Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу получения клеток, способных преобразовывать арабинозу, который включает следующие стадии: a) введение в штамм-хозяин, который не способен преобразовывать арабинозу, генов AraA, AraB и AraD, при этом эту клетку называют сконструированная клетка; b) применение к сконструированной клетке адаптивной эволюции для получения клетки, преобразующей арабинозу; c) необязательно, применение к первой преобразующей арабинозу клетке адаптивной эволюции для улучшения преобразования арабинозы; клетка, полученная на стадии b) или с), обозначается как первая преобразующая арабинозу клетка; d) анализ полного генома или части генома первой преобразующей арабинозу клетки и сконструированной клетки; e) идентификация однонуклеотидных полиморфизмов (SNP) в первой преобразующей арабинозу клетке; f) использование информации SNP при рациональном дизайне клетки, способной преобразовывать арабинозу; g) конструирование клетки, способной преобразовывать арабинозу, согласно дизайну стадии f).
