Изобретение относится к способу детекции множества антигенных молекул, расположенных на эритроцитах, и/или множества антиэритроцитарных антител, причем указанные антигенные молекулы, расположенные на эритроцитах, состоят из антигенных молекул, расположенных не только на эритроцитах, но также по меньшей мере и на одной другой клеточной популяции, отличающихся от молекул антигенов групп крови, указанный способ содержит приведение образца в контакт с различимыми бусами, на которые присоединяются (а) антитела, специфичные для указанных антигенов, или (b) эритроциты или фрагмент мембраны эритроцитов.
