Definitions

  • the invention relates to a multi-part piece of jewelry, in particular a finger ring, of a plurality of flexibly connected circular ring sections forming a curve, the length of the curve being at least twice as large as the simple circular ring circumference of a ring which can be formed therewith and the circular ring sections abutting one another at the end in the position of use.
  • a piece of jewelry which is formed from circular ring sections which abut one another on the end faces, these circular ring sections being connected to one another via hinges at their end ends and being rotatable relative to one another via the hinge axis, so that a spiral-shaped piece of jewelry can be used with it can form, which in the example shown is snake-shaped, the snake head and the snake end can be connected to each other via a small chain.
  • a spiral-shaped piece of jewelry can be used with it can form, which in the example shown is snake-shaped, the snake head and the snake end can be connected to each other via a small chain.
  • Multi-part pieces of jewelry in the form of a ring in particular multi-part finger rings, are known, the self-contained rings being combined into a common piece of jewelry in the position of use (e.g. DE-A-1912690 or US-A-1 327606).
  • each partial ring remains as a closed ring. It can either be worn separately, as in the first case, or combined into one unit, as in the American patent cited above.
  • a multi-part piece of jewelry is known as a finger ring with flexibly connected circular ring sections, where the individual elements are spring-loaded telescopic, in such a way that the clear width of the ring can be changed while maintaining the ring shape.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a solution with which a multi-part ring with mutually movable ring parts is created, wherein different designs can be created by the user of the piece of jewelry himself, without the unit of the piece of jewelry being affected.
  • the piece of jewelry can be used, for example, as a pull-through ring for scarves or the like.
  • use since the mutually movable ring parts can be brought into the appropriate shape.
  • the configuration according to the invention is particularly advantageous in the case of finger rings, since simple rings can be used to produce double rings or multiple rings, each of which cross at one point or at several points and thus produce a special decorative effect.
  • a curve forming an eight can be carried on two fingers at the same time, either by the same user or as a partner ring, by different people.
  • the circular ring sections are designed as tubular pieces which are connected by an elastic element running within the tubular pieces.
  • the configuration according to the invention is particularly expedient and advantageous if the type of flexible connection is not to be visible from the outside in order not to influence the overall impression of the ring.
  • the invention also provides, particularly expedient to design the elastic element as a spiral spring.
  • a comparatively simple assembly is possible here, since the two ends of the spiral can be connected in a simple manner to the means available to the goldsmith after threading on the individual sections.
  • the invention provides that the piece of jewelry is formed from four 180 ° circular ring sections or, in a modified embodiment, from eight 90 ° circular ring sections.
  • the invention provides that the circular ring sections are designed differently in color and / or their surface structure and / or that the circular ring sections themselves are designed in different colors and / or that the gemstone settings or the like are between the sections. are arranged. For example, between the sections small balls made of different colored metal, coral, pearls or the like. be arranged.
  • the piece of jewelry can be formed from so many arch parts that a ring with three, four or more rings can be formed, but in each case a closed curve is preserved .
  • the illustrated piece of jewelry 1 in the example according to FIG. 1 consists of four identical, immediately adjoining sections, e.g. made of precious metal as quarter-circle parts 2 and in turn adjoining different-colored quarter-circle parts 3, which are designed as tubular elements and are held together by an elastic element, as shown in FIG. 3, of a spiral spring 4.
  • the coil spring 4 is in turn joined together at the eyelets 5 to form a closed spring tension, as can be seen from the sectional view in FIG. 3.
  • FIG. 2 shows a possibility of alternately threading the ring parts 2 and ring parts 3 and combining them into a curve. Due to the elastic connection of the individual ring parts 2 to one another, not only the laying pictures shown in the three figures can be achieved with the invention, but also other decorative objects. In particular, different spatial bodies can be formed with different large pipe sections, e.g. can be designed as a cloth ring, partner ring, joint ring or the like. In Fig. 3 the possibility is also indicated, between sections 2 and 3 e.g. Thread beads 6.
  • the described exemplary embodiment can be modified in many ways without departing from the basic idea of the invention.
  • the invention is not limited to the connection by means of a spiral spring.
  • elastic materials such as rubber or the like can be used for the connection.
  • the ring can of course also be single-color or multi-color.
  • the ring sections can also be multicolored, just as additional brackets for gemstones can be inserted in the parting lines or the sections themselves can be studded with gemstones in order to be able to produce different aesthetic and color impressions.
