Abstract
Дрожжевая клетка, принадлежащая к роду Saccharomyces,в геном которой введен по меньшей мере один ген xylA и по меньшей мере один из генов araA, araB и araD, и способная потреблять смесь сахаров, содержащую глюкозу, ксилозу и арабинозу, где клетка одновременно потребляет глюкозу и арабинозу, имеет генетические вариации, полученные во время адаптивной эволюции, и имеет специфическую скорость потребления ксилозы в присутствии глюкозы 0,25 г ксилозы/ч, на грамм сухого вещества, или больше.
