Изобретение относится к способу диагностического выявления in vitro инфицирования микроорганизмом, предусматривающему размещение биологического образца, в одном аналитическом сосуде, в присутствии частиц, несущих по меньшей мере один специфичный выявляемый физический параметр и принадлежащих по меньшей мере двум различным группам, одна из групп несет иммобилизованное антитело против IgM, а другая группа несет иммобилизованный антиген, полученный из указанного микроорганизма.
