Claims (9)

1. Véhicule ou conteneur, en particulier wagon de chemin de fer à marchandises, muni d'un toit et de parois latérales comportant chacune au moins deux parties mobiles de paroi (1), et dont les parties de paroi (1) sont situées dans un même plan en position de fermeture, peuvent pivoter au moyen d'un dispositif d'actionnement, par exemple de guides montés de manière à pouvoir tourner, pour arriver dans un plan de coulissement situé devant le plan commun, et sont maintenues dans ce plan de manière à pouvoir coulisser dans la direction longitudinale du véhicule ou conteneur, les parties de paroi (1) étant reliées à des tronçons de toit (2) formant dans leur ensemble le toit du véhicule ou conteneur, s'étendant chacun sur la longueur d'une partie de paroi (1) et qui, lorsque les parties de paroi (1) sont situées dans le plan de coulissement, ont une position qui permet le coulissement longitudinal, caractérisé en ce que les tronçons de toit (2) de chaque paire de parties de paroi opposées dans la direction transversale du véhicule ou du conteneur sont prévus sur une coquille de toit centrale (2a) séparée des parties de paroi (1) et qui, à chacun de ses côtés longitudinaux tournés vers les parties latérales de paroi (1), est accouplée à la partie de paroi (1) correspondante par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un élément de liaison (3) permettant un mouvement de levage de la coquille de toit (2a) et des mouvements de pivotement des parties de paroi (1).
2. Véhicule ou conteneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison est constitué sous la forme d'un corps de pivotement (3) subissant l'action du dispositif d'actionnement, et qui est relié, d'une part, de façon articulée à la coquille de toit (2a) et, d'autre part, de façon articulée à la partie de paroi (1).
3. Véhicule ou conteneur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps de pivotement (3) s'étend sur la longueur de la coquille de toit (2a) et de la partie de paroi (1).
4. Véhicule ou conteneur selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le corps de pivotement (3) est formé d'un profilé creux dans lequel se trouvent des raidissements (3b).
5. Véhicule ou conteneur selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la coquille de toit (2a) et la partie de paroi (1) sont munies d'appendices en forme de baguette (respectivement 2b et 1a), qui coopèrent chacun avec un appendice correspondant (3a) du corps de pivotement (3) à la façon d'un joint à labyrinthe.
6. Véhicule ou conteneur selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la coquille de toit (2a) et les parties de paroi (1) présentent des rebords (respectivement 2c et 1b) disposés dans la région des corps de pivotement (3) et qui, lorsque la coquille de toit (2a) est en position soulevée et que les parties de paroi (1) sont en position écartée, s'appuient contre les corps de pivotement respectifs (3).
7. Véhicule ou conteneur, en particulier wagon de chemin de fer à marchandises, muni d'un toit et de parois latérales comportant chacune au moins deux parties mobiles de paroi (1) et dont les parties de paroi (1) sont situées dans un même plan en position de fermeture, peuvent pivoter au moyen d'un dispositif d'actionnement, par exemple de guides montés de. manière à pouvoir tourner, pour arriver dans un plan de coulissement situé devant le plan commun et sont maintenues dans ce plan de manière à pouvoir coulisser dans la direction longitudinale du véhicule ou conteneur, un tronçon de toit (2) s'étendant sur la longueur d'une partie de paroi étant formé, sous la forme d'une moitié de toit (2d), sur chacune des parties latérales de paroi (1), ces tronçons présentant, lorsque les parties de paroi (1) sont situées dans le plan de coulissement, une position qui permet le coulissement longitudinal, caractérisé en ce qu'en position fermée, les moitiés de toit (2d) se rencontrent par leurs bords de raccordement au milieu de la longueur, de façon étanche l'une par rapport à l'autre et qu'en position ouverte, les bords de raccordement s'éloignent l'un de l'autre en se soulevant.
8. Véhicule ou conteneur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les moitiés de toit (2d) pnésentent chacune une aile verticale (2e) située dans la direction longitudinale, et chacune de ces ailes est enserrée par une paire de galets (4a) montée aux extrémités d'un levier d'écartement (4).
9. Véhicule ou conteneur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les coquilles de toit (2a) ou les moitiés de toit (2d) sont inclinées vers le haut en partant des parties latérales de paroi (1), et par la suite elles sont munies, en direction du milieu de la longueur du véhicule ou conteneur, de régions horizontales.
