Abstract
Обогащенный кальцием морепродукт в соответствии с настоящим изобретением, который включает, но без ограничения, охлажденные и замороженные продукты из тунца или лосося, или другие подобные продукты длительного хранения, может приносить потребителям значительную пользу для здоровья костей за счет обеспечения свободного кальция в количество вплоть до 400 мг/100 г в готовом продукте. Настоящее изобретение содержит дополнительную добавку кальция, причем количество кальция в готовом продукте находится в диапазоне от 0,5 до 5,0% (вес./вес.) из расчета на общий вес продукта и источники дополнительной добавки кальция могут быть выбраны из сырых или частично очищенных костей рыбы или животного, или частично очищенных рыбьих костей или неорганического соединения кальция.
