollvorgang der Haare kommt. Auch ist die Handhabung zum Einschwenken des Frisierkamms vor dem seitlichen Herausziehen aus der Haarrolle bei den bisher bekannten Ausführungen mittels Drucktaste für den Friseur nicht in jeder Drehlage des Rohrfrisierkamms einfach gewährleistet.
  • Darüber hinaus gibt es nach der US-PS Nr. 2406490 neben dem feststehenden Frisierkamm noch in einem Seitenschlitz ausschiebbare Klemmkämme, welche zu handhaben sind. Nach der US-PS Nr. 4139014 ist schliesslich ein Frisierkamm mit Klemmkamm sowie Griff- und motorischem Betätigungsteil bekannt, welcher kompliziert im Aufbau und schlecht zu handhaben ist, da beide Kämme nicht einziehbar sind.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, unter Beseitigung dieser Nachteile ein einwandfreies Einrollen von den Haarspitzen her zu gewährleisten, sowie eine bequeme Bedienung zum Wegschwenken des Frisierkamms in beliebiger Drehlage und seitliche Herausnahme aus der Haarrolle zu ermöglichen.
  • Der Rohrfrisierkamm gemäss der Erfindung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruch 1 kennzeichnetsich hierzu dadurch, dass ein Klemmkamm vorhanden ist, der in einer Ebene parallel zur Ebene des Frisierkamms angeordnet ist, wobei sich ein Doppelkamm bildet und der Klemmkamm ebenfalls aus der Ruhestellung in die Arbeitsstellung bringbar ist und dass der Klemmkamm relativ zum Frisierkamm längsverschiebbar und so in eine Klemmstellung für das Haar bringbar ist, und dass der aus der Schlitzung des Wickelrohrs geschwenkte Doppelkamm gegen Wirkung eines am Kammrücken anliegenden Federbügels vermittels Schiebering auf dem Wickelrohr, welcher an der Schlitzung am Wickelrohr austretenden Kammschrägung ansteht, zum Versenken einschwenkbar ist. Hierbei überragen die Enden der Zinken des Frisierkamms die Enden der Zinken des Klemmkamms, wobei wenigstens die Kammzinken zum Wickelrohrende hin in ihrer Länge ansteigen. Hierdurch wird eine Haarklemmung vom Ende der Haarspitzen an zur sicheren Mitnahme beim Einrollen erreicht und ein leichtes Einschwenken des Kamms in jeder Drehlage des Rohrfrisierkamms und seitliche Herausnahme aus der Haarrolle ermöglicht.
  • Im einzelnen kann der Klemmkamm am Frisierkamm mittels Längsschlitz-Stiftführung mit versenktem Schraubkopf gegen Federwirkung begrenzt längsverschieblich angebracht sein und zwischen dem Frisierkamm und dem hierauf verschiebbaren Klemmkamm kann beidseits hälftig eine Federkammer für die Feder eingelassen sein.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten des Rohrfrisierkamms gemäss der Erfindung sind an Hand einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform beispielsweise in der Zeichnung schematisch dargestellt, und zwar zeigen:
    • Fig.1 bis 3 jeweils den Längsschnitt durch einen Rohrfrisierkamm in Normalstellung, Klemmstellung und Einschwenkstellung des Frisier- und Klemmkamms im Wickelrohr, und Fig. 4 den Querschnitt nach Linie IV-IV der Fig. 3.
  • Wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich ist, besteht der Rohrfrisierkamm aus dem Wickelrohr 1 mit Griffteil 2, in welchem der Frisierkamm 3 bei 4 angelenkt ist und zusammen mit dem hierauf längsverschiebbaren Klemmkamm 5 unter Wirkung des am Kammrücken bei 6 anliegenden Federbügels 7 aus der Rohrschlitzung 8 mit den Kammzinken 9, 10 vorsieht. Hierbei sind die Kammzinken 9 länger als diejenigen 10, d.h. die letzteren 10 sind gegenüber den ersteren 9 zurückgesetzt und zumindest die ersteren 9 steigen in ihrer Länge zum Wickelrohrende 11 hin an und 9 übergreifen die kürzeren Zinken 10 bei 9a entsprechend Fig. 4.
  • Auf dem Wickelrohr 1 sitzt ein Schiebering 12, welcher am Ende unter den Griffteil 2 reicht und durch seine Ringausbildung in jeder Drehlage des Rohrfrisierkamms bedienbar ist. Mit diesem Schiebering 12 wird bei dessen Vorschub in Richtung A entsprechend Fig. 3 der Doppelkamm 3, 5 in das Wickelrohr 1 geschwenkt und zwar dient hierzu die Kammschrägung 13 am Austritt der Schlitzung 8. Der Klemmkamm 5 ist am Frisierkamm 3 mittels Längsschlitz-Stiftführung 14, 15 mit versenktem Schraubkopf 15a gegen Wirkung der in einer gemeinsamen Federkammer 16a eingelassenen Rückholfeder 16 verschiebbar gehalten. Die Längsschlitz-Stiftführung 14, 15 mit versenktem Schraubkopf 15a als Sicherung kann hier bei doppelter Anordnung wechselseitig an den Kämmen 3, 5 vorgesehen sein, wie dargestellt, oder aber auch nur von einer Kammseite her, insbesondere auf der Frisierkammseite 3. Hierbei ist hinter dem verschiebbaren Klemmkamm 5 ein Schwenkfinger 17 am Frisierkamm 3 angebracht, welcher 17 vom Schiebering 12 bei dessen Rückschub in Richtung B entsprechend Fig. 1 mitteis überfahrbarem Nokken 18 zur Auslösung der Verschiebung desselben 5 in Klemmstellung nach Fig. 2 unter Federwirkung 16 betätigbar ist. Zum Rückbringen des verschiebbaren Klemmkamms 5 aus seiner Klemmstellung in Normalstellung nach Fig. 1 kommt dieser durch Auflauf seines Rückens 19 am Rohrboden entlang der Schrägung 20 am Ende des Klemmkamms 5 mittels Fingerende 17a in Vorschubposition beim Einschwenken der Kämme 3 und 5 entsprechend Fig. 3.
  • Hiermit kann mit dem Rohrfrisierkamm in Position nach Fig. 1 das Haar gekämmt werden, wobei dem Ende der Haarspitzen zu durch Betätigung des Rings 12 in Richtung B die Haarenden in Position nach Fig. 2 eingeklemmt und so aufgewickelt werden, um sodann bei Betätigung des Rings 12 in Richtung A in Position nach Fig. 3 bei eingeschwenkten Kämmen 3 und 5 das Wickelrohr 1 aus der fertigen Haarrolleseitlich herausziehen zu können. Überdies kann beidseits der Kämme 3 und 5 im Wickelrohr 1 eine Heizung in Form von Heizdrähten 21 mit Abdeckung 22 entsprechend Fig. 4 untergebracht sein, wobei diese Heizung sodann über einen an sich bekannten Drehkontakt 23 im Ende des Griffteils 2 vom Wickelrohr 1 von einer Stromquelle über eine Zuleitung 24 gespeist wird. Bei der heizbaren Ausführung sind die Kämme 3, 5 aus Metall; ohne Heizung zweckmässigerweise aus Kunststoff.

Claims (8)

1. Rohrfrisierkamm mit einem Griffteil (2), mit einem Wickelrohr (1) in axialer Verlängerung zum Griffteil (2), mit einem Frisierkamm (3), mit einer parallel zur Achse verlaufenden Schlitzung (8) im Wickelrohr (1), mit einer Betätigungseinrichtung zum Überführen des Frisierkamms (3) aus einer Ruhestellung in eine Arbeitsstellung, wobei der Frisierkamm (3) in der Ruhestellung sich im Wikkelrohr (1) befindet und in der Arbeitsstellung aus der Schlitzung (8) mit seinen Kammzinken (9) hervorsteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Klemmkamm (5) vorhanden ist, der in einer Ebene parallel zur Ebene des Frisierkamms (3) angeordnet ist, wobei sich ein Doppelkamm (3, 5) bildet und der Klemmkamm (5) ebenfalls aus der Ruhestellung in die Arbeitsstellung bringbar ist und dass der Klemmkamm (5) relativ zum Frisierkamm (3) längsverschiebbar und so in eine Klemmstellung für das Haar bringbar ist, und dass der (um 4) aus der Schlitzung (8) des Wickelrohrs (1) geschwenkte Doppelkamm (3,5) gegen Wirkung eines am Kammrücken (bei 6) anliegenden Federbügels (7) vermittels Schiebering (12) auf dem Wickelrohr (1), welcher (12) an der Schlitzung (8) am Wickelrohr (1) austretenden Kammschrägung (13) ansteht, zum Versenken einschwenkbar (um 4) ist.
2. Rohrfrisierkamm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden der Zinken (9) des Frisierkamms (3) die Enden der Zinken (10) des Klemmkamms (5) überragen, wobei wenigstens die Kammzinken (9) zum Wickelrohrende (11) hin in ihrer Länge ansteigen.
3. Rohrfrisierkamm nach einem der beiden Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemmkamm (5) am Frisierkamm (3) mittels Längsschlitz-Stiftführung (14, 15) mit versenktem Schraubkopf (15a) gegen Federwirkung (16) begrenzt längsverschiebbar angebracht ist.
4. Rohrfrisierkamm nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Frisierkamm (3) und dem hierauf verschiebbaren Klemmkamm (5) beidseits hälftig eine Federkammer (16a) für die Rückholfeder (16) eingelassen ist.

Rohrfrisierkamm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Frisierkamm (3) hinter dem verschiebbaren Klemmkamm (5) ein Schwenkfinger (17) angeordnet ist, welcher (17) vom Schiebering (12) mittels überfahrbarem Nocken (18) zur Auslösung der Verschiebung in Klemmstellung unter Federwirkung (16) betätigbar ist.

Rohrfrisierkamm nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkfinger (17) zur Rückbringung des verschiebbaren Klemmkamms (5) aus der Klemmstellung in Normalstellung beim Einschwenken der Kämme (3, 5) durch Auflauf seines Rückens (19) am Rohrboden (1) entlang einer Schrägung (20) am Ende des Klemmkamms (5) mittels Fingerende (17a) in Vorschubposition kommt.
7. Rohrfrisierkamm nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beidseits der Kämme (3,5) im Wickelrohr (1) eine elektrische Heizung (Heizdrähte21) untergebracht ist.
8. Rohrfrisierkamm nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Heizung (21) über einen an sich bekannten Drehkontakt (23) im Ende des Griffteils (2) vom Wickelrohr (1) von einer Stromquelle (über 24) gespeist wird.
