Abstract
Настоящее изобретение касается способа получения сложных эфиров или тиоэфиров адипата. Изобретение также касается способа получения адипиновой кислоты из данных эфиров или тиоэфиров. Изобретением также предусмотрен ряд способов получения промежуточных соединений для данных эфиров или тиоэфиров. Также изобретение касается способа получения 6-аминокапроновой кислоты (6-АСА), способа получения 5-формилвалериановой кислоты (5-FVA) и способа получения капролактама. Кроме того, изобретение касается клеток хозяина для применения в способах по изобретению.
